Clean dashboard with simple access

Pros

Using it has not been a problem. The dashboard is clean and it makes it simple to find and choose exactly what I need.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a downside. Whenever I need to check my time off or look over my benefits, everything works without any issues.

helpful tools

Pros

The platform is very user friendly, simple to navigate and provides useful information throughout. I also really appreciate being able to access it without needing to be at a computer.

Cons

It does freeze once in a while which can sometimes affect clocking in and out but I do appreciate that updates and changes are made when that issue comes up.

Everything stays organized in one place

Pros

Having everything documented and organized in a single place is what I like most about this tool. It makes communication between my employer and me very easy and I can keep track of requests, payments and updates without any confusion.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind at the moment but if I had to point out something, it would be that updates sometimes take a little while to show up though it has never really caused any major problems.

easy to use payroll access

Pros

The platform is very user friendly and simple to navigate. Plus I like being able to check my payroll details and also see where my role fits within the organization. On top of that the customer support team has been helpful anytime I have needed assistance.

Cons

Honestly I haven't come across anything I dislike about it. I have been using the system for all of my HR needs since July 1st of this year and I really have no complaints.

Fast onboarding with quick pay

Pros

Getting started with Rippling was efficient and hassle-free. The interface feels modern, clean and very user friendly and payments come through really fast as well.

Cons

Overall the platform works really well. The only part I am less satisfied with is the mobile app since it doesn't include some of the features that are available on the web version.

well organized and user friendly

Pros

Everything on the platform seems well organized and easy to use. I can quickly pull up my pay stubs, update my personal details and look through all the available training opportunities without any hassle.

Cons

Convenient HR that's well organized

Pros

Rippling is very user friendly and neatly organized. Everything I need for HR is right there and simple to locate, whether I am checking payroll information, benefits or time-off details. The clean design and simple layout make everyday tasks fast and hassle-free. It really organizes HR work and keeps everything together in one convenient place.

Cons

After using this product for the past 7 months, I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike. It has been reliable and consistently worked well.

Handy search options available

Pros

It is easy to use and it doesn't take much effort to understand. I also really like the different options it offers when I am searching for tasks or trying to find information.

Cons

I don't really have any downsides to mention at this point since this is my first time using it. My past jobs relied on different platforms so I am still comparing it to those.

amazing payroll

Pros

Navigating the tool is easy especially for employee management and payroll tasks. Having the portal in one place and being able to catch errors without logging out makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

One thing that's frustrating is the lack of a customer service phone number and no clear company admin contact or email information. When I needed to make a simple change to my direct deposit, I ended up having to reach out to several employees just to get it handled.

All my benefits in one spot

Pros

Everything is organized in one place which makes the platform really convenient to use. I can access my paystubs, financial details, pension information and healthcare information all in the same spot.

Cons

A glossary would make it much better especially for 401k and stock-related information. Having a little more guidance to explain the terms and details in those areas would be really helpful.

As someone working in a corporate setup, Rippling makes things incredibly convenient. Everything is available in one place, from taxes and payroll to leave management and approvals so there's no need to maintain records across multiple systems or keep checking different places from time to time.

Cons

It keeps everything together in one platform, including taxes, payroll, leave management and approvals. The interface is clean, vibrant and very user friendly and the support service has been excellent.

very user friendly features

Pros

Using Rippling is very fun and easy and it comes with a wide range of functions and features. The notifications are especially clear and make it obvious what action needs to be taken.

Cons

One thing that could be better is how the platform positions itself. It's not entirely obvious whether it is mainly an HR management system, an employee onboarding tool, a learning management system or a combination of all of them.

Makes every HR task simple

Pros

My favorite part is how simple it makes every task, from changing payroll details to getting a new hire set up in the system.

Cons

Well the workflow design tool is not as user-friendly as it could be. A few limitations get in the way of customizing processes exactly how I'd like.

Removes stress from your work life

Pros

After you get the hang of the program, it honestly makes your work life better. Everything gets processed much quicker and with less effort. The support team is fantastic and the platform itself is very basic with features that made setting everything up a smooth process. I use it daily and it's been a major advantage for me.

Cons

I wish I had the option to force a stop or end a process at a specific point when necessary.

Automates user accounts and cuts manual work

Pros

It automatically sets up and turns off user accounts based on what we do in HR which cuts down on manual work and mistakes. Everything from managing leave to compensation is on one simple dashboard that is quick to navigate. In short working with Rippling is also just very easy.

Cons

For now I do not have many criticisms. I am pleased with all the available tools. One area for improvement could be better integration with Active Directory.

Amazing to have all tools in one spot

Having so many tools consolidated in one spot is simply amazing. Plus I really like how simple it is to track my time and manage my employee benefits.

Great software connections and time savings

Pros

There are several aspects of Rippling I really value such as how well it connects with other software, how easy it is to access, the helpful reminders for unfinished tasks and the huge time savings from not needing multiple logins for all the different platforms I use.

Cons

The mobile experience could be developed further, as we still need a laptop or desktop to access some of the more advanced functions.
