“A simple and user-friendly platform

Pros

I am really impressed with how simple and user-friendly the platform is. My employer suggested Rippling and I have found it to be very handy for monitoring and maintaining a clear history of my earnings. The layout is clean and easy to get around which saves me time every day.

Cons

There is not anything anything I truly dislike. But it might be nice to have more flexibility for building custom reports or deeper filtering for data-heavy users but it does not take away from how well it works overall.

Pros

Rippling is a great hub for anything HR-related or for the finer details of being an employee. Overall the whole platform feels purpose-built and incredibly efficient.

Cons

The custom apps section feels a bit out of place and overly complicated for a typical user especially since it is so prominently featured.

“Makes HR work and recruiting much easier

Pros

I love how simple Rippling is to use and navigate which makes my HR work, particularly recruiting much easier. Plus features like its ability to connect with other software and simplify complex jobs are extremely useful. The entire system feels dependable and comfortable for daily use and I would not hesitate to suggest it to other HR professionals.

Cons

Sometimes I run into trouble when creating payroll reports because they do not export in the layout I need. I cannot tell if this is a limitation of the platform or an error on our finance teams end.

“Easy to navigate and check my hours

Pros

It is easy to find my way around and I can always check quickly and accurately to see if my hours have been logged correctly.

Cons

I would love the option to fully fund my HSA at the start of the year and then just have my employers contributions added monthly after that. This would help me meet my medical deductible much sooner.

Pros

Rippling HR is very user-friendly. And I love getting that You got paid! email. Setting everything up was also super simple. And I have not needed to contact customer service yet but I am sure they'd be great too.

Cons

To be honest I have not found any downsides yet. I just needed to print my pay stubs and the process was incredibly simple.

Pros

I like that Rippling is a complete solution for all HR requirements including payroll for both employees and contractors and device management for ordering equipment like MacBooks. We can track all our remote staff seamlessly. Onboarding takes just 90 seconds and we can set up new hires for payroll, benefits, commissions and more. I even have my own dedicated account rep and payroll contact who are fantastic.

Cons

Right now the platform handles every requirement my business has perfectly.

“Quite simple and basic for HR tasks

Pros

Well I find Rippling to be quite simple and basic which makes getting paid and handling HR tasks without needing to bother the department completely hassle-free. Also I really value being able to split my pay into different accounts which helps me manage my budget the way I want. The FAQ section also gives me access to tons of documents that usually answer my questions right away.

Cons

I would suggest adding a live chat feature for immediate help whenever I have a question.

“Very easy to use without old system limits

Pros

Rippling HR is very easy to use. It gets rid of the limitations and frustrations of old, clunky HR systems. The single sign-on for our 401k provider is so convenient. Having everything from time off to benefits and pay in one spot is also simple.

Cons

There is not anything that I dislike but I will be sure to share feedback if anything comes to mind later.

“fantastic interface for simplifying HR

Pros

I gave Rippling a 9 out of 10 because its user interface is fantastic especially for simplifying payroll and HR tasks. Linking payroll with benefits, for example has saved our team a significant amount of time and reduced mistakes. I do think the reporting tools could offer a bit more flexibility for specific needs. If that gets improved, it would be a perfect 10. As it is an incredible platform overall and I'd definitely suggest it to others.

Cons

The one thing that frustrates me a bit is that the reporting features are not very flexible. The standard reports handle most needs but I struggle when I need to customize them for our company's specific metrics. Also while the mobile app works, it is not always as easy to use as the desktop version. Fixing these would make the platform even better but honestly, the core system is so reliable that these are minor issues in the grand scheme.

My favorite part is how smoothly Rippling merges HR, IT and finance into one simple platform. It handles jobs like onboarding, running payroll and setting up software automatically which saves us time and prevents errors. The design is clean and user friendly and it grows right along with our company.

I do not have any criticisms to share at the moment.

What I like most is how it streamlines every process and they all work in the same consistent way. When you get paid, the funds are available immediately and all the information is presented through a very efficient and clear system.

Cons

I have been using it for a couple of months now and I genuinely cannot find anything to dislike. Like I have not faced a single problem, the automation is great and I am really happy with it.

Pros

The best feature is its direct integration with tax systems that automatically files the necessary paperwork. Also having the entire HR system centralized really helps optimize our workflow. The Rippling support team is also excellent and guides us through everything. Processing payroll is very simple too once the initial setup is complete.

Cons

Finding my way around the platform can feel a bit complex sometimes.

There is a lot to like but my personal favourites are Human Resources, Talent Management and Reporting tools as they are all extremely helpful.

It is a simple tool to use and very easy to learn. It acts as a central hub for everything related to HR. It also provides instant, single-sign-on access to all our internal applications.

I honestly cannot think of anything I don't like. The platform is way too simple to use and practically explains itself.

I like how simple it is to finish my tasks, see when things are due, sign up for benefits, manage approvals and ask for time off. It is also very easy to locate any of my personal documents.

No cons to share. It is the best HR system I have ever had the chance to work with.

Pros

As an employee my experience with Rippling has been excellent. The app's design is very clean and simple to navigate, whether I am looking at my pay stub, updating my details or managing my vacation days. The notifications are also great as they are useful without being annoying and ensure I don't miss anything important. Overall it makes all the HR and payroll tasks quick and completely hassle-free.

Cons

My only small complaint is that accessing a few features requires more clicks than I'd prefer. It is not a major problem but making those paths a bit more direct would improve things. That said it's still one of the most user-friendly HR and payroll apps out there.

The most impressive part is the onboarding for new hires. A process that used to take hours is now finished in minutes. The interface is also very user-friendly and the automation cuts down drastically on repetitive work. I also love how it keeps everything from employee information to compliance perfectly organized without needing to switch between different programs.

There is nothing about it that I dislike as every part of it works perfectly for me.

The dashboard is excellent at showing me my next steps and tasks, keeping me fully informed about my progress. Plus it clearly tells me what I need to do and what to expect for my first day. The layout is very logical too so I can always find what I need and all the embedded links work perfectly. The whole experience keeps me constantly in the loop which is so helpful.

Cons

Nothing major but I have gotten a couple of the same email notifications more than once.
