It is easy to use even as a new employee and the interface seems very clean and professional. Everything is laid out in a well-organized way, it's simple to find what you need and the search feature works extremely well.
Cons
Maybe I am missing something but I still haven't been able to set up a passkey for login so I end up opening my Authenticator app pretty often.

Pros
Rippling tool is easy to use and the interface is generally user friendly. As a newer user I was able to work through the setup process without much trouble which made the onboarding experience stress free.
Cons
One part that was less clear was simulating PTO. It wasn't very user friendly and it took a bit of time to figure out how much PTO I would have available on a future date.

The initial impression is really positive and the AI helps with quick answers but the payroll data contains errors and support has been passing the issue around for weeks.
Cons
The sales process is decent and the implementation goes well but after that the actual service quality and support efficiency don't live up to the high price.

“Fast international payment processing”
Pros
Payments show up on time and very quickly which has been one of the best parts for me. It works really well for international payments too since I can receive money in both US dollars and Colombian pesos without any issues. The interface is very simple to use on both my phone and my computer and submitting expense reimbursement requests is also quick and easy.
Cons
One thing that has been inconvenient is not getting email notifications when my vacation days are approved so I have to open the app and check manually although that may be due to a notification setting I turned off. Another issue came up when the company rehired me and a new account was created. That reset the setup for my dollar account in Panama and I had to reach out to support to get it corrected because Colombia was the only country showing as available. Also, the Google Calendar integration creates an event when time off is approved but it is not marked as an Out of Office event so meetings are not declined automatically and the unavailable status icon does not appear in Slack. Because of that, I still have to create the Out of Office event myself.

Pros
Rippling really stands out by putting HR, payroll, IT and employee management all in one system. The automation is genuinely helpful, with onboarding, offboarding, payroll updates and access provisioning happening with very little manual work. Its integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Slack cut down a lot of admin time. The interface is modern and user friendly and it seems designed for growing companies, not just smaller teams.
Cons
The pricing isn't very transparent and can be hard to figure out because everything is modular. You don't really get a clear picture of the total cost until you speak with sales and start adding on features. It's a powerful platform but that also makes the initial setup feel a bit complicated. Support can also be slow to respond at times especially for non-urgent issues which is frustrating when dealing with payroll or configuration updates.

As our company has grown, Rippling has been a really strong fit because it cuts down on the number of systems we need and adds a lot more automation. It's not flawless but overall it has made our HR operations noticeably easier to manage.
Cons
At times support seems slow or inconsistent. Reporting also has room for improvement when it comes to flexibility and customization. Since the platform handles so much, there's definitely a learning curve and some features are only available on higher-tier plans.

This software was pretty easy to use. Also the onboarding process was clear from beginning to end so I never ran into any confusion or needed to ask for clarification. The thing that really stands out about ButterflyEffects is the employee management side. It keeps all of your information in one place and up to date so you can manage details like your pay schedule, paychecks, time off and the benefits the job offers.
Cons
The frustrating part is the wait time when trying to reach a live representative. Leaving a message also does not mean you will get a call back quickly and the system does not provide any estimate for when they will return your call.

Cons

Overall it is a reliable tool even with a few small glitches. The support team has been outstanding as they are responsive and helpful most of the time. The Spend management module made a real difference in how we handle employee reimbursements. Plus it saves me time because I no longer have to chase people for receipts and the approval workflow is quick and simple. There are still a few minor UI issues. Also I would really like the option to sort records by the fields I prefer thats something that needs improvement.
Cons
When it comes to Spend management in particular, the UI still needs work. The filters are too limited and not flexible enough. I'd much rather be able to filter by paid or unpaid status or by date and name. Right now, the only way to sort by name keeps sending you back to the all expenses screen after viewing each receipt which takes extra time and gets frustrating especially when you have a large number of expenses and employees to review. Hopefully making this more flexible is already on their roadmap.

One thing that really stands out is how customizable the platform is. Also it is very easy to use and the value you get for the price is honestly hard to beat. From a management perspective it's one of the better options out there for handling employee payroll.
Cons
The only part that let me down was the customer support. I wouldn't want that to overshadow how strong the platform is overall but the support team could definitely have been a bit more attentive.

Managing my health savings account and flex daycare account through this tool has been very easy. My daycare provider does not accept the card but this tool makes online claims simple and reimbursements arrive on time. Overall the whole process is quick and simple for both healthcare and daycare expenses.
Cons
One downside is that when something goes wrong, it seems like we have to go through HR first. It would be better to have a dedicated contact who is always available to assist employees directly with any service-related issues.

Cons

Using it is not a problem and having multiple ways to access it on both the internet and cellphone makes it really convenient. Everything I need is in one place like my schedule, income taxes, leave and other important details which makes it very practical to use.
Cons
One area that still worries me is security. We ran into several situations where a fraudulent account tried to log in and we ended up having to reset everything and change our passwords. Since it happened more than once, it makes us feel like there could be a security gap. I understand fraudulent spam is becoming more common but the platform really should improve its security to better handle this.

Rippling's sales team is very professional and engaging and they do a strong job walking through the platform's potential and capabilities. On the systems side it has also helped us organize important integrations especially between Rippling and Azure. That has been genuinely useful for our IT team when it comes to user access, provisioning and deprovisioning, cutting down on manual work and giving us better overall control.
Cons
Platform stability across the core modules has been the biggest issue. Features sometimes break or change without any notice and fixing one problem often leads to new issues somewhere else. That creates operational friction and makes us depend more heavily on support and engineering escalations. There's also a clear gap between what is presented as available or ready and what is actually stable and reliable in day to day use. More thorough testing, clearer communication about changes and a more realistic representation of product maturity would make the experience much better.
