Navigating this tool is easy for me from the start. Benefits, payroll, time tracking and time off were all simple to use and made sense without much effort.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints to mention. Insurance allocations and general information have all been clearly presented and easy to understand.

Pros
Using Rippling has been a pleasure because it's user friendly for much more than payroll alone. It handles employee benefits really well too, covering everything from recordkeeping to open enrollment. The system keeps all uploaded documents organized, both past and current which is incredibly helpful. It also sends reminders when open enrollment is coming up so nothing gets missed. On top of that the guidelines and benefit summaries are useful whenever something needs clarification. Stellar service overall.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into a single feature that hasn't made my job run better than ever.

Pros
It is a decent option for managing time and tracking benefits. It covers a lot on the time and attendance side and overall I prefer it compared with other systems.
Cons
The switch from our previous time management system wasn't entirely smooth although the platform is still enjoyable to use for the most part. The website can also be slow to load at times which causes delays when clocking in or out.

Pros
Rippling has been an excellent value for what it costs. Payroll, time tracking, PTO and employee management are all connected in one organized platform which makes day to day tasks much more efficient. Payroll processing is quick and dependable, onboarding new hires is easy and employees can update their own personal details and direct deposit information without needing help from HR. The implementation and support teams were responsive, informed and made moving over from Paychex was easy.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the full range of features takes a bit of time at first but the efficiency it adds makes that learning curve worthwhile.

Pros
It is easy to use thanks to its user friendly design and clean layout. Plus it lets me stay on top of my hours and payments with plenty of detail and everything is presented in a way that's simple to follow and understand.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the color palette. It would be better if it were customizable since they seem to update the colors from time to time while still keeping users limited to their preset options.

Cons

From organizational structure and performance reviews to spend management and benefits, Rippling covers everything in one place. It really seems like the only HR platform a business needs.
Cons
Its performance review setup didn't fully align with the method we originally wanted to use. That said, the platform is flexible enough that we were still able to configure it to fit our needs.

Pros
It is very easy to use and the interface is genuinely user friendly. The platform keeps you updated by email for everything important, whether it's an approved invoice, a scheduled payment or even a login attempt. That constant communication made the whole experience feel very transparent. I also felt well protected while using it because the security measures seem very strong. One of the best parts was my first interaction with customer support as I had a minor issue with my birthdate and they resolved it incredibly fast, on the very same day.
Cons
The only improvement I'd suggest is bringing the payroll and HR functions together into one more unified experience. At the moment, the amounts my employer has provided appear in HR under the contractor hub but that information would make more sense under My Pay instead.

I find it easy to use on both desktop and mobile. It definitely seems more comfortable to use on a computer than on a phone but as an employee, everything is clearly labeled and still easy to access.
Cons
Support has been frustrating for my manager to deal with. Since we recently switched over, we've run into issues with clocking in and out in the platform and that still hasn't been fixed.

Cons
At times the app had to reload because of a bug or when it froze up. Whenever that happened, it interrupted my workflow and cut into my productivity.

Having HR, payroll, benefits and IT all in one platform made a big difference since everything could be managed from a single place. The automation and integrations really helped simplify onboarding, offboarding and overall employee management which saved time and cut down on mistakes.
Cons
It's a very capable platform but the large number of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first when trying to navigate everything. A few workflows took more steps than expected and support response times sometimes varied depending on the type of request.

Having everything in one place for administrative, training and HR tasks has been really convenient. The platform is also easy to navigate and the to do notifications help me stay on top of tasks and get things done on time.
Cons
The password setup seems a bit confusing since it requires an email, password and authentication code and resetting it can be frustrating. Some section labels could also be clearer and more transparent.
