An impressive range of features

Pros

I am really impressed by the range of features available and the clean, organized design of the interface.

Cons

According to me the price is on the higher side but I find it acceptable because of the powerful tools and capabilities it includes.

complete all-in-one HR system

Pros

I value Rippling because it is a complete system that manages our benefits, payroll, time tracking and new hire onboarding all in one place. It brings all our policies and information together seamlessly. The document feature works perfectly and is simple to use, while the integrations are excellent and do not need any extra technical setup. The automation saves me a lot of time on routine tasks and its precise payroll processing is a major plus for our business. It also boosts our companys credibility by modernizing our entire HR tech stack.

Cons

Though I really like the platform but I wish they offered different pricing levels. Also for a smaller team like ours, the current cost is a bit high.

Strong HR with great app integration

Pros

Having HR and app integration in one place saves a ton of time. The onboarding and offboarding automation works really well and the interface seems user friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

Pricing can become expensive as you add more modules, customer support can be slow to respond during busy periods and occasional syncing issues between integrations still need manual fixes.

Convenient HR tools

Pros

Everything is kept in one place and the interface seems reliable. Both employee and employer documents, along with the other essentials, are all together in a single system.

Cons

A built-in chatbot would make it easier to get straight to the right place. At first, the dashboard was a bit difficult to navigate.

All our HR needs in one spot

Pros

It gives us one place to handle just about everything HR related. Benefits, payroll, PTO and leave management all sit under the same umbrella which makes our workflow much more organized and cuts down on how many different systems we have to jump into for everyday HR tasks.

Cons

Even with the advantage of having everything in one system, a few processes have been more troublesome than expected. For example approved PTO requests do not always show up correctly and duplicate approval notifications sometimes get sent out. To be fair some of this is probably tied to user error on our side or issues with the initial and ongoing setup but it still does not seem very easy to fix.

A complete HR hub

Pros

Rippling covers everything I need. It keeps important details organized and documented, from PTO and leave requests to team schedules, HR announcements and of course salary information.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues with it. Since the first time I started using it, it has worked really well for me without any trouble or errors.

Automation that wins every time

Pros

Having everything in one system makes a big difference and it's really convenient to automate tasks like onboarding and payroll.

Cons

At the beginning, the platform can feel a little overwhelming because there are so many features packed into it. It takes a while to understand how everything works and get the settings customized the right way.

Customizable and user friendly

Pros

Everything is easy to use and it's simple to adjust settings and check whatever you need. The customizable options are also very user friendly.

Cons

A complete workplace hub

Pros

The thing I like is having everything in one place. As I can log in and handle time and attendance, approve time cards, confirm schedules, check rewards and take care of several other benefits all from the same system.

Cons

At this point I don't have any complaints about it. If I come across any issues later on, I'll be sure to mention them in my next review.

portal is very user friendly

Pros

Navigating the online portal has been incredibly easy. The site is also very user friendly and the layout makes it simple to take care of the tasks my company needs me to complete.

Cons

My only complaint is not having it sooner. I really don't have any major issues with the system and any small problem I have run into has been resolved within a few minutes.

Helpful tools for the whole team

Pros

Rippling has been a really user friendly website/software for our team and it's been very helpful for my company overall. Everyone can clock in and out, check their benefits and see when something needs attention because the system sends notifications. It also lets you request time off, submit adjustments and more. Overall it's simply amazing software to use.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have anything to dislike about it. Like most websites or work systems, there are occasional technical issues and there were a few times we couldn't clock in. It happens very rarely though and everything was fixed and updated by the very next day.

All payroll in one location

Pros

Everything is very easy to use and it's simple to find what I need. Having all of my payroll stubs and reports available in one place has been especially helpful.

Cons

It's still too early for me to point out any downsides right now. I have only been using it for a couple of months so I'd need more time before giving any real cons.

Great workflow and benefits tools

Pros

One thing I really like is the approval flow for headcount requests, along with the built-in HSA/FSA administration and the simple way payroll selections can be updated.

Cons

There are still only a limited number of direct integrations with financial planning software and that seems like an important opportunity for the product as more companies continue adopting it.

Packed with features and thoughtful design

Pros

Right away the focus on user experience really came through. It's obvious the designers and developers invested a lot of effort into making important information as accessible as possible. I also appreciate how feature-rich the platform is, with everything handled in one place.

Cons

I honestly don't have much negative feedback. The only minor issue is that I occasionally forget there's a personal view mode and a company view mode for individual users.

Paystubs and benefits done correctly

user friendly and genuinely enjoyable

Everything in one convenient place

Pros

Everything is laid out really well which makes it simple to locate whatever you need. I also love having all my employee information in one place such as pay stubs, insurance details, the org chart, time-off requests, performance reviews and more.

Cons

Honestly there is not much I dislike about it. If I could change one thing, I would add an attachment under the My Benefits section that clearly lists all services covered under each insurance plan. For example, if I have Cigna Plus, it would be helpful to see a document showing which services are covered and what percentage is paid.

A complete employee hub

Pros

Having all my employee information in one place has been incredibly helpful. The employee management tools are excellent and I can quickly access my personal details, pay records, W-2s, training history and benefits without any hassle. It's reassuring to know everything is kept secure and organized on a single platform.

Cons

At the level I use it I really haven't run into any issues. I have heard a few people mention that customization can be somewhat limited but that hasn't been something I have personally experienced.
