Honestly there is nothing I dislike. As I think the design is excellent and very well planned.

I am really fond of how it allows me to log my work hours and also lets me sign and review documents, check my pay and handle other tasks.

It is not that I have a problem with it but I really think a reminder feature would be helpful. I often forget to clock in or out and having a nudge would save me from having to submit so many time correction requests.

My favorite thing about Rippling is how it merges all HR and IT functions into a single, cohesive system. Rather than switching between different apps for payroll, benefits, onboarding, device setup and compliance, it puts it all in one place. The interface is also clean and easy to use which speeds up work and reduces mistakes. I am also a big fan of the automation such as features like automatically setting up software logins or syncing employee updates across payroll and benefits save us from a lot of manual data entry. Plus it scales beautifully, working just as well for a small group as it does for an expanding company. In short what impresses me most is the all in one efficiency combined with the flexibility to connect with other tools we use.

Cons

The main challenge for me is that it is so feature-rich it can be a bit overwhelming initially. Getting the hang of navigating between all the different tools for HR, payroll, IT and compliance takes some time. Also while the reporting is robust, creating highly specific custom reports can sometimes be a complex process that needs extra help. And because it connects with so many other apps, you might occasionally see a slight delay when an update needs to sync across all of them. Still having everything centralized is so convenient that these are minor trade-offs and the support team is always quick to help sort things out.

I really like how simple it is to submit a time-off request and view my pay information. The initial setup was very simple too and the platform has dedicated sections for managing my profile, hours and training. The pay stubs are easy to read which makes it simple to verify my biweekly earnings. And the user-friendly design makes it easy for someone like me to find exactly what I am looking for.

Rippling really stands out because of its great design and ease of use. Every service it provides is direct and simple to figure out. The desktop app installed on my new laptop in no time and I could start using it immediately. From there, I could easily find my new manager's details, my schedule, submit leave requests, handle reimbursements and everything else I needed with just a few clicks.

Cons

It does not appear to have its own internal chat so I sometimes have to send separate reminders for my manager to approve my time-off or expense reports. So I feel even a simple push notification from their system for this would be a big improvement.

I think the minimalistic user interface makes navigating this app so much simpler. There are no unnecessary features to clutter up the screen.

With Rippling all my HR and payroll tools are in a single, centralized location. Also the platform is simple, so I never have to switch between different applications. And it is simple to locate what I am after and everything functions exactly as it should. Overall it's made my daily routine very stress free especially for tracking my hours and accessing pay stubs.

Cons

My only minor concern is that some tools are not immediately obvious and take a little while to learn. With so many choices, it can feel a bit overwhelming initially, but it becomes much more simple once you are familiar with it.

Rippling is incredibly simple to use. The system highlights the most important information and presents it to you clearly. Even basic tasks like updating my dependent information are more easy here than on other platforms I have tried.

I honestly cannot name a single downside as I haven't found a better HR platform anywhere.

What I like most is how Rippling effortlessly combines all the essential people and culture features like payroll, quarterly reports, benefits tracking and professional development into one unified hub. Plus the transition from our old systems was very smooth. And everything operates well. The clean interface and powerful tools eliminate the hassle of juggling multiple logins and different software.

Cons

If I was forced to find a flaw, I would say the system occasionally sends more reminders and alerts than I feel are necessary. But thats a very small price to pay for all the benefits it provides.

We used to pay our previous provider just to process payroll but it gives us so much more functionality for a much lower price. Also it is user-friendly, saves us time and delivers far greater value than our old setup. Adding new hires is a simple process and I love having everything consolidated instead of scattered across different programs. It keeps me organized, saves time and feels like we are getting a lot more for our money. The initial setup was easy too and the available tutorial guides are very clear and helpful. Our implementation manager provided great service and made the whole configuration process simple. So if you are frustrated with overpaying for a limited system, Rippling is absolutely worth the switch.

There is very little to dislike, though locating certain functions can take a couple of extra clicks until you memorize the layout.

The support team is great. Also it is simple to view my payments and when I had a problem with my verification, I emailed them and their quick reply was a huge help. They guided me through saving my account for later use. I regularly check my payroll and updates and it fits perfectly into my daily routine.

Cons

My main issue is the fee structure. As I am not a fan of the various charges for withdrawing money. Though it is not terrible but other services handle this better.
