Pros
I love how Rippling brings all our HR tasks into one central hub which saves us time and is super convenient. The interface is clean and user friendly making it easy to find your way around and get the information you need. The payroll and employee onboarding tools are automated which cuts down on mistakes and makes everything run more smoothly. Plus managing time off is also seamless, letting staff handle their own leave requests efficiently.
Cons
Well I wish the reporting and analytics section was easier to customize and more user friendly. Though the platform is great for daily HR work but having more flexible and in-depth reporting would make it even more powerful.

Pros
Rippling keeps everything in one spot such as taxes, pay stubs, leave balances and admin details. I mean there is no need to check ten different places to keep track of everything separately. It also fits perfectly into our company's existing workflow.
Cons
I do not have any specific dislikes about it but the app's interface could be more interactive and quicker to respond when completing tasks or clicking on items.

“A very user-friendly and simple layout
Pros
The layout is very user-friendly, so it is simple to find what you are looking for especially with the menu list on the left side. I also like the personal apps section for more specific functions. The best thing is that it is simple and direct. I mean nothing flashy but still it works effectively which is exactly what we need.
Cons
As per me the multi-factor authentication process could be streamlined to be a bit faster.

Pros
Rippling made my onboarding as a new hire completely painless and smooth from providing all my documents to helping me understand and activate my benefits, and even setting up my payroll and withdrawal preferences. Overall the platform is very easy to use.
Cons
I tried to get help with my benefits through Rightway but did not have much success. I got a text from the platform a few days later but by that time I had already solved the problem myself.

Pros
I have been using Rippling at my job and I really like how it consolidates all my company information in a single place. The feature I use most is the time-off tracker as I frequently check my available days and the company's holiday calendar. Submitting a time-off request is also pretty simple compared to my old job which lacked a proper tool and had a much more complicated process. The org chart is another very useful feature for looking up coworkers and understanding their roles. On the design side, I love the dark mode option as it makes daily use much more pleasant.
Cons
For potential improvements, I honestly cannot point to anything that feels missing or broken. Overall it's been a great tool for my everyday tasks.

Cons

Rippling is an amazingly convenient, all in one HR system that simplifies managing employee related tasks. The most helpful part is its simplicity as everything from payroll and benefits to onboarding and company devices is in a single location, so I do not have to switch between different apps. I mean it is a true one stop solution for HR which saves us time, cuts down on mistakes and makes the entire workflow more productive. Plus convenience and simple design are what make it such an essential tool for us.

Having everything in the same app is something I really like. I typically check my payments and my coworkers birthdays there. Plus I genuinely enjoy using Rippling in my daily routine. I am a fan of the interface and how essential it's been for handling everything including payroll for a team that includes a contractor. Plus I love how it brings all the different steps together in one single view. I was also really impressed by that and ultimately, its efficiency and convenience along with its payroll tools, are top-notch.
Cons
My only suggestion would be to refine the interface a little. It is very functional but it could be more user friendly and simpler for those of us who only use it from time to time.

“Handles attendance and time off completely
Pros
There are many positives but the best feature for me is that our attendance and time off used to be tracked in a cumbersome Excel sheet and now Rippling handles it completely. This has made things much easier for us and saves a ton of time.
Cons
One of main complaint is that it automatically logs me out on my phone. Whenever I have an urgent need to check something, I have to go through the Google login process again which is not very convenient.

The automated payments for payroll and benefits deductions work flawlessly. And once it is set up, salaries and contributions are processed on time with very little manual effort which saves us time and prevents errors.
Cons
Well the initial setup is quite complicated. Our U.S onboarding documents are not updating or allowing edits properly as the Documents section remains blank even after we have finished the required steps. I have contacted support about this but have not gotten any help which is slowing down our onboarding and creating more manual work for us.

I have been evaluating Rippling and it seems really powerful. What stands out to me is that it is not just for HR but it also handles the IT side of things. For example when you bring someone new on board, you can enter their details once and it automatically sets up their payroll, benefits and even the software they need. Thats a huge time-saver compared to managing multiple separate systems. Also the platform is easy to use and not difficult to learn. Onboarding is quick too and I like that it syncs with the tools we already rely on. It feels like a solution that can scale with us as we grow.
Cons
The main disadvantage is the cost. The price can get high because they charge for each module separately so the more features we use, the more we end up paying.
