Cons
Fine-tuning notifications is important for keeping the platform user friendly. Plus I feel like it would help to offer customizable settings, clearer categories and fewer default alerts so people only get notifications that actually matter.

“A powerful platform that does it all”
Pros
Using Rippling across several modules like Employer of Record, Core HR and Payroll has been a very positive experience overall. The biggest advantage is having everything in one unified platform such as HR, payroll, IT and finance all connect in a single system which cuts down a lot on manual work and avoids duplicate data entry.
Cons
The mobile app could offer more functionality. Pricing also gets expensive as you add more modules and it is not always very transparent. There is a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup and customer support response times can be inconsistent at times.

Pros
Having everything in one platform has been a huge plus. Instead of bouncing between multiple tools to onboard a new hire, assign a laptop, set up benefits and process payroll, I can handle it all in one place and it generally works the way it should. The PEO setup was also a big advantage because it gave us access to Aetna health plans that we likely couldn't have secured on our own as a smaller company. That benefit alone made a real difference.
Cons
Support hasn't been equally strong across the board. For simple questions, the documentation usually does the job. But once things get more complicated, like state-specific employer registrations or making benefit changes in the middle of the year, it can turn into a frustrating back-and-forth between chat support and trying to sort it out yourself.

Right away the layout felt well organized and it was simple to find the different sections. I also really appreciated the built-in to-do list during the initial account setup since it helped make sure nothing was overlooked.
Cons
My only real complaint is that our company still relies on separate platforms for certain HR functions, like the 401(k) plan. Aside from that, I am pleased with how much is included here and I am glad we made the switch.

Moving over from our previous provider was super easy. The app is also easy to navigate and overall I have very few complaints.
Cons

Handling international payments is where Rippling really shines. As a contractor having the currency conversion taken care of automatically is a huge relief. Payments move into Euros without any confusion and the amount shown on my schedule is exactly what lands in my account, with no hidden surprises. The interface is also laid out really well. Compared with older HR platforms that often feel crowded and messy, this one is clean and user friendly and it's simple to pull up my schedules and payroll history whenever I need them. It works really well as an all in one hub that integrates time tracking and international pay in one place.
Cons
My only notable complaint is the strict 2FA and session timeout setup. I understand why security matters but the current settings can feel a little too aggressive. Sometimes the web app signs me out after only about five minutes of inactivity which means logging back in and entering a new security code again. It would be a big upgrade if trusted devices could stay recognized longer and allow extended sessions. Having to verify my account multiple times in the same workday seems unnecessary and breaks up the flow. That said this does seem to have gotten better over the past few weeks.

Pros
Using Rippling is very fun and the system moves quickly when I am navigating through it. One thing I really like is being able to see my paystubs first thing on payday morning instead of having to wait for them to be generated later.
Cons
The only thing I wish it had is a mobile app so I could check things while I am away from the office or on the go. That would be especially useful when I am on PTO and want to look at my paystub.

Cons
Getting started with some of the more advanced features can be a bit complicated especially without previous experience. The customization options are powerful but they are not always the most easiest to set up. On top of that pricing can climb fairly quickly as additional modules are added and support response times can occasionally be slower than expected which can be frustrating.

Everything is available on one platform which is a huge advantage. Combining payroll and HR management in the same system saves a lot of time. Once you get used to how it works, the employee management tools look user friendly and payroll processing has been reliable and accurate. Customer support is also very helpful and responds quickly.
Cons
The onboarding process could definitely be better. Getting started is not very easy and a more guided setup would make it much easier for new users to get up and running faster.

Rippling is very user friendly because the tab sections keep everything well organized. It is simple to move between timesheets, profile, HR, the management calendar and other areas. I also like that the top left lets me quickly choose the section I need to access.
Cons
There is not much I dislike about it but if I had to point out one thing, it would be that some sections are visible even when they are not really necessary for my role, such as Data. That information probably makes more sense for people in other positions.
