During onboarding, the most valuable parts of using Rippling were employee management, employee payroll and how simple the platform was to use.

Cons

I haven't had any complaints about the app at all. It was also reassuring to know support was available whenever I might need help.

Rippling brings HR, payroll and IT together in one platform without sacrificing depth or scalability which is something I really appreciate. The strong emphasis on automation and cutting down operational friction makes it clear the product is built with the real needs of growing companies in mind.

Cons

Getting started can take a bit of time because the platform is packed with features and that learning curve may feel heavier for smaller teams. Still, that same depth is also a big part of what makes it so capable once people are fully up to speed.

It has been really user friendly and serves as a true all in one place for everything my company needs. Getting onboarded went very well and learning the org chart was easy. Also it makes payroll and time-off information very visible which I like. Another plus is how it keeps you updated on priority tasks that need to be finished by a certain deadline.

Cons

One small annoyance is that, even though the notifications are helpful Overall I still get alerts saying a task needs to be completed even after I have already finished it.

Having payroll, talent processes, survey cycles, performance reviews, offer letters, onboarding and admin tools all in one place is a huge plus. It keeps everything centralized and makes managing HR tasks much more convenient.

Cons

The area that could use some improvement is the performance management interface especially when trying to view an individual's performance history over time.

Overall a really amazing experience. It is user friendly and well organized. Plus it lets me handle many HR and payroll tasks in one place. I use it regularly to update commuter benefits, review 401(k) details and check tax withholdings and pay statements all quick and easy to access. I also like the clean, user‑friendly interface. It reduces friction and saves time on admin tasks. In short it made managing my HR information much more efficient and hassle‑free.

Cons

A few things could still be improved. On my paycheck, my employer's health fund contributions appear repeated which makes it confusing to tell whether my net amount already reflects what they contributed. I also wish the transactions in my transit pre-tax account showed my current account balance. On top of that it would be helpful if the health contributions section highlighted what has changed or been added year over year so I could easily tell what is new and what has stayed the same.

Using both the app and website has been very easy because everything is user friendly and simple to navigate. It's easy to find what you need and the layout is practical, functional and puts the important tools right at your fingertips.

If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the website seems a bit basic and doesn't have a lot of extra bells and whistles. Aside from that, the app and website stay well in sync.

It is good as it covers everything I need for managing PTO, payroll and reimbursements in one place and the support team replies incredibly fast whenever I have a question.

The Portuguese translation still needs work and setting up some external payment methods especially Brazilian banks, can be difficult.

It is easy to use and my favorite part is having it as a browser extension so I can pull it up quickly no matter which website I am on.

The only frustrating moments are when it logs me out and every now and then I click the wrong thing and accidentally open a new window. Still, that's really more on me than the software.

I haven't had any real difficulties with it so far. The only issue has been that it went down twice and employees weren't able to log in during those times.

The interface is really user friendly and the integrations with benefits providers like HSA, FSA, health insurance, dental and others work very well.

I don't have much negative to say about it because I have had a positive experience overall. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the FSA probably doesn't need to be shown when you're already using an HSA.

Having payroll visibility, spending, time off and IT access all in one user friendly place was the biggest advantage of using it. From an end user perspective, it cut down on friction and removed a lot of the guesswork since everything needed for day to day tasks was available, dependable and self-service. That simplicity saved time, reduced the usual back and forth with HR or Finance and made routine admin work feel effortless instead of becoming a distraction.

Cons

One minor drawback was that a few features seemed more powerful than an average end user really needs so certain menus and settings could feel a little crowded at times. Even though the platform is user friendly Overall there were occasional moments when it wasn't instantly obvious which options applied to me and which were meant for admins. Still, that felt more like a side effect of how broad the platform is rather than a true usability problem.

It delivers strong value because it replaces several separate tools while still staying organized and user friendly. Handling interviews, onboarding tasks and employee records is easy too and the payroll and payment features make it simple to review invoices, track hourly pay and clearly see how and when payments are being processed. The interface is user friendly overall which cuts down on admin time and makes daily work feel more organized instead of overwhelming. Whenever questions or issues come up, support has been responsive and the minor bugs or system problems I have run into were resolved without causing major disruption.

The downside is that some features are not immediately clear especially when moving between different modules in the platform. A few workflows also feel a bit overbuilt for simple tasks, with more steps involved than you would expect. There are times when notifications or prompts are not very clear which creates some minor confusion about what to do next. On top of that occasional small glitches or slower loading can interrupt the workflow although those issues are usually fixed pretty quickly.

Being able to have expense report users automatically connect their expenses to their account is really helpful and sending receipts while on the go makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

It can be a bit slow to load in some areas. Paid expense reports also remain on the dashboard and it sometimes auto-selects expense categories that still need to be corrected.

Getting around this HR platform seems very natural, even for someone using it for the first time. Everything is laid out clearly so it's simple to find what you need and even simpler to actually use.

Honestly I don't have any complaints. The website flows really well, I figured it out almost immediately and nothing comes to mind that I'd want changed.

Rippling is a great tool. The implementation specialist and the built‑in setup checklist made sure everything was configured correctly. I also like that it's app‑based and that employees can create their accounts through a simple process.

Cons

It does miss some very specific customization options in payroll and time-off policies. A few of the workflows can also feel confusing at first until you understand how everything integrates within the system.
