Pros
Rippling is simple to use and easy to get around. The layout is organized and not cluttered so it's easy to find whatever tool you need, whether that's benefits, logging hours or something else on the site. The AI assistant is also genuinely useful. Nothing about the platform seems overly complicated and everything is laid out in a clear, direct way.
Cons
I really haven't come across anything I dislike. I also haven't been using the site long enough yet to identify any downsides.

It seems very user friendly and it helps keep everything organized in one place, including payroll, benefits, PTO and more.
Cons
At times it can be a little difficult to locate the section for correcting login time although that's mostly because I don't need to use that feature very often.

One thing I like most about Rippling is how user friendly it is. Leave management and time tracking are especially convenient and the platform is generally very simple to use.
Cons
The part I like least is having to go through multiple verification methods. There are also occasional bugs or errors although they do not happen often. It would be better if the extra verification steps were reduced.

Everything is easy to use and having payroll and HR together in one system is really convenient. It also makes handling PTO and leave requests very simple.
Cons
I haven't run into any real issues. There was one time I had a problem with my pay but it wasn't caused by the software as it turned out to be a banking issue.

Honestly there's nothing positive I can point to here. The whole experience has been a nightmare and I'd strongly urge others to stay away from it. Rippling has been the worst payroll system we've ever had to deal with.

Having multiple modules in one place is really convenient. I can check my own vacation time as well as my team's and I am able to complete and approve requests for vacation, sick days and overtime without needing to jump between different tools.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how past employee requests are organized since they can be hard to locate. Some parts of the platform also aren't very easy to use.

Honestly there wasn't a single part of this nearly month-long experience that felt positive at all.
Cons
I looked into it as a possible payroll and HR platform for my small business and it turned into an almost month-long process of ongoing emails and several meetings, all leading me to believe it might be a workable option. After putting in that much time, I was hit with a quote of more than $400 a month. That pricing was never made clear upfront and that lack of transparency is a major issue. If they had been direct about the cost from the beginning, I could have made a proper decision without spending weeks evaluating something that was never going to fit my budget. I'd strongly warn other small business owners to insist on clear pricing before giving any time to their sales process. What should have been a simple evaluation ended up being an aggravating and completely avoidable experience.

Having everything centralized makes a big difference. Whether I need to download a digital W-2, check my PTO balance or find a teammate's contact details, it's all simple to access. The search bar is actually useful and the interface seems clean and well organized.
Cons
The mobile app works well overall but it occasionally logs me out without warning. That gets a little frustrating when I only want to quickly check my paystub while I am out.

Rippling is an amazing tool for our team because it integrates well with so many parts of our HR software stack. The level of support we've gotten has been outstanding especially compared with the systems we used before. On top of that the interface is responsive, clear and very user friendly. It's simple to jump into health care details or quickly switch over to check and confirm paycheck information. For companies looking for a turnkey HR solution, this seems like an excellent fit.
Cons
To me one frustration has been having to go through a chatbot first when trying to reach support. We'd much rather have a direct phone number available for support-related questions. Since we're a small team, it's important that more than one person can reach out when urgent HR matters come up.

For anyone on the Prezent.ai team, the biggest advantage has been the smooth automation. Rippling really works like a silent partner in the day to day workflow and the Single Sign-On dashboard has been a lifesaver.
Cons
At this point there is nothing major to complain about since everything is working well. The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the attendance section and the leave management tab.

The interface is still one of my favorite parts of using Rippling as it looks professional, is user friendly and has a really nice overall design. I have also come to like the payday reminder emails which are a helpful touch.
Cons
One thing I'd really like is the option to delete or archive old requests under My time. There's a time input request from long ago that I cannot clear out and being able to archive other completed ones too would make that section feel much cleaner and more up to date.
