“A flexible HR platform for global teams”
Pros
Rippling is an amazing HR tool for us because it comes with a wide range of features. Being able to manage our US employees and our international virtual assistants all in one place is a big advantage. Another thing I appreciate is how customizable the platform is since it lets us tailor the setup to fit our needs.
Cons
One thing I am not a fan of is how everything is split into separate modules. Costs can add up pretty quickly when you start adding each extra feature or item.

“organized workflows across the board”
Pros
Right away the platform looks well organized and user friendly. Even without being especially tech-savvy, it's quick to learn and simple to navigate without feeling overwhelming. One of the biggest benefits is the amount of time it saves. Tasks that would usually require several steps or even switching between multiple systems can all be handled in one place. Whether it's onboarding, payroll or managing employee information, everything seems efficient and well organized. I also really like how forgiving the system is. Mistakes happen but the tool makes it pretty easy to go back, fix them and keep moving without unnecessary frustration. That flexibility makes a real difference in everyday use. Overall it offers strong value by combining powerful features with a user friendly design. It's reliable, efficient and quick to pick up which makes it a great option for anyone wanting to simplify their workflow.
Cons
Honestly this may sound like a joke but my biggest complaint is that I wasn't introduced to this app sooner. I have worked at several companies and used a lot of different systems and this is easily the best one I have seen for organizing everything. When I turn on my phone and see the app, I don't feel the anxiety that other apps have given me.

“Efficient HR all in one place”
Pros
Rippling really stands out as a single platform that combines HR, payroll, benefits and IT management in a way that keeps everything more organized and efficient. The interface is modern and user friendly so both employees and admins can get things done without much hassle. I also like the automation tools since they save a lot of time and help cut down on human error in everyday tasks.
Cons
One downside is that the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning because there are so many tools and settings to work through. Some workflows and integrations also took extra time to understand without more guidance or support. On top of that occasional updates or navigation changes made it harder to quickly locate information that had previously been simple to access.

“quick setup with simple payroll”
Pros
It was quick, simple and efficient tool. Overall the platform is easy to use and reviewing and approving timecards for payroll is especially simple.

“A complete HR platform”
Pros
Navigating the platform is very easy and it was really convenient to handle almost everything from one place. Customer support was fast and responsive whenever needed. Payroll, PTO requests, leave tracking and reimbursements were all simple to manage and keep track of.
Cons
At times it isn't very clear who to reach out to for bugs, issues or specific requests within the platform. Having a single support system instead of splitting help between chat and separate email addresses would make things much more convenient.

“HR that wins every time”
Pros
Having Rippling in place cut down a huge amount of manual HR work for us by bringing employee onboarding, payroll, device management and basic IT tasks into a single platform. One of the strongest parts is the onboarding workflow since new hires can handle documents, payroll setup and account access without HR needing to chase them with multiple follow-ups. The interface seems modern and is much easier to move around in than the older HR systems we used previously. The automation tools save a lot of time too especially for repeat tasks like employee status changes, approvals and payroll processing. We also appreciated the integrations with Slack, Google Workspace and Zoom because they made user access management much simpler. From a cost perspective, it delivered great value for us since we did not have to maintain separate systems for each HR and IT function.
Cons
I noticed a few of the more advanced workflows and settings take some time to fully figure out during the initial setup so admins should expect a bit of a learning curve. Reporting works well overall but when we needed highly specific custom reports, it sometimes felt a little restrictive. Support has usually been helpful, though response times can vary depending on how urgent the issue is. Pricing is another thing to watch because costs can climb fairly quickly once multiple modules are added.

“Payroll and HR combined perfectly”
Pros
Using it is beneficial for me because it combines payroll and HR. It handles payroll with automated calculations, tax filing and direct deposits which cuts down on manual work and helps avoid mistakes. The platform is user friendly and brings several functions into one system, including employee records, benefits and compliance so managing the full workforce process seems much more efficient. My company uses Rippling for all of our payroll and HR tasks.
Cons
A downside is that some parts can feel a bit complicated during the initial setup especially for someone new to payroll systems.

“my favorite HR tool”
Pros
Everything is laid out in a very user friendly way so it's simple to find whatever I need all in one place. I especially appreciated having all the key company manuals and benefits details stored under Documents which made them quick to locate whenever I needed them.
Cons
Honestly I wouldn't change anything about the product. I have worked with several HR tools and this one is still my favorite.

“Convenient”
Pros
Rippling is what I rely on most for checking my pay, tracking vacation time and handling basic HR tasks. The layout is simple, everything is kept together in one place and it's quick to pull up payroll or time-off details whenever I need them. Overall it cuts down on time and makes day to day HR tasks much more convenient.
Cons
There isn't much about it that I actively dislike, though a few small things could be better. Certain features take a little time to learn at the beginning especially when moving through some HR or payroll settings. I also ran into a minor issue when entering sick-time hours for a part-time weekend shift because the system didn't allow the kind of flexible hour entry that situation needed.

“A powerful HR solution”
Pros
The system saves a huge amount of admin time because everything is in one system such as payroll, employee management, benefits, device management, app provisioning and expense tracking. Also the interface seems modern and user friendly so onboarding and daily HR tasks are easy even for non‑technical users. Payroll is especially efficient and the automation reduces manual work and helps prevent mistakes. I also liked the flexibility in workflows for onboarding, approvals and employee updates. The accounting and expense tools connect well with other systems, making reimbursements and reporting much easier to handle.
Cons
Even though the platform does a lot, certain parts can feel a bit too complex during the initial setup especially when dealing with integrations or more advanced workflows. The cost can also climb pretty fast once you start adding extra modules. Support is usually helpful but response times are not always consistent depending on the type of issue. There are also occasional minor bugs or syncing delays between modules especially with third-party integrations and that can be frustrating when you're working on time-sensitive payroll or reporting.

“HR that saves you valuable time”
Pros
Having payroll, HR, benefits and employee management all in one place makes this tool organized, efficient and simple to use. It cuts down the time spent on daily tasks with helpful automation and the employee onboarding experience went well too.
Cons
At times the platform can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and settings to work through. Some processes are not immediately user friendly so it takes a while to figure out where everything is and support response times could occasionally be quicker.

“Not great for franchise payroll needs”
Pros
Time-off tracking worked well for both employees and administrators. The document management piece was decent as well, though it did not allow documents to be edited while they were in the approval process.
Cons
We chose it expecting it would handle a franchise payroll setup where employees frequently work across multiple locations but that turned out not to be true. The upload process and payroll functionality were not able to properly support multi-location labor allocation. Even after a lot of time spent working with support and leadership, the only solution offered was fully manual payroll entry for multi-location employees, one employee at a time and one data field at a time.

“Payroll relief all in one place”
Pros
Having everything in one space has made a huge difference for us. We used to bounce between separate tools and it was chaotic so moving everything has really changed the day to day. The system is also pretty easy to learn. I am not especially technical, yet after only a couple of runs I was able to handle payroll myself. The automatic tax handling is another big plus because it takes a lot of pressure off. Bringing on new hires used to be frustrating but now the process is much faster and even seems satisfying. Their accounts, benefits and other setup tasks get handled without me needing to follow up with everyone constantly. On top of that support has been responsive and genuinely useful whenever I have needed help which is not something every company delivers. Considering the price, it is like we're getting strong value out of it.
Cons
The only real downside is that it offers so many features that it can seem a little overwhelming in the beginning. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve and it takes some time to get familiar with where everything lives. A few of the more advanced add-ons also cost extra so the total can climb depending on which tools you want. That said, once you spend a little time with it, those issues don't really feel like deal breakers.

“efficient HR tools”
Pros
The thing I like is that I can handle multiple HR related tasks without bouncing between different websites or keeping track of separate logins for each one. Also it is easy to navigate, even without strong technical skills. It also makes simple tasks like requesting time off or submitting documentation very quick and user friendly.
Cons
This may be more specific to how our company uses it but the employee review section has been a bit disappointing. Since we do quarterly reviews and goal tracking, the list builds up over time and ends up showing a large number of items. It does follow a chronological order but it would be much better if each year could be grouped into folders instead of everything appearing in one long running list.

“Great value with HR and payroll combined”
Pros
Having everything consolidated in Rippling makes it a really strong value for companies. The HR tools and payroll management are much more accessible for managers which makes day to day work simpler. Customer support was excellent and very responsive, with quick replies whenever questions came up. It also made tracking operational costs, expenses and forecasting much more manageable through the platform.
Cons
A few features still seemed a bit buggy, like certain buttons not being clickable and some important tools were tucked away within different pages of the app.

“A platform that gets it right”
Pros
Having HR, payroll, benefits and IT management in a single platform is what I like most about this tool because it keeps everything far more organized and efficient. The interface also is modern and user friendly so routine tasks are easy for both employees and admins. On top of that the automation tools are a big plus since they save time and help cut down on human error in everyday work.
Cons
With so many tools and settings available some parts of it can feel a bit overwhelming when you're just getting started. On occasion, system updates or navigation changes also made it harder to quickly locate information that had previously been easy to access.

“Quick access to our pay stubs”
Pros
Using it has been convenient overall. The PDF version of my pay stub is simple to access and printing it whenever I need a copy is easy too.
Cons
The biggest frustration is the number of sign-in security codes required on every computer I use. It also takes a lot of clicks to get into the schedule and apply filters and that part could definitely be simpler.
