“Helpful tools for tracking HR”
Pros
Rippling has made our HR tasks much more manageable. We use it to track attendance and submit time-off requests and compared to the fully manual process we had before, everything is now much clearer and far simpler.
Cons
something that's frustrating is having to sign in every single time I open it on my phone. It would be much more convenient if the app kept me logged in because right now it seems slow and makes it harder to check things quickly.

Everything seems user friendly and simple to navigate. It keeps my work projects and day to day tasks organized and the standout feature for me is how clearly the pay stubs are displayed. I haven't used another system or company product that presents pay stubs in such a detailed and comprehensive way.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that there can sometimes be a gap between company management and IT when it comes to individual time-off policies, broader corporate leave policies and how the system is set up to handle them. Honestly the part I like least is that we just don't make enough use of it.

Pros
Having HR, payroll, benefits, device management and even IT/identity management all in one platform really cuts down on the need to juggle multiple tools. It also automates a lot of the repetitive HR and payroll work and the mobile and web apps make it convenient to access from anywhere.
Cons
Even though the interface looks modern, getting around it can feel a bit complex at times since so many HR, payroll and IT functions are packed into one system. Support can also be inconsistent and some tickets take longer to get resolved than expected. On top of that it may seem affordable at first but a lot of important features, such as advanced payroll, benefits or integrations, are only available as add-ons.

Right from the start Rippling has been very user friendly. Being able to connect employee data across payroll, benefits, devices and apps without any hassle is something I really appreciate. The overall user experience is excellent which makes using the platform even more enjoyable.
Cons

Having this in place feels like the system already knows who should be allowed to spend what and it automatically adjusts when someone changes roles or leaves the company so there's no need to handle those updates manually.
Cons
The area that could be better is the reporting side especially with more advanced analytics and customization options. More flexibility in reports and a better mobile experience would make an already amazing product even stronger.

Having HR, payroll, benefits and IT management all in one connected platform is incredibly convenient. Rippling brings everything together nicely so companies don't have to keep switching between multiple tools.
Cons

Pros
Requesting time off and submitting interview feedback has been really easy. The employee management org chart is organized and useful and the interface looks clean and modern without causing many issues. Payroll-related tasks for employees, such as filling out and sharing appraisal forms, have also become much simpler.
Cons
I feel like the area that could be improved is the portal login process. It asks for sign-in very often and having to go through two-factor authentication each time can feel excessive.

It is easy to use because the UI/UX seems very user friendly. Compared with other apps, I have run into fewer bugs and overall fewer issues which makes the experience better.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is how often the application logs me out and asks me to authenticate again. The login process could also be made more convenient and simpler.

From an employee perspective, the experience has been pretty good overall. I especially love the performance review feature because it makes it very simple for both employees and managers to add their feedback and observations during each review cycle.

The time-off features org chart, security settings, review cycles and approval workflows have all been really useful. The approvals section in particular feels very user friendly and is simple to access whenever needed.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the mobile app logs me out pretty often and after signing back in it asks for the authentication code again because of the two-factor verification.

It has been a really helpful tool for our organization. The interface is clean and simple to navigate and having quick access to pay stubs and time cards is a big plus. Having everything in one place is a big plus with Rippling. From leave tracking to payroll, it makes it much simpler to find employee information and submit or request what's needed without jumping between different tools. The automation around tasks like sending reviews and scheduling interviews is also really helpful since it cuts down the need to depend on emails just to keep up with candidate details.
Cons
A few features still feel like they could be more customizable. That gap is especially noticeable in the mobile app, where it would be useful to create polls and collect team preferences before making decisions or planning something. More personalization overall would make the platform even better.

Our HR team gets a lot of value from it when handling IT, HR, finance and surveys. It does a great job automating payroll, employee records and office attendance which saves time and keeps things more organized.
Cons
The UI/UX could definitely be better. Customer support is also lacking and the platform takes time to learn because the usability isn't very user friendly. Pricing can feel high especially with add-ons and there's not as much customization and flexibility as expected.

“Peace of mind with reliable payroll”
Pros
Having Rippling handle payroll takes a lot of stress out of the process for both the employer and the employee. From my side as an employee, I don't have to worry about payments being delayed or having to keep following up just to be paid fairly and on time. Since Rippling manages it as a third party, everything feels dependable and it lets everyone focus more on work instead of payment issues.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how the platform handles trusted devices. When I try to check my paycheck on my laptop, I end up having to log in again several times. It would really help to have a stay-logged-in option so I am not constantly signing back in or re-verifying the same device.

Using this platform over the past six months has been a genuinely pleasant experience. The interface is very user friendly and whenever I needed help, support was available almost right away and my issues were resolved the same day. I would absolutely recommend it. Being able to manage payroll in one place has been such a relief especially on a platform that runs without lags or bugs on both the website and the app. It also helps me stay on top of upcoming invoices and supports my accounting management. On top of that the time-saving value it brings as an employee is fantastic. 10/10, definitely recommended.
Cons
I really haven't run into any situation where support couldn't help me and I have never had to rely on other platforms or spend more time than necessary to get something sorted out.

From a payroll standpoint it has been easy to navigate and has helped simplify our overall process. That part of the platform is where it performs best although some of the other areas still need improvement.
Cons
Communication between support and engineering seems out of sync and updates often get rolled out in ways that disrupt how we already work. When we submit support tickets, we rarely get a real resolution and the information we do receive is often incorrect or shows a lack of understanding.

Pros
Rippling has been very easy to use. The platform seems user friendly and it has been an excellent way to bring all of our HR information into one place as our organization keeps growing and evolving. A big reason we picked Rippling instead of other platforms was its strong integration for contractor management and international employee payroll. The extra modules have also been really useful and add a lot of value.
Cons
A drawback is that every module comes with its own added cost. That makes sense to a degree but pricing can climb fast because the charge is usually applied across the whole organization, even when a tool is only useful for one group of employees. In our case, only US-based employees currently need to submit reimbursement requests, while non-US employees do not have reimbursable expenses. It would make much more sense if the reimbursement module only applied to and was billed for, US employees. Instead, we have to pay for the full organization to have access to it which essentially doubles or even triples the cost of that feature.
