Working with Rippling is very easy. It comes with plenty of practical, useful features and the overall look of the platform is modern and visually appealing to use.
Cons
At this point I really don't have any specific dislikes. Based on how I have used it before and the way I use it now, I haven't run into anything I'd consider a downside.

Pros
Getting automated emails when I am paid is really helpful and the platform also makes it very simple to view, review and request time off.
Cons
I haven't really spent time figuring out how to access the optional training modules because I cannot seem to browse the training section although that may be more of an implementation or permissions issue than a platform problem.

Pros
One thing that really works well with Rippling is the wide range of features it offers along with how customizable it is. I rely on it a lot for employee management and overall it's very user friendly to work with.
Cons
At times the navigation can feel a bit confusing especially when moving through different features. Switching back and forth between my employee account and administrator account can also be a little frustrating.

Rippling has a clean, user friendly interface and a strong, broad set of features that covers all of my HR needs as an employee at my company.
Cons
The onboarding experience didn't really stand out although the interface is user friendly enough to figure out on my own. It also doesn't offer a dark mode setting.

Pros
It packs a lot into one platform and the automation is one of its biggest strengths. It works really well for having reps clock in, while also giving management useful tools for reviews. I also appreciate how clearly it shows the company hierarchy so you can quickly see everyone's role across the organization. It really seems like a one-stop shop with a lot of valuable features built in.
Cons
Its layout could be more user friendly, though. Some tabs lead into more tabs underneath and that can start to feel a little overwhelming. A simpler setup would make it much easier to navigate.

Not only is it easy to use but everything is laid out in a way that makes it user friendly. The extra security of having a separate authenticator for access is also something I really like.
Cons
Overall I genuinely like the site and don't have many complaints. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the platform sends a lot of emails.

It has been very responsive and easy to use. Also it handles customer support, employee management and payroll really well and the interface is fast and user friendly. We've been using the platform for more than three years and haven't run into any problems during that time.
Cons

Pros
Having one centralized place for everything work-related has been really convenient. I can check company updates, view my pay stubs and keep up with software updates for my work laptop all in the same platform.
Cons
Honestly I haven't had any real problems with it. It handles everything I need for work-related tasks. My only small complaint is that its 2FA doesn't connect with Google Authenticator so I have to use a separate authentication app just for it.

The simple layout and overall design made it pleasant to use. Having everything in one place for HR tasks is a big plus and it also made onboarding for a new remote job very easy.
Cons

Rippling covers just about every part of running a business in one platform. It lets you onboard and manage employees, run performance review cycles to support your most valuable asset such as your people and keep that support going as the company grows both in the U.S. and internationally.
Cons
Customer support is where the system really falls short. We had a W-2 issue two years ago that forced our team to spend weeks manually checking every single employee record. The IT team basically apologized, shrugged it off and offered no real help in a situation that could have become much worse.

Pros
Having nearly everything in one place is what I appreciate most about Rippling. Pay stubs, tax forms, benefits and other personal details are all simple to locate which makes handling HR-related tasks much more convenient. It also lets you check your upcoming schedule, payroll and PTO and you can submit requests directly through the platform as well.
Cons
Since I do not work on the HR side, I cannot really speak to the full experience from that perspective. That said, quite a few features seem locked behind other features so it can feel like the product pushes you to pay for more than you actually need, such as the headcount feature. I also ran into bugs, even at a relatively small company that was using it while I worked there.

Using it has not been a problem and the interface looks excellent. As someone with a busy work schedule, I like being able to get things done on it quickly.
Cons
The only problem I ran into was with one course I was taking, where submitting it for final completion was difficult. It happened just that one time.

Having training records, employee details and reporting lines all in one place is really useful. There are also plenty of extra add-ons available, like holiday tracking and timekeeping which makes the system more comprehensive.
Cons
Navigation can be tricky and the 360 feedback process was especially hard to manage. It wasn't clearly marked as anonymised and now I cannot share the feedback without having to redact large sections of information.

Rippling has been really useful for keeping secure onboarding documents organized in one place, automating the onboarding steps for new hires, storing personal records and managing payroll details across different employees.
Cons
One limitation is that I couldn't add highly customizable features to it so I still have to send some outside materials to new employees separately, like training videos and similar documents.

It is user friendly and the overall setup was simple too. The fast response time and the way it resembles other user friendly tools made the whole experience especially worthwhile.
Cons
Getting everything configured at the beginning did take a while and a few features seemed more complex than necessary for a small team so there was a bit more to learn than I expected. Still, it was never difficult just something that took a little time and I'd absolutely go through it again.

Rippling is easy to use and I like how well it handles payroll and time tracking. It's also convenient to submit PTO or sick leave through the system.
Cons
Only trouble I have run into is with clocking in and out for lunch. I haven't been able to find an option for that so at the moment I have to clock out of work and back in manually instead.

Pros
Having everything employment related in one place has been a huge plus. The layout is also user friendly so getting to paystubs, leave requests, benefits and employment documents is also easy without having to bounce between different portals. It has really simplified the way I keep track of and manage my HR information.
Cons
The area that could be better is the notification system. Even after tasks are completed, the notifications stay visible and feel intrusive sometimes getting in the way of other information on the platform. It would be much more helpful if they cleared automatically once something is finished or at least if there were a simple way to dismiss them.

Everything is very easy to use and the interface is clean with helpful tooltips and guidance text throughout. The benefits sections also do a really good job of showing what's due in each payroll cycle and explaining the specific details that apply not just to me as an employee but to my dependents as well.
Cons
Its mobile app keeps expiring my authentication so whenever I need to do anything meaningful, I end up having to use the desktop version instead.
