Using it is very fun and being able to jump between tasks while still keeping a dashboard of key items and a to-do list right in front of me is really useful.
Cons
The timecard change request approval process takes too long. I'd prefer to see it reduced to fewer steps from start to finish.

Pros
Onboarding is incredibly quick as it only takes a few minutes. Running payroll is also easy and everything syncs automatically. Time tracking and approvals are fast and well organized too which keeps things efficient.
Cons
Its mobile experience seems a bit limited so handling tasks while away from a computer can be more difficult. A few actions also require more clicks than expected and I do sometimes get notifications later than I should.

Cons

Everything all together in Rippling was the biggest advantage for me. Also everything felt centralized which made day to day processes quicker, more organized and much simpler to handle.
Cons
One downside was that a few features felt somewhat limited and needed workarounds especially when it came to customizing workflows.

Getting into everything we use at the company is really convenient because all connected apps are available through one quick-access setup. The password management with Rpass has also been very helpful and the payroll and bank management tools include a useful budget planning function. On top of that the security seems reliable thanks to the two-factor authentication that refreshes every week.
Cons
After using it for more than two months, I still haven't run into any major issue that would make me dislike the app or platform.

This tool brings everything into a single source of truth for employee data so onboarding and offboarding happen much more properly, from payroll and benefits to app access and device provisioning. The automation is a huge plus too since it cuts down on manual entry and helps simplify complicated workflows across teams. That mix of deep integration and strong automation saves a lot of admin time while also helping keep workforce management accurate and compliant from start to finish.
Cons
One recurring downside is the pricing which can feel complicated and expensive because of the modular setup and the lack of clear upfront public pricing. That makes budgeting harder especially for smaller companies. Support can also be hit or miss At times since live help is not always available around the clock and more complex issues may take a while to get resolved. On top of that because the platform integrates so well across HR, IT and Finance some new admins can feel overwhelmed during the initial setup and while navigating the many customization options compared with simpler competitors.

The interface is clean and simple to navigate. Also it includes project time tracking and the payroll feature makes it simple to add or update bank account details.
Cons

Having so many HR tools gathered in one place has been really convenient. Also it is easy to navigate and I like being able to check my time card and PTO requests during the pay period. Updating bank accounts, pay splits and benefit selections is also fairly simple whenever changes are needed.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was getting and reporting wage information through it instead of directly from my employer. It seems my organization has since resolved that issue which I am happy about.

Using Rippling has been really easy. I can sign in through both the mobile app and the website which makes it convenient depending on where I am. I use it to manage my time and benefits with my current employer and everything is laid out in a way that's simple to follow. The interface looks good and the whole system is very easy to understand.
Cons
Honestly I prefer this one. I have used other time management apps before and this has been by far the easiest one to use and understand.

Having everything in one unified platform is easily the biggest advantage. Bringing HR, payroll and IT tools like device management together in a single system saves a huge amount of time and gets rid of repetitive data entry. Being able to onboard a new employee and set up their laptop software access and payroll all from one place really changes the game.
Cons
Support can be hard to get in touch with and more complicated issues tend to take too long to resolve. At this price point, we expected a dedicated account manager or at least quicker and more accessible help. The modular pricing is also not very transparent which makes budgeting tricky since the total cost climbs fast when additional features are added.

One thing I really like about Rippling is how simple and dependable it is. Payroll gets processed quickly, payments always show up on time and the platform is very user friendly. The notifications and the way everything is organized make it feel effortless to manage.
Cons

It is easy to use. I can quickly check the hours I have worked and see my paystub with exactly how much I'll be earning. It also shares birthdays and recognizes long-term associates which is a nice touch and genuinely appreciated. Another thing I really appreciate is that the payment method works through Wise.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much to criticize. It handles time-off requests really well and I usually hear back within a couple of days about whether they were approved or not.

The customer support team was excellent throughout. Setting up workflows is also easy and the e-learning section was simple to use as well.
Cons
The LMS still needs more functionality especially around content categories, learning paths and playlists. Right now, all the learning materials sit in one list which makes the whole section feel a bit messy and harder to organize.

Right from the start everything in Rippling felt very well organized. When I joined my current company and started using it, I was able to figure out where things were with just a quick search through the system. Having access on both my laptop and my phone has been really helpful too. On top of that I haven't run into any glitches during the nearly 6 months I have been using it.
Cons
mobile version can be a bit more confusing because the layout isn't as wide. At first, that makes it a little harder to tell exactly where you need to go.

Large, clearly labeled buttons make navigation simple and help you get to the right links quickly. It brings HR, payroll, benefits, IT and even device management together in one system which cuts down the need to juggle multiple tools.
Cons
One downside is not being able to view your paycheck the day before. That makes it harder to catch any possible errors ahead of time or simply confirm the net amount before payday.
