It is very simple and user friendly. I can move through the screens without any trouble and submitting a time-off request takes me less than five minutes.
Cons

Pros
The biggest advantage is how simple the platform seems while still bringing together so many HR functions in one place, from onboarding and payroll to healthcare management. Having everything integrated makes the whole process much more convenient and efficient.
Cons
Honestly nothing negative stands out to me. The platform has been excellent and the way it integrates different functions while staying user friendly is really impressive.

“Well-structured and user friendly”
Pros
A few things really work well here such as the org chart is useful, the 2FA security adds confidence and the modules are laid out in a very structured way. The platform is easy to understand and navigate, the color scheme looks good and managing employees is also easy overall.
Cons
There is not much I strongly dislike but the Cloudflare security check on the login page is a bit uncomfortable to deal with. I rely on the keyboard and when that step shows up, I have to switch to the mouse which adds some inconvenience and a bit of delay.

Pros
Having HR, payroll, onboarding and IT all in one place makes Rippling really convenient to use. The platform is clean and user friendly and the automation cuts down a lot of manual work especially when it comes to onboarding and offboarding. It's flexible, capable and simplifies processes that would normally take hours.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about it. The platform is very easy to navigate and using it is not a hassle.

Pros
Rippling has cut down our HR and payroll admin work by around 30-40% which has freed up the team to spend more time on strategic projects instead of handling manual data entry.
Cons
A few integrations and more advanced workflows still need technical setup or outside support so they're not as accessible for users without a technical background.

Keeping up with my PTO each week is really easy with this software and the whole system is very user friendly. If I ever forget my password, resetting it is quick and simple too.
Cons

One of the best parts is getting those fun payday emails as they always give me a laugh. I also really enjoy the company org charts since they make it simple to see who reports to whom.
Cons
At the beginning a few features were a little tricky to locate but it became much more familiar over time. For instance, I wasn't sure where to find my offer letter at first but now that I understand the different sections, it's easy to track down.

“Modern app with fast reimbursements”
Pros
Using Rippling has been a really positive experience especially because the app is modern, professional and very user friendly. The digital card feature has been a standout for me since it was something completely new compared with other expense tools I have used and it makes handling expenses much more efficient. Another big benefit is how well Rippling simplifies reimbursements by reading the details directly from receipts which cuts down a lot of the usual back-and-forth and hassle of submitting expense reports. I also appreciate that my manager gets notified right away when I send something in which helps move the reimbursement process along much faster. On top of that the personal setup was very convenient, from getting the digital per diem card to linking my bank account for reimbursements and that really added to the overall experience.
Cons
There are only a few small things I'd tweak in the interface, mainly around navigation for expense reports. Since I have some UX/UI design experience, I know I may notice these details more than most people but certain functions could definitely be easier to reach and a bit more user friendly. Right now it can take more taps than necessary to get to specific features and when I am submitting an expense report, I sometimes have to jump back through the app again which breaks the flow a little. They're pretty minor UI issues overall and I am admittedly being picky but improving those areas would make the process feel even more organized. Even with that the UI/UX is still very strong especially compared with other expense platforms I have used.

Pros
HR, IT, payroll and device and app management all work together well so a lot of tasks that used to need several different tools now happen automatically. The system is very user friendly, the automations save a lot of time and having a single source of truth for employee data makes things like onboarding, offboarding and compliance much more organized. That mix of simplicity, automation and integration is what makes it so valuable.
Cons
One drawback is that customer support can be slow to respond. When something urgent comes up especially around payroll or compliance, it may take longer than expected to get a clear answer.

The features I rely on most are time off management and the dashboards. The app is very user friendly and getting around it is simple too.
Cons
Two-factor authentication can be a bit frustrating. I understand it's an excellent security feature but if I have already verified on the same device, it shouldn't keep asking for 2FA again the next time.

The platform has a clean interface and is fairly easy to navigate. On paper it offers some useful features and seems like it could be convenient if everything actually worked the way it should.
Cons
Using it has been incredibly frustrating. Setting up my information during onboarding was a nonstop hassle, with repeated problems and delays the whole way through. At one point someone accessed my account and changed my bank details without my permission which was alarming and absolutely unacceptable. Payments were delayed and in some cases didn't go through at all and there's no direct phone support for urgent problems. Overall it has felt unreliable and very difficult to deal with.

Everything is laid out in a very simple way and having it all in one place makes it really easy to find whatever you need. It works well whether the company is small or large which makes it very practical overall.
Cons

Rippling has been very user friendly to use. It lets me keep track of my payroll and also submit and monitor my PTO requests without any hassle.
Cons
Overall I really enjoy using it and it also integrates with other software our workplace relies on. The only issue I run into from time to time is logging in. Occasionally, I get a message related to cloudfare so I usually work around it by signing in through the website using incognito mode.
