Pros
Payroll and benefits are recorded really well and making adjustments is very easy. Employees can submit time changes without any hassle and approvals usually happen very quickly. Time off requests also get added directly into the timeline which keeps everything organized and up to date.
Cons
The only limitation I have noticed is that time-off requests have a minimum of 2 hours. It would be much better to allow smaller increments, like 30 minutes or 1 hour, for short absences such as doctor appointments or other quick personal matters during the workweek.

Rippling is a very simple tool which I really like. Also it keeps all employee related information together in one place and that makes things much more convenient.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the onboarding review for employees who are still learning how things work in the organization. There are also some small differences in the app.

The modern interface stood out and the platform is very up to date. Also it is easy to use, the functionality is strong and we've really enjoyed the onboarding process. Up to this point everything has gone very well.
Cons
The website search could be more useful. Rather than taking me straight to the page I need, it usually sends me to a help article instead.

The platform is pretty easy to understand and looks really professional. The navigation bar works very well and the buttons are visually appealing and distinct so there's honestly not much more you need.
Cons

Its layout is user friendly and simple to navigate. The app packs in a lot of useful features too as everything I need is in one place to manage time off, check my pay and benefits and acknowledge employee documents that I can go back and reference later.
Cons
Honestly there is not really anything that bothers me much. If I had to point out something specific, I would say I am not a big fan of the colors but even that is only a minor thing and does not affect me much.

The tool is very user friendly, with a simple interface that made it easy to work with. It also connected well with the systems we already use especially Google Workspace.
Cons
There was a bit of a lag between signing the contract and the actual onboarding process. Getting everything configured took some time but once that was done, the customer service team was excellent and extremely responsive.

Pros
Using Rippling has been really convenient because everything I need is in one place. Having multiple applications together saves me time and makes the platform simple to navigate. Payroll has also been very efficient for me. I can check when I am getting paid and the tracker is especially useful for keeping up with payment timing. It's been excellent being able to process payments right on the pay dates. On top of that whenever I have had to contact support about an issue, the responses have been timely and helpful. Between the responsive support and the number of apps included, it helps me manage my time much more effectively.
Cons
At times the dates don't seem to line up correctly and some of them appear differently which I think is due to time zone differences.

Right away the support stood out to me. The chatbot, live agent and review resources were all very helpful and made the whole process much more manageable overall.
Cons
One area that could be better is payroll support. I felt there should have been more admin guidance especially when setting up a semi-monthly payroll schedule.

Having all our HR functions in one place, along with password sharing and 2FA, has been really convenient. The team communicates well and the software has worked reliably for me. I haven't run into any bugs or problems using it.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit confusing at times and I don't always know where to find what I need. When that happens, I usually have to go back and check the emails I was sent.

Using Rippling has been a really positive experience overall. The platform is user friendly, it's simple to move around in and it does an excellent job of bringing HR and payroll together in one place. It has made everyday tasks much more efficient and saved a lot of time compared with juggling several different tools.
Cons
The drawback is that a few features can feel somewhat hidden if you're not already familiar with how the layout is organized. Since there are quite a few modules, tracking down certain settings or options can sometimes take longer than expected. Aside from that, the platform has been reliable.

Payroll, benefits, onboarding, devices and apps are all handled in one place so there's no need to keep switching between different systems. The interface looks clean, a lot of the work is automated and the integrations with time tracking, accounting and HR tools work reliably which makes day to day admin feel fast and hassle-free.
Cons
One part that frustrates me is how many clicks it can take to reach certain areas. The navigation doesn't always feel user friendly so even basic tasks can end up taking more time than they should. Rather than having a direct route, you often have to move through several menus or tabs which slows things down and makes the platform feel less efficient than expected.

Rippling is easy to use, with a user friendly interface that was simple to understand. Getting to paystubs, tax documents and benefits information is fast and the clean, modern layout doesn't feel outdated at all. The onboarding process was also well done, with step by step guidance that made everything easier to follow. Having HR, payroll and benefits all in one place has been a real time-saver.
Cons
At the same time the number of tools packed into the platform can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning. There are moments when the system slows down or lags especially during busier times. Some settings also aren't very obvious so it can take extra clicking around to find what you need. Support is helpful but response times can be inconsistent.

“Leave tracking feels really easy”
Pros
Handling time off through Rippling is very easy. Submitting leave or work from home requests or checking my balance, only takes a few seconds so no confusion, just a simple process. Also the interface is clean and practical for daily use. The self service portal clearly shows leave history, pending requests and balances for casual, sick and earned leave. I do not need to contact HR for basic info especially helpful in last‑minute situations. I also like the transparency around request status. I can see immediately whether something is pending, approved or rejected, without chasing my manager or HR for updates.
Cons
One limitation is that submitted leave requests cannot be edited. If there's a mistake in the dates or I need to switch the leave type, the only option is to cancel the request and submit a brand-new one. That gets frustrating and takes extra time especially when the change is very minor. An Edit Request option would make the process much more convenient.
