“quick and easy setup process”
Pros
I find it simple, quick and very easy to use. I used Rippling to complete tax paperwork and the whole process only took a few minutes.
Cons
I didn't run into any issues while using it. I have only been in it a couple of times, though so I may not have used it deeply enough yet to notice any flaws.

“Always updated and totally reliable”
Pros
Everything seems very user friendly and the platform stays up to date. It consistently gives accurate information and clearly shows what needs to be done next.
Cons
I honestly cannot point to anything I dislike. Every time I need to use it or look up information, it seems friendly and simple.

“Fast device rollout with clear visibility”
Pros
Getting new user machines deployed with Rippling was much more efficient and setting up and configuring devices took far less time than expected. Having clear visibility into which devices were deployed and which were still undeployed made it easier to stay organized and keep accurate oversight. The interface also is user friendly so handling device management and running reports fit nicely into day to day IT support work.
Cons
The part that fell short for me was the limited customization available in the Devices reporting section. As an admin, I regularly needed reports built around specific fields or more precise filters but there just wasn't enough flexibility to do that well. Because of that, creating detailed, customized views of our device inventory and tracking certain metrics the way I wanted was more difficult than it should have been.

“The best user friendly HR platform”
Pros
Compared with similar tools I have used at past jobs, Rippling is by far the most user friendly. The overall usability really stands out and I don't think its ease of use can be matched.
Cons
At this point I really don't have any complaints about it. I mainly use it to clock in, request time off, submit wellness reimbursements and handle taxes and everything has worked without any problems.

“Fast billing with clear time-off”
Pros
Billing is quick and simple which makes everything much more manageable. The email notifications for payments are very helpful too and I also like the automatic payment withdrawals. The time‑off management for employees is also clear and useful.
Cons
The thing that doesn't work well for me is the org chart. It never seems fully accurate and sometimes it even places certain employees above the C-level team.

“Clean UI with responsive support”
Pros
Using Rippling has been a positive experience overall. The interface is clean, user friendly and simple to move around in. On top of that the support team responds quickly whenever I send feedback or have questions. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Cons
One issue is that the FSA section can be hard for new users to find especially in the mobile app. The FSA balance also doesn't refresh in real time. Another frustration is the 'keep me signed in' option which seems unreliable since I often have to log in again even after selecting it.

“All our employee needs in one platform”
Pros
Having HR, payroll, benefits and IT management truly unified in one system is the part I value most about Rippling. It really brings the entire employee lifecycle together and that level of automation makes a huge difference. It's especially helpful for more involved processes like onboarding, where app provisioning and payroll can both be managed well from a single place.
Cons
The long-term efficiency is definitely worth it but the initial setup and migration process can be fairly demanding and takes dedicated time to configure properly. I also felt the custom reporting interface could be a bit more user friendly when putting together ad-hoc reports.

“user friendly platform”
Pros
It is easy to use and I can move around the platform without any trouble. The color scheme also makes everything clear and comfortable to read and overall it has been very reliable.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind although I have noticed an occasional lag when logging in. That said, it might just be related to my internet connection.

“Efficient workflow”
Pros
The tool is very user friendly. I especially like how well the apps and websites connect with each other without any hassle. That communication makes it much simpler to locate the information I need quickly.
Cons
I have only been using it for around five months but right from the beginning, I was struck by how efficient and simple it is. At this point there really isn't anything I dislike about it.

“HR and payroll done right”
Pros
Having HR, IT and payroll all in one place is probably the best part of Rippling. The platform seems very user friendly and the automation really simplifies onboarding, offboarding and device management, making those tasks faster and much more efficient.
Cons
There is not really anything specific to complain about. The platform works well and is user friendly overall. It did take a few attempts at the beginning to get completely comfortable with it but after that it became very easy to use.

“organized and simple workflow”
Pros
Rippling seems well organized and it's simple to locate the topics you need. When I first started using it, I was able to pick up the overall flow pretty quickly.
Cons
In the beginning submitting a PTO request took me a little time because I couldn't immediately spot the button to create a request. After I found it I still had to work out how to enter the request properly but once I got past that, it became user friendly.

“A hub for all employee management”
Pros
It works really well as a one-stop shop for so many of our day to day needs, from payroll tasks to IT administration, app management and user enrollment across the different platforms we use. Having everything tied together in one central source of truth for employee information makes ongoing administration much simpler.
Cons
That said I have still run into a number of situations where I need to manually follow up on basic payroll items, such as spotting missing filings or payments that should have gone through correctly.

“Saves time in one place”
Pros
Having HR, payroll and IT all in one platform made a huge difference. Rippling brought everything together in one place and the way the modules connect so well saved us a lot of time while cutting down on manual work.
Cons
A few features did take some setup at the beginning so there was a bit of a learning curve before everything was fully running the way we wanted.

“Fast support with handy tools”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how fast the support team responds. Payslips are simple to access and review and the org chart is especially useful. The task feature works well and the expenses side of the platform does what it needs to without any issues.
Cons
When a feature isn't available, it can be difficult to figure that out quickly. The help function also isn't very useful, in my honest opinion.

“amazing HR tools overall”
Pros
The platform covers a lot really well especially the org structure, access management, payroll processing and payslip handling. Leave tracking is useful and the yearly and half-yearly review cycle is also well built. It's generally user friendly and brings all the core modules together in one place.
Cons
Pretty much all the modules I need are included but the UI could use some work. At times it's not very clear whether I am in the employee view or the admin view which can be a bit confusing.

“HR and IT combined powerfully”
Pros
Having HR, IT, payroll and device management all in one centralized platform cuts down a lot of administrative work and removes the hassle of juggling several disconnected tools. The automation is a huge advantage too such as onboarding and offboarding workflows are extremely efficient. With just one click, it can set up accounts, assign devices, enroll employees in benefits and configure permissions.
Cons
The initial setup can take some time because there are so many modules to configure and getting everything fully in place may require technical know-how. The add-on pricing model is also something to keep in mind since a lot of features come as separate modules and the cost can climb pretty quickly as you expand functionality.

“simplifies onboarding process”
Pros
Rippling makes onboarding very efficient. It automatically assigns tasks, sets up payroll and walks employees through forms and benefits in a clear, step by step process. That keeps everything organized and easy to follow.
Cons
One downside is that customer support can be slow or somewhat limited. When something comes up especially with payroll or benefits, it can be hard to get detailed help quickly and resolving problems sometimes takes longer than expected. On the admin side, the backend is more complex than the employee experience suggests. Setting up workflows, permissions and integrations comes with a learning curve and can take quite a bit of time. The reporting tools also feel less flexible than they should be since customizing reports or pulling very specific data is not always user friendly and often requires extra steps or workarounds.

“Employee management that just works”
Pros
Using Rippling has been very user friendly from the employee side. Submitting time-off requests is also easy and the employee management features are simple to navigate and use.
Cons
The goals section could be a bit more user friendly when making updates. For instance, it would help if users could more quickly access the most recent update made to a goal while editing it.

“HR that actually delivers”
Pros
Having so many HR tasks in one place has been a huge plus. The platform is very user friendly for handling payroll, submitting and managing time-off or vacation requests, reviewing and choosing healthcare benefits, keeping track of company passwords and logins and staying on top of employee dates, documents and contracts.
Cons
RPass has been the one part that seems a little unreliable. It can be buggy when updating company passwords and there's often a delay before new passwords actually sync. It also tends to glitch when switching back and forth between my admin and user accounts.
