good software

Pros

More employees are speaking up about concerns they used to keep to themselves and that has helped us spot problem areas in the team culture that we probably would have missed otherwise.

Cons

At times the anonymous reporting option makes things harder because someone expects the issue to be resolved without sharing enough detail for us to properly look into it.

tracking and collaboration solved

Pros

Using this platform has been very easy and it offers solid value for the money. It really helped us fix the issues we were having with tracking and collaboration.

Cons

It's difficult to point out any real downside since the setup process was quick and trouble free. If anything it would just be having more time to fully explore and understand all of its functions

Pros

Right away the true anonymity stood out. It feels extremely secure and genuinely safe for raising any kind of issue. The way it handles reporting and keeps case progress visible has been a real game changer. Having clear visibility and status updates is incredibly valuable and the platform is very easy to use for both administrators and the people submitting reports.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into any problems and I've been happy with everything so far. The only thing I'm looking forward to now is trying out the HR function that was released recently.
