a versatile HR hub

Pros

Using it has not been a problem because it's user friendly and flexible. Having leave days, contracts, reports and org charts all together in one platform is a big plus.

Cons

The leave booking feature could be a bit more user friendly especially when it comes to carrying over days from one year to the next.

Flexible scheduling that keeps life balanced

Pros

Keeping schedules accessible and coordinating around different lifestyles is really convenient especially when trying to avoid conflicts and keep everything organized without things overlapping.

Cons

One drawback could be that the mobile app sometimes gets features later than the web version and the web client still offers more options and broader access overall.

HR and payroll done right

Pros

Having HR, payroll, IT and benefits all in one place made a big difference. It sped up our processes and cut down on the constant back and forth between separate tools. The automation is one of the best parts as onboarding, offboarding, permission updates and payroll changes all felt much more organized and dependable. On top of that the interface is clean and user friendly so both admins and employees were able to use it without needing much training.

Cons

If you're a smaller organization some of the features can feel unnecessary or end up not being used much. Because the platform covers so many areas, the initial setup and learning curve can also feel a bit overwhelming at first.

All our payroll needs in one hub

Pros

Rippling is very user friendly and pretty much everything on the platform is simple to manage. My payroll, time-off requests and even the org charts are all kept in one place which makes it really convenient to use.

Cons

The only issue that comes to mind is that I have been having trouble accessing it on my phone. It won't let me log in.

All my work details in one spot

Pros

Having all my work and legal information available in one place is really convenient and I can get documents myself without needing to contact anyone. Payment details are also quick to access and only take a few clicks to find.

Cons

Some options can be tricky to locate when I am searching for a document and the menu isn't very user friendly so it takes a bit of effort to find the right section.

Same-day pay with easy clock-ins

Pros

Being able to clock in and get paid through the same platform has been really convenient. Whether the money goes to a Wise account or a bank account, it still arrives the same day which is something I really appreciate.

Cons

The only thing I'd suggest improving is the appearance of the app or platform since I am genuinely very happy with all the services overall.

Pros

Overall it is a really positive experience. As it is user friendly and does a great job of simplifying and organizing everything. Employee management works especially well and the platform is very easy to navigate.

Powerful onboarding automation

Pros

Onboarding and offboarding involve a lot more than paperwork such as there are accounts, permissions, payroll, devices and compliance tasks to handle too. Also it does a really good job automating those real operational headaches instead of only covering the basic surface-level steps.

Cons

There's definitely a steep learning curve. Since the platform handles so much, it can feel pretty overwhelming at the beginning especially for smaller teams or brand-new admins. That level of power comes with less simplicity.

Access HR tools from anywhere

Pros

Having one place to reach all my HR-related tasks has been really useful. I am able to handle time-off requests, employee payroll and year-end documents without any hassle. The best part is being able to manage employee HR matters right from the app while I am out in the field. I can use all the features through the app, including customer support.

Cons

Up to this point I really haven't run into any problems with the app itself. The only thing missing is an employee pay calendar but that seems more related to the job setup than the app.

user friendly tools with strong security

Pros

Rippling has been very user friendly to work with and the platform is simple to navigate. I also appreciate the added security layers that help protect sensitive information. The tools for managing time off and keeping records have been especially useful.

Cons

There have been a few fee-related issues although that seems to depend on the bank. I have also run into some glitches but they were fixed quickly.

Cons

Pros

I use Rippling to handle my contracts and payments and it's very user friendly. Also the platform is easy to understand, use and overall I really enjoy working with it.

Cons

One thing that gave me trouble was finding certain features. I tried to figure out how to request a day off but I couldn't find any option for it so that part didn't work for me.

Pros

Using it has not been a hassle, with no real technical problems and I can review changes to pay requests without any trouble. So I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

I really haven't run into any problems. If I had to mention one thing, I'd sometimes prefer a faster login since it occasionally asks for re-verification to confirm it's really me signing in.

Payroll automation with clear visibility

Pros

Managing employees and the organizational structure in is is very easy. Payroll runs automatically on the scheduled dates and employees receive the credited amount on time. Leave management is simple to handle, the reporting is useful and employee documents are clearly visible to the employees themselves.

Cons

One frustrating part is the KYC process since it takes some time and customer support usually responds only after a day to say that the KYC has failed. That creates confusion for my employees and I have to explain everything to them in real time. It would be much better if the system showed the error immediately on the spot.

It offers a very extensive feature set which makes it a true one-stop shop for handling both employees and contractors. Because of that, we can manage our people in a single system instead of piecing together multiple expensive tools. Pros

Submitting time‑off requests for PTO, sick days or personal days is really easy. Also it is simple to find the documents I need and both the app and platform feel very user‑friendly.

Cons
