Navigating Rippling is simple and dependable. It keeps all of my company-related documents in one place and the customer service has been wonderful whenever I have needed help.
Cons

The tool is simple and efficient and it cuts down a huge amount of time on all the administrative tasks I need to handle for the company. The training process is very clear and submitting reimbursement requests seems almost automatic.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is making pending tasks easier to locate. Other than that, the overall experience has been amazing and there's really not much to complain about.

This is a professional and user friendly tool. The interface is clean, the UX is simple and everything is laid out in a way that makes sense so getting tasks done is quicker and more efficient. Navigation is visually clear which cuts down on confusion and makes the platform feel approachable from the start. The overall design is well thought out and it really helps make managing workflows and finding features feel simple and pleasant.
Cons
One thing that would make it even more useful is built-in reminders when I am getting close to my 401(k) or HSA contribution limits. At the moment, I have to keep track of that on my own which takes extra time and is pretty easy to miss. Proactive alerts like that would add a lot of value by making benefits management more efficient and helping prevent accidental over-contributions.

Having paystubs, benefits details, documents and personal information all in one place makes Rippling really convenient to use. The interface is clean and simple so even when I haven't logged in for a while, I can still find my way around without any trouble. I also like how clear the benefits enrollment flow is, with helpful explanations and step-by-step guidance throughout the process.
Cons
A few tasks especially in the benefits area, take more steps than they probably need to and can feel somewhat repetitive. Finding older documents or previous forms can also be a little confusing if you don't remember exactly where they were saved. It's nothing serious but there are definitely a few spots that could be made more organized.

Managing payroll and employee admin is much easier with Rippling. Also the dashboard is user friendly and the automation tools are very helpful. Setting up new hires is quick and the customization options make it easy to support Marrybrown's specific processes without much hassle.
Cons
There are times when payroll syncing runs into bugs and setting up workflows for a bigger team can become a bit complicated. Support does step in and usually resolves things but response times tend to slow down during busy payroll periods.

The tool is easy to use. Also payroll works well, onboarding and offboarding employees is excellent and the interface is clean and user friendly. The automation engine is also a strong feature and saves a lot of manual work.
Cons
The pricing can get expensive as you add more features or employees. It's also not a full ERP replacement, support can be inconsistent depending on the issue and it may not be the best fit for very large companies or enterprise-level needs.

Cons
The only rough part was the sales process which wasn't the best in my case. That seemed tied to one individual rather than the platform or the rest of the team so it doesn't reflect the overall experience I have had with their IT side.

Bringing HR, payroll, IT and device management together in one platform makes everything much more efficient and cuts down on duplicated work. The biggest value is the automation and how well employee data integrates across modules. Once a new employee is added, everything from payroll to app provisioning updates automatically which saves a lot of time and helps prevent mistakes. The interface also is very user friendly. Employees can handle leave requests, check payslips, finish onboarding tasks and update their personal details on their own without needing HR every time. On the management side, the control and visibility are a huge plus. Compliance tracking, onboarding workflows and access management are all organized which makes day to day team operations run much better.
Cons
The look and usability are quite nice but the platform can feel a little overwhelming at the beginning because there are so many modules to navigate. It takes a while to get comfortable with where everything is. Some of the features are very capable, though they are not always fully customizable. Certain workflows or reports come with fixed fields so tailoring them to very specific business requirements can be challenging. The initial setup also has a fairly steep learning curve. Configuration needs close attention and without proper onboarding, teams can run into small delays or confusion. Since everything is so tightly connected, even minor setup errors can affect several modules at once. Once it is configured properly, it works really well but getting there takes accuracy and care.
