Right away Rippling felt very user friendly and organized. Having everything in one place makes it quick and efficient to manage payroll, benefits and employee information.
Cons
At the beginning the biggest downside was how overwhelming it could feel because there are so many features and settings. It takes some time to figure out where everything is and how it all works.

Not only is it easy to use but I haven't run into any bugs or problems at all. I'd recommend it without hesitation because it's always been available whenever I needed it. On top of that customer support has been excellent every time I have had to reach out.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about it. I haven't had any issues and whenever I needed help, I always got a response.

Pros
Having payslips, tax forms and personal details all in one place is very convenient. The interface is also clean and user friendly so it doesn't take long to find what you need or learn how to use it.
Cons
At times some pages load a little slowly especially when opening documents. There are also a few areas that could seem more user friendly for someone using it for the first time.

Pros
It felt reliable right away and I didn't need any training to figure things out. The layout is user friendly, looks professional and makes the whole platform pleasant to use. I also really like how many features are built into one place so I am not bouncing between multiple tools to handle different tasks.
Cons
There was one time when the help documentation didn't answer the issue I was dealing with so my admin had to step in and contact IT directly. Thankfully, the problem was resolved quickly.

One thing I liked most about Rippling is how organized it makes everyday work feel. The platform has a clean, user friendly layout that makes it simple to manage tasks and information and having everything centralized and easy to track saves time and improves overall efficiency.

Pros
Managing employee benefits, payroll and other HR tasks in Rippling is very easy. Also the platform is user friendly and makes day to day employee management much easier to handle.
Cons
One frustrating part has been logging into the mobile app with a third-party authenticator. The codes I get from Authy often fail to work which makes access harder than it should be.

Pros
Having IT, HR and Payroll all in one dashboard has been the biggest advantage. It cuts out multiple logins and saves us from manually entering the same data across different systems. Since switching, tax filings and direct deposits have been completely accurate and always on time.
Cons
The platform is mostly very reliable although I have run into a few minor UI glitches when doing bulk employee updates. Support can also take longer than expected during busy periods like year-end filing which seems a bit disappointing for a premium-priced product.

Handling HR tasks is much easier with Rippling. Before I had to email HR for payment details, work hours or expenses. Now everything is in one system. I can log my hours, check my paystub and see what I am being paid for and this tool handles the tracking. Every step is simpler than before.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints. I mainly use it to log hours and receive payments and it has worked perfectly for that.

It is very user friendly and the workflow is simple to follow. I haven't run into any bugs or issues at all. Compared with the program we used before, it has been a much better experience and I really enjoy using it.

“Payroll visibility with flexible reviews”
Pros
Payroll gives a clear view of exactly what changed for each person from one cycle to the next which makes it much easier to catch and flag issues. The Reviews module was very simple to set up and tailor to our process and I really appreciate being able to assign different due dates for different parts of the review workflow, including separate employee-facing and internal deadlines. On the Spend/Finance side, it has been a big improvement for us to handle company cards, expenses and reimbursements directly within our HR platform. It's still a newer product and there's definitely room for refinement but even as it stands, it's a major upgrade from our old process for both admins and employees.
Cons
Most of the trouble we've run into has been with the Benefits module especially around not being able to fully set up our medical insurance employer contributions the way we need. Right now we're relying on a temporary workaround which has left some employee information inaccurate and we're really hoping the product is updated before our next Open Enrollment period later this year. Because of that contribution setup issue, I also have to make payroll deduction changes manually. That part has been more complex than it should be and syncing benefit deductions properly with Payroll has been a challenge. We also chose not to connect our company email to the platform and since we aren't using that feature, the system won't let us add work email addresses to employee profiles at all. It's not a major problem but it is inconvenient. Our implementation manager mentioned there should be a fix for it but our account manager couldn't offer much direction so I haven't spent more time digging into it.

Cons

Among the employee management tools I have used, it has been one of the best. It is easy to navigate and understand, needs very little support or training to get started and has been relatively free of bugs. I also like the customizable organization chart views, along with the ability to check and update payroll information directly as an employee.

Having HR, payroll, benefits and IT in one platform makes a huge difference. Onboarding and offboarding are automated, payroll is fast and accurate for W-2, 1099 and global employees and benefits stay fully synced with payroll. It's also really helpful to manage IT and app access from the same system. The custom workflows save time by automating approvals and employee changes and the compliance tools and detailed reporting add even more value. It also scales well as the company grows and the overall experience seems modern and simple for both admins and employees.
Cons
Because the platform does so much, it can feel overwhelming for new admins at first and there's definitely a learning curve. The initial setup and implementation also take time and can be fairly complex to get right.
