I love how user friendly Rippling is, making setup and navigation a hassle free task. Also it does a great job of keeping me informed about HR matters, my pay, time off and benefits. So I rarely ever have to reach out to support. Plus the tools for managing my pay and benefits are especially helpful and make everything more convenient.

As a new hire, Rippling was very simple to figure out and all the communication was clear and direct. I also loved the simple instructions, step by step guidance and regular updates.
Cons
The only issue was with the company equipment ordering system. I did not realize I had to manually confirm an order for equipment my company had already assigned to me. Then, when the carrier had delays, neither I nor our account manager could change the shipping method to let me pick it up from their location.

One thing I like about Rippling is how easy it is to use, packed with features I rely on every day. Plus the user friendly design makes it simple to check my pay stubs, ask for time off, manage my benefits and handle my tech needs without any confusion. Its integrations with apps like Google Workspace are seamless, keeping everything connected and the mobile app lets me take care of tasks from anywhere without any hassle.
Cons
One minor hurdle was the initial personal account setup as it took some time to configure properly. It was not a big deal though and it was definitely worth the effort once finished.

Rippling makes it remarkably simple to handle HR, payroll, benefits and IT duties all from one system. The interface is also clean and basic and the automation saves a massive amount of time compared to doing things manually. I am particularly fond of how well it integrates with our other software and how it simplifies bringing new hires on board.
Cons
With so many tools available, I think the platform can be intimidating for new users and some configuration options are not as simple as they could be.

I love how you can get to any section directly from the main dashboard. Other systems I have used make you hunt for the right page but with Rippling, everything you need is right there and easy to find.

Well I really value Rippling's easy access and multi-purpose design, which creates a single hub for all our administrative tasks and speeds up our workflow. I also love that I do not have to log in again every day to start my time clock, which makes everything much more convenient and efficient.
Cons
The setup process had a few hurdles especially when uploading initial timesheets and PTO data. Also creating a request to change a shift is not as simple as it could be. And the interface has too many sub-menus which makes it harder to find things.

It is simple to look up old paychecks, download my W-2 and request time off. Overall the whole platform is very user-friendly.
Cons
If your business changes its legal structure or account, the historical data from the old entity does not carry over which is a major flaw as per me.

Rippling is remarkably easy to use. As an employee, I really like how simple the platform is, whether I am checking my performance review details, managing my time off or looking at my benefits. Overall it is well-built, loads fast and you do not need any training to understand it. Our company started using it without any major issues, so the rollout seemed smooth from my perspective. I also like how it connects with the other tools we use, making everything feel integrated and efficient. I use it a few times each month and it's always dependable. The in-app customer support is also the best.
Cons
The one minor suggestion I have is to improve how the company org chart is displayed. As we hire more people, it is becoming difficult to navigate and see where I fit in the structure. Also while I have not used support, having more built-in guides for common questions would be helpful.

Most of the time, our paychecks show up even earlier than expected. It is great having one central hub where employees can access everything.
