Using Rippling on both desktop and mobile has been very convenient. Also the features are simple and tools like time off and benefits are easy to access and navigate without confusion.
Cons
One issue I have run into is when logging into benefits, the page sometimes redirects to the benefits browser and makes me sign in again.

Pros
One thing that has really stood out is the customer service. Response times are quick and there are plenty of resources available to help when questions or issues come up. The technology platform also feels current and up to date which makes the overall experience better.
Cons
A downside is the limited ability to customize reporting. The reduction in ACH pulls has also been frustrating. On top of that the 401(k) platform integration is not completely user friendly although some of that may be due to our vendor rather than the tool itself.

Pros
Getting funds in real time has been a big advantage. The built-in conversion rate is also noticeably better than what I have seen on other platforms. On top of that transferring money to a local bank happens with little to no delay which makes the whole process very convenient.
Cons
There are occasional login issues although a quick call or email to the support team usually gets them resolved. It also still has a few other features that I am not completely sure how to use or how well they function.

Pros
Its UI/UX seems modern and the overall user experience is really good. It's simple to navigate, find the right sections and complete tasks without much effort.
Cons
It logs out every time and having to sign in again with two-factor authentication on each login is really annoying especially when I have to enter an authenticator code every single time.

Pros
Rippling works really well from an employee's side. Clocking in and out is simple, my pay gets sent directly without issues and the whole platform feels like a one-stop portal for everything I need.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is when the system goes into maintenance around midnight here in the Philippines. There have been times when we needed to end our break but couldn't because it was temporarily unavailable. Thankfully, those maintenance issues usually get resolved pretty quickly.

Pros
Having HR and payroll together in one place makes day to day management very easy. The platform seems very user friendly, onboarding goes well and the automation cuts down a lot of the time that would otherwise be spent on manual work. With payroll, benefits and IT all connected in a single system, there are fewer errors and everything stays organized much better.
Cons
A few integrations and some of the more advanced tools could go further in terms of depth and customization. Global compliance and region-specific functionality still need improvement too which can create extra manual work for international teams.

Pros
One thing that really works well here is the tagging system along with how customizable the dashboards are. You can create views that match the way your team likes to work and having that level of visibility across different departments is a huge benefit. It's also helpful that recruiting data integrates with the rest of the HR tools, even if you're not actively using those other functions yourself.
Cons
On the downside, there's no Boolean search, no way to send bulk emails or bulk rejections and the filtering options are pretty limited. Those are standard features in most ATS platforms so not having them makes this feel closer to a CRM than a true recruiting tool.

Cons

Cons
It would be helpful to have the option to view paychecks before payday and during the gap between payroll processing. Payroll is run at a set time so being able to see earnings from the previous week ahead of that would be a nice addition.

Right from the start it has felt very user friendly. It works efficiently for what our team needs and the value for the money has definitely been worth it. Managing and tracking employee payroll and expense accounts is not a problem when it comes time to process payments. On top of that customer support is always there whenever help is needed.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that there's no notice when items move from pending to a resolution. It also seems like quite a few required fields are unnecessary and have to be filled out anyway.

Cons
