“all-in-one evaluation platform”
Pros
What I appreciated most about this platform is that the entire company evaluation process can be handled in one place. It covers everything from psychometric tests and 360 evaluations to workplace climate surveys. Anytime a question came up or I wanted to roll out something new the support I received was consistently excellent. The platform feels user friendly, has a nice design and people had no trouble using it.
Cons
Only tool I really struggled with was the organizational chart feature. It would help if it were more easy for administrators because I had to contact the company whenever I needed to make changes there or add or remove someone.
