“Great payroll with strong employee management”

Pros

Overall a really positive experience. It's user friendly, the customer support is excellent and the customization options are fantastic. Managing employees and payroll seems very easy and I have genuinely enjoyed using Rippling for my work and the overall employee experience.

Cons

I have only been using it for a short period so I don't have any downsides to mention at this point. Right now, I haven't come across any cons with this product.

Pros

After working with quite a few SaaS tools in a professional setting, this one stands out as the most easiest to use by far. The UX seems incredibly user friendly and well thought out, with a modern design that makes everything easy to follow. You don't need to be especially technical or an HR expert to figure out how to move through the interface, run payroll or choose benefits. Employees are also able to handle their own settings which really reduces how often HR or IT has to step in for support.

Cons

One area that seems less natural is switching between the manager/admin view and the standard employee view. Compared with how user friendly the rest of the platform is, that part takes more effort to understand. Talent managers may need extra time to learn the differences between each view instead of feeling equally comfortable using both.

Pros

Everything an employee might need is in one centralized platform which makes Rippling really convenient to use. Having payroll, vacation tracking and other tools all in the same place is what I appreciate most about it.

Cons

My biggest issue with it is the amount of commission they charge when transferring money to other banks. I also think the color scheme could be improved quite a bit.

Pros

It is simple and the customer support team is excellent at resolving issues quickly and efficiently. The interface also looks modern and user friendly which makes the overall experience even better.

Cons

I have run into bugs that cause the app to freeze on my iPhone. It's also frustrating that time-off requests cannot really be customized since you're limited to submitting them one day at a time which seems pretty inefficient.

Pros

Being able to tailor the platform to our needs and use it across different countries has been a big advantage. The support from their team has also been really valuable and we've appreciated the help we're getting.

Cons

At times the platform isn't the easiest to navigate especially when trying to check how many vacation days are remaining for a specific month.

Pros

Using Rippling has been an excellent experience overall. The platform is user friendly, works efficiently and combines HR, payroll and IT management in one place. Bringing everything together makes it much easier to onboard new employees and handle benefits and the automation tools save a lot of time.

Cons

Every now and then, finding certain details in the dashboard can take a bit of digging especially things like older paystubs or benefit information. The navigation could be clearer and more consistent between modules.

Rippling is very easy to use and the mobile features make everything convenient to use on the go. Payroll tracking and payments are much more organized now and the whole process feels far less complicated thanks to Rippling.

Cons

The interface could still be improved a bit although it's not hard to learn. A few tabs feel repetitive but it hasn't taken away much from the overall experience.

Using Rippling seems very easy. Finding what I need is also not a hassle and every task I have to complete in the platform is quick, simple and easy to get done.

Honestly I don't have any complaints about it. It's built exactly for what I need it to do.

After switching over, this platform already feels like a more budget-friendly option than the one we were using before. It also seems much more current and better aligned with what we need right now.

Since we're still getting familiar with the platform, the biggest problem has been with our implementation specialist. We were told our physical cards had been shipped but they didn't arrive for more than two weeks and whenever we asked for tracking details or any kind of update, our emails were either avoided or left unanswered.

This tool's Single Sign On feature has been a big plus and I really appreciate being able to stay logged in instead of having to sign in again every time I open the platform.

Cons

Early on parts of the UI and the tab navigation were a little hard to spot. At times certain options seem to blend into the color scheme and end up feeling somewhat buried on the screen.

Everything on the website is laid out in a way that makes it simple to navigate and find what I need. After using it, I haven't run into any problems and I'd definitely recommend Rippling to other businesses.

There really haven't been any issues to mention. I have been using the platform for almost six months now and haven't had any trouble with it at all.

Customer service hasn't quite met my expectations. Even for issues that seem simple, it can take longer than I'd expect to get them resolved.

From onboarding it has been one of the most simplest platforms I have used. Employees seem genuinely happy with it because it's customizable and signing documents is easy tpp. Payroll is also hassle-free and consistently processed on time.

Honestly I don't have any major complaints. The only small issue I ran into was a minor bug that sent duplicate documents out for signature.

Compared with ADP, Rippling seems much more user friendly. The interface is clean and moving around the platform is easy without that cluttered feel.

A few items in the IT dashboard don't really apply to my role so there's a little bit of unnecessary clutter there but it's pretty minor overall.

Getting around in Rippling is probably the best part. Most of the system and its components feel logical and it usually isn't hard to find what you need, except when building reports now and then.

One area that can be frustrating is IT support. At times they seem to send you in circles or provide answers that aren't very helpful although that kind of issue can happen with any customer support team.

this seems very tech-forward in the way it operates. They're always innovating and regularly updating the system which makes the platform feel modern and consistently improving.

Getting support can be a bit frustrating at the beginning. You have to go through the AI first before you can actually reach a real person for help.

Switching to this payroll provider has been a really pleasant surprise. The thing that stands out most is how user friendly it seems as the interface is clean, simple and everything is laid out where you'd expect it to be. Moving around the platform is simple and easy too which saves time and cuts out the usual payroll-related frustration. At this point I am really happy with the service and excited to keep using it.

Cons

At this stage I honestly haven't run into any downsides. If something does come up, the app makes it very clear how to fix it so there hasn't been anything I'd call a real con yet.

Having HR, payroll and device management all connected in one platform is Rippling's biggest advantage. The automation cuts down a lot of time during onboarding and offboarding and the interface seems clean and easy to move around in.

Cons

A few features can seem a little complex at the beginning and it takes some time to get comfortable with all the settings and modules. Every now and then, certain updates or changes also need admin-level support to be set up properly.

The standout feature in Rippling is the single sign-on option. Being able to open multiple applications with one click saves a lot of time and makes day to day access much more convenient.

Cons

The mobile interface could use a bit more improvement since it's not as user friendly as the desktop version. Other than that, everything else has been good.
