Pros
Getting started with Rippling has been a very positive experience. The platform is simple to use and the interface is excellent, well organized and thoughtfully managed, with all the features readily available upfront. When switching from another tool, it is really important that the replacement covers everything you need and Rippling has definitely not let us down in that regard.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is allowing users to sign in to the same account with both their personal and work email addresses. At the moment, only the personal email ID can be used and that creates a bit of confusion.

Pros
Having everything HR-related in one place has been really valuable for our team. It gives quick access to benefits, SSO logins, payroll and tax details and it also lets us build custom learning and training programs inside the platform. On the rare occasion that Rippling runs into bugs, the support team is fast to respond and helpful.
Cons
A few parts of the interface can be confusing at first. The platform relies heavily on icons to represent information and not all of them are immediately clear so onboarding takes a bit more time and the navigation has a steeper learning curve until you get used to it.

Right after a meal I can upload a receipt and wrap up my expense report in just a couple of minutes. It makes the whole process very convenient and saves me from having to keep up with paper receipts afterward.
Cons
Time tracking in the app has been less convenient than I expected. Most of the time, I end up waiting until I am back on my laptop and can use the browser version to log my hours.

Pros
One thing that has made a real difference is how often the app gets updated. The pay section is especially useful and I have gotten a lot of value from it. I also recently signed up for insurance through the app and really liked how that whole process was laid out.
Cons
Clocking in has been frustrating at times because the app doesn't always let me do it unless I fully close and reopen it. On some occasions, I have had to repeat that multiple times before it works. I also used ADP at a previous job and they offered employee perks through partner companies. Some of those benefits were genuinely useful so having something similar here would be a really nice addition.

Using Rippling has been a really positive experience overall. The platform is user friendly and keeps HR, payroll and employee information organized in one place. I especially like how organized everything is, particularly when it comes to onboarding and maintaining employee records. The automation tools save a lot of time and cut down on manual tasks which makes day to day work more efficient. There are still a few areas that could be improved from time to time but overall the system has been dependable and user friendly.
Cons
The standout benefit for me is the all in one setup. Having HR, payroll, benefits and employee data all in a single system makes these processes much more efficient to manage. The platform is user friendly and the automation features do a lot to reduce manual work.

Pros
Having so many solutions in one platform is a big plus. It really covers everything from onboarding and offboarding to IT, payroll, performance and more which makes it feel very complete.
Cons
One thing that could make the platform even better is offering certain products at a discounted rate for companies with fewer than 5 employees. The apps and options are excellent but since each person adds to the cost, it can get expensive quickly. I think more small businesses would get started with it if some of the additional apps were included free as an incentive for teams under 5 employees.

As a new employee it was very easy to use. I was able to set everything up fast and understand how to use the platform without any confusion.
Cons
The only downside is that logging in takes a bit longer than usual. It integrates well with other systems but having to go through the authenticator app adds extra time compared to a standard login.

I find it easy to set up as a new team member because the platform is user friendly and people rarely get confused during onboarding. We also haven't run into any bugs or noticeable issues which has been a big plus. Whenever questions come up, the customer support team responds extremely fast and handling employee payroll is very simple and almost completely hands-off.
Cons
I feel like its interface could probably use a bit of a visual refresh and look nicer but it doesn't really impact how well the service works.

The app is pretty simple and it comes with a lot of useful tools for tracking time and daily activity. When something goes wrong, customer support is quick to respond and actually helpful. It's an excellent way to keep track of what the team is working on which makes management a lot simpler. It also makes payroll feel much more objective because everything is recorded in the app and the tasks completed each day are clearly specified.
Cons
The only downside is that the tracker can feel a bit awkward when it's time to split up activities throughout the day or at least it hasn't felt practical enough for me.

Submitting expenses is very easy and user friendly. I didn't run into any problems at all and compared with my previous company's system, this one seems much less complicated.
Cons
One downside is that there's no option to call and speak with someone directly when issues come up. I prefer being able to ask questions live and talk things through with a real person.

Everything about it is user friendly and easy to use. Having payroll, employee management, benefits and IT all centralized in a single platform is something I really appreciate. The automation tools save a lot of time especially when handling employee onboarding and offboarding. It's efficient organized well and helps make HR tasks much more manageable.
Cons
The cost can climb pretty quickly as you add more features or your team grows. Some of the more advanced tools take a while to fully learn and there are occasional system glitches. Customer support is helpful but the response time could be faster at times.
