Pros

The support team is very responsive and always gets back to me quickly. They are excellent at answering questions and finding solutions.

Cons

Lots of useful functions for HR tasks

Pros

Rippling HR has a lot of useful functions. It helps us organize our HR tasks more effectively. And it is perfect for scheduling our Paid Time Off (PTO) and it has a clean interface for quickly checking the company Org Chart.

Cons

I do not find it very easy to locate all the different features and details. Perhaps I just need more time to learn it or a guided tutorial would be useful.

Rippling is a crucial vertically integrated HR stack that will streamline your operation

Pros

We made the switch to Rippling because of its extensive features that cover every aspect of the employee lifecycle. We used to rely on multiple tools for HRIS and performance management, which was both costly and cumbersome. Consolidating everything into Rippling has significantly increased our efficiency, reduced expenses, and allowed us to handle everything effortlessly.

Cons

The UX/UI of Rippling is not the most visually appealing and can be slightly jarring. We previously used Lattice, which had a beautiful user experience. Although aesthetics aren't the most crucial aspect, it was noticeable in comparison.
