“Total lifesaver!

Pros

It is awesome because it keeps all my important information right where I need it. Requesting time off or filling out any form is pretty simple and fast too. I also love how smoothly it connects with all the other tools I use every single day. In short it is a total lifesaver!

Cons

Because of Spanish regulations, we have to clock in and out manually. Sometimes I forget and correcting it means getting approval from someone else on the team. It is not a big issue and it is definitely not the softwares fault but just one of those legal things worth mentioning.

Rippling HR is quite fast and works well. It helps me keep everything sorted like my hours and requests without any hassle.

Cons

Nothing at all! It honestly makes it pretty simple to access my pay stubs, W2s, hours and everything else I need.

It gives me all the details I need about my pay and the money always arrives right on time.

I cannot point to one thing I dislike about it, though there is definitely room to improve how paid time off is managed.

I really like how easy Rippling is to manage and use. I can pull up reports quickly, understand them easily and even customize how they look. Like whenever I have had a question or issue, I have gotten help right away.

It is definitely on the expensive side especially with added services but we are still happy to be using it.

It is fairly user-friendly as everything is laid out clearly so you know exactly where to go or what to click. The instructions are simple too, so you do not need much time to learn it. I use it daily and it is way better than the old systems we had where everything was confusing and hard to use.

I wish there were some tutorial videos for first-time users. Even though it is pretty easy to figure out still a little guidance would help.

I really like how simple it is to find my way around the platform and how clearly my pay information is shown.

There is nothing I dislike. Maybe a notification letting you know you will be paid in a week or showing the next pay date or even a countdown would be a cool feature.

The support from real people has been amazing. They have great self-help resources, but there's always someone available to assist me if I need it. The product itself is fantastic, onboarding was smooth, and the support team is always on point!

Can't implement all the modules fast enough! One thing that would make it even better is the ability to add more than one health insurance policy. We offer supplemental insurance and it'd be great to include that in Rippling too.

A "remember me for 30 days" option with two-factor authentication would be really helpful. That way I wouldn't have to go through it every time I log in from the same browser.
