“Helpful guidance with clear details”

Pros

It is easy to use. Plus it includes plenty of detailed information and support is available whenever needed. Communication has also been excellent, with lots of useful updates and valuable information along the way.

Cons

Nothing to point out at this stage. We're still fairly new to it and currently learning our way around the system and how its functions work.

Pros

Having payroll, benefits, onboarding and IT management all in one place has been a huge advantage with Rippling. The platform is easy to use, the automation cuts down a lot of repetitive work and keeping everything centralized has made our HR processes much more efficient overall.

Cons

A few parts of the reporting and data export tools feel less flexible than I expected and some advanced features can be a bit hard to find without help. Support is also somewhat inconsistent on more complex issues and I have occasionally had to follow up to get them fully resolved.

“Convenient HR all in one spot”

Pros

The thing I like is that now I am not constantly switching between separate tools. The layout is clean and user friendly so it doesn't take much training to figure out where things are. Onboarding, updates and approvals are all quick and easy too which saves a lot of time.

Cons

At times the platform can feel a bit overwhelming especially when I am trying to track down features I don't use very often. I have also run into occasional bugs when opening large review files. And while there is some customization available, there are still a few areas where more flexibility would be nice.

Pros

Having everything in a single place makes people management much more manageable. Bringing new hires on board goes pretty well and doesn't need much manual follow-up. Overall the platform is user friendly and saves a lot of time compared with juggling several different tools.

Cons

Some areas can feel a little overwhelming because there are so many features and settings to work through. It may take a while to learn where certain items are located or how to set them up properly. Support is helpful when needed although response times can sometimes be slower than I'd prefer.

Pros

Getting to my paystub and insurance benefit details is easy and the services in it are clear enough to navigate without much effort.

Cons

Up to this point I haven't run into any problems. Everything in the app seems simple to locate and if something does come up, customer support is also easy to find.

Pros

Rippling has a clean, well organized UI that makes navigation really easy. Also I like that you can add the apps that make sense for your business and moving through the platform seems natural because the button flow is laid out well.

Cons

One area that could be better is the help center. I'd love to see more articles added there because if more common issues were covered, the platform would be even simpler to use.

The platform is very user friendly and it didn't take long to figure out where everything was for the essential tasks I needed to handle.

Cons

As with any new software, there's a short adjustment period when getting familiar with a different system and layout. Beyond that, I don't have much to point out for improvement since the platform works really well.

Running payroll and keeping employee information organized in the tool is very easy which makes it really useful for my business. The support team has also been excellent whenever I have needed help and overall it offers outstanding value for the money.

Cons

There really isn't anything I dislike about the software. As a micro business owner, it has been extremely helpful for me.

It is easy to use and it's simple to find the information we need for different tasks. Also moving around the platform is pretty self-explanatory.

Cons

The login process still has some friction because of all the verification steps and OTPs. I understand the value of the security and appreciate that it works but it could be made a bit more convenient.

Pros

Rippling has the best UI I have used in an HRMS. The layout is clean and moving around the platform is very easy. The org chart is clearly arranged and easy to understand. Time and leave tracking are also set up really well, with leave types neatly separated like annual leave and optional holidays. It's also useful having my full profile in one place including joining date, employee number, salary details and other information. Performance reviews have gone smoothly too and the formatting looks good throughout.

Cons

Getting used to the system at first took a bit of time because the learning curve is slightly steep. We also ran into a few onboarding problems during the move from Asanify although support stepped in and everything was resolved before payroll.

This tool covers a wide range of products and the platform is very user friendly while still feeling powerful. The customer support has also been amazing and the AI-powered features help simplify tasks and make day to day work more convenient.

Cons

I really haven't come across any downsides while using it. Everything has worked well and it offers the full range of services an organization typically needs.

The platform is very accessible overall and the layout is simple enough that important tabs are simple to locate and use.

Cons

Some services could use clearer explanations. For instance, my commuter benefits did not have a specific breakdown of how they actually worked.

Pros

Rippling saves us a lot of time by handling both time tracking and payroll. We also rely on it for hiring and onboarding and it keeps everything organized throughout the recruiting process.

Cons

A few of our integrations especially around benefits, don't work as well as they should and the interface could be more user friendly overall.

It delivers a lot of value for the price. It's an all in one HR solution that simplifies a lot of the work and the RPass feature has been especially useful.

Honestly I haven't run into any major issues so far. The switch from our previous system has gone very smoothly.

The only challenge has really been on my end since I still haven't fully customized every feature and they keep adding more all the time.

The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that some features occasionally freeze or go down and sometimes clicking a hyperlink opens a blank page instead of the information I was trying to access.

Overall a really positive experience. The platform is user friendly so everyday tasks are quick and easy to handle. Payroll in particular has been reliable and well organized, with clear workflows and very few errors. Customer support was also a strong point as they responded quickly, were helpful and resolved questions or issues without much delay.

Cons

One thing that stood out less positively is that some parts of the interface and a few features can feel a little awkward or not very user friendly when using the phone. On top of that the app gets updated often and those frequent changes can sometimes be disruptive and take a bit of time to get used to.

Compared with other tools I have used before, Rippling seems much more user friendly and does an excellent job with time management.

Cons

The thing I have noticed is that the system generates a lot of notifications. The communication is helpful but there does seem to be quite a bit of duplication.

It brings HR, payroll, IT and benefits together in one platform which makes a big difference day to day. The automation cuts down a lot of time spent on onboarding, payroll and compliance work and the interface is clean and easy to use. Having everything centralized helps reduce mistakes and makes employee management much more manageable through every stage of the lifecycle.

Cons

Even though it's a very capable platform, the large number of features and setup options can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Certain workflows and settings aren't always immediately clear so there's definitely a learning curve and sometimes a need to contact support. On top of that the price can climb as you add more modules which could be tough for smaller teams to justify.

Rippling has made payment management really simple to handle. The platform is very user friendly, I haven't run into any bugs or issues and the customer support team is always available and attentive whenever any questions come up.

Cons

Time management hasn't been the best fit for our company specifically so we still need to fill out timecards manually to make sure submissions are correct.
