Very easy to use for managing benefits

Pros

I find the platform very easy to use and navigate which simplifies managing my benefits, the company structure and my paid time off. The setup was also simple and I can always find what I need. It is particularly good at handling time-off requests and FSA/HSA reimbursements. It also connects perfectly with Ramp for expenses, keeping everything tidy. This simplicity lets us handle all our insurance benefits in a single, organized place.

Cons

The only thing I might adjust is the color palette to something brighter but thats just my personal preference.

Extremely user-friendly and logically organized

Pros

Rippling HR is extremely user-friendly, logically organized and makes generating reports simple. I use it weekly to submit company reimbursements. Its seamless connection with our payroll system means I rarely need support but it is also great to know help is available if required. Storing HR documents and processing expense reports are vital for any business and it handles them perfectly.

Cons

I have no criticisms. I actually wish our company would use it for more functions than we currently do.

Great for syncing accounting and payroll

Pros

We love how it syncs with our accounting software, automates our payroll and benefits and is easy for our staff to use. Their support team is also very quick to respond.

Cons

There are a couple of features that could be added for instance, I would love the ability to schedule bonus payments in advance.

Simple to use and tailored to my role

Pros

I really value how simple Rippling is to use and how it can be tailored to my specific role. The setup required very little hand-holding and the available training modules help me get even more out of it. It makes managing benefits, employee changes and updates very straightforward. Using the app and platform, I feel completely ready for renewal and open enrollment seasons.

Cons

Honestly I cannot point to a single feature that I dislike right now.

Incredibly easy and works flawlessly

Pros

Rippling is incredibly easy to use as it works so flawlessly you almost forget it's there. I use it daily. The setup was also not a problem and I feel confident my data is safe. On the rare occasion I have needed help, the support has been amazing.

Cons

There is a slight learning period at the start especially if you are coming from a different system, but the support team was fantastic and guided me through every question I had, so I do not have any real negatives.

Brings everything together on one platform

One of the best feature as per me is how it brings everything together on one platform from HR to IT and more.

Cons

My first impression is very positive overall. For the IT management side, a useful addition would be a feature for establishing a remote connection to a device through the Rippling agent.

All benefits and payroll in one spot

Pros

All my benefits and payroll details are stored in a single spot with Rippling. Whether I use the website on my computer or the mobile app, it is incredibly simple to find whatever I need in seconds. I have relied on it heavily during a recent company change. I have not had to contact support and our HR team made it easy for everyone to get started. The connection to our 401k provider is also a very handy feature.

Cons

I have not noticed any disadvantages to using it up to this point.

Simple for staff to log hours and get help

Pros

Rippling HR makes it simple for our staff to log their hours, help is easy to get and the tutorial guides are pretty simple to follow.

Cons

Well I am still fairly new to it but in my first two months, I have not run into any issues. I can log into my account without any trouble, whether I am on my computer or my phone.

Makes all HR tasks simple and stress-free

Pros

I love how simple Rippling makes all my HR tasks like submitting time-off requests and fixing my timesheet. The app is always fast and reliable which takes the stress out of clocking in. Its consistent performance and regular improvements make it even better.

Cons

There is not a single thing I dislike about it. I just really hope you don't change a thing as you are clearly doing everything right. It's evident you invest in your engineering team because the platform is consistently reliable. The interface is not only beautiful but also simple and incredibly fast which I truly appreciate.

A very efficient and smooth onboarding

My onboarding experience with Rippling was very efficient and smooth. The company gave clear instructions and support at every stage making the whole process simple and hassle-free. Overall the entire process showed a real commitment to a positive employee experience.

Combines every tool I need in one place

Pros

One of my favorite part is that it combines and connects every tool I need. I check my pay here, manage my vacation days here and submit expenses here which has never been simpler as usually I just have to upload a receipt. There is also a system for training courses with tests and we use its recruiting tools where interviews are automatically recorded, transcribed and summarized which makes it easy to revisit any part when writing feedback.

Cons

I wish some pages would load more quickly. Also my company now requires WebAuthn for login which my phone cannot handle, so I've lost access to my work calendar on the go. This is a real drawback for me.

Organizes and automates the whole company

Pros

Rippling organizes and automates your company, saving countless administrative hours. Plus having the entire team on one system for clocking in, payroll, performance reviews, training and insurance will streamline our entire operation. The setup followed a clear schedule so we knew what to expect. I once needed support while our main contact was at an event and it was easy to get help as they replied right away. We were nervous about moving our payroll but the integration with Quickbooks was seamless. Now we log in every day to handle everything for running the business from approving time off to scheduling and hiring. It feels like magic to manage it all in one place!

Cons

The training modules could use some work. As often the instructions did not match what we saw on the actual website because of recent updates. I also wish the training was more linear. Sometimes a module will stop and tell you to read an article or finish a different training before you can continue which makes it hard to keep track of your progress and how everything connects.

A clear and simple main dashboard

I like how the main dashboard sorts everything into clear categories that are simple to find like benefits, time tracking and payroll.

Cons

It would be better if menu categories I do not have access to were hidden from the main selection area. Right now my view is mostly empty space.

Brings HR IT and finance together efficiently

Pros

Rippling HR brings together HR, IT and financial tools on a single platform making everything more efficient. Also the system is simple to navigate, even for teams that are not tech experts. It automates our payroll and makes tracking vacation days really simple.

Cons

The mobile app seems to run a little slowly for me though I am not sure if that's the app itself or just my internet connection.

An all in one system that links everything

Pros

The most useful aspect is the all in one system that links HR, payroll and staff information in a single location. It removes the need for manual data entry and keeps everything consistently updated. I can run payroll, handle benefits and onboard new hires all from one central screen.

Cons

It is definitely powerful but it does take some time to get the hang of all its features and configure the more advanced automations. There is a period where we need to learn our way around.
