Pros
Being able to use the HR system from the mobile app as well as on both my work and personal computer has been really convenient. Coming from the federal government's HR system which was often confusing and difficult to navigate, Rippling feels like a refreshing change and serves as a one-stop shop for everything I need from HR.
Cons
One annoyance was getting daily notifications for 30 days reminding me to complete my new employee benefits, even though I had already finished them on my first day. A small improvement would be adding a toggle to adjust how often those reminders are sent.

Pros
It is user friendly and easy to use. Having the app makes it even more convenient to clock in and clock out.
Cons
One downside is that I cannot edit my own hours when I forget to clock in or out so I have to ask my boss to make the change.

Pros
Handling employee payroll is easy with this platform so there's no stress around keeping up with bonus payments or commissions. Reimbursements are simple to manage too which makes the whole process even better.
Cons
My only real suggestion would be to add more integrations and partnerships especially for things like 1099s, investments and crypto. Aside from that, the platform overall has been excellent.

Pros
The org chart stands out as the strongest feature because it makes managing employees simple and gives a clear view of reporting lines and who works under whom. The interface is also very clean so moving through different sections seems very easy. Setting up direct deposit was quick and handling employee payments has been very convenient.
Cons
One limitation is the lack of support for managing Linux devices which meant some developers had to switch over to Windows or macOS in order to be fully supported.

Pros
Using Rippling has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The employee portal keeps all of my information readily available and I can follow every paycheck without any hassle. I also really like the transparency it gives when breaking down where my income is coming from and where my money is going. It also gives me a easy way to reach out to higher-ups whenever I have questions. On top of that I haven't run into any bugs, glitches or other problems while using the portal.
Cons
Even with how accessible the platform already is, I do wish there were a more convenient way to get into my portal beyond just using a desktop. If I am not checking the employee portal on my computer, there doesn't seem to be another option to view my information the way I'd like especially from my phone.

It is easy to use, while still giving access to deep, detailed information when needed. Plus the built in features cover pretty much every option an HR tool should have which makes it very complete.
Cons

Managing my team has changed for the better with this tool. The platform is extremely user friendly and the interface seems simple enough to make a complicated part of my job much more manageable. I can handle every part of time-off management without any hassle, from PTO and vacation requests to approvals and tracking. It also gives me a very convenient way to manage and monitor professional licenses which is really important for compliance and keeping my team's credentials current. Altogether, it has cut down my administrative workload quite a bit and freed me up to focus on other priorities.
Cons
The only small issue for me is how some information is laid out in the web app. I think the organization could be a little better though that mostly comes down to personal preference.

Compared with other platforms, it seems much more easier to use. Also it includes features I didn't even realize were available. Right from the start the onboarding process felt very user friendly and simple to use. The browser based version also gives access to more detailed information on certain benefits and contract negotiations which was really helpful.
Cons
One frustrating part was how unclear and less user friendly the mobile version felt. During onboarding, I missed some contract negotiation points and other smaller details because they weren't obvious there.

Pros
Navigation is very easy and the layout makes the platform simple to move around in. I use the Payroll and Spend modules the most and they've definitely helped make our internal processes more efficient. One thing that's especially useful is having receipts from Spend sync into Intacct since that makes documentation and tracking much easier to manage.
Cons
Support is an area that really needs improvement because response times are slow and the help I get isn't always very useful. There are also some gaps in the Spend and Intacct integration. Credit card transactions do sync over but the bill number and description often get left behind. On top of that only one receipt document can sync at a time so I end up manually combining multiple receipts into a single PDF. The attachment section in IT Spend also doesn't sync with Intacct which makes it a lot less useful unless I go into IT directly.

Pros
It was easy to set up and run. Overall it felt very plug and play and we managed to roll it out to more than 300 employees in under four months. The interface looks professional and customer support has been amazing whenever needed.
Cons
The biggest limitation is the lack of customization. Security settings aren't very flexible and the system doesn't allow compensation and HR responsibilities to be separated which makes it harder to revisit and adjust security the way we'd want.

Cons
The part I liked least was that the app would freeze pretty often which sometimes kept me from finishing my payroll.

Having everything in a single place makes a huge difference. The platform is very user friendly and I really appreciate how SSO, finance, benefits and everything else are tightly connected. I haven't run into any bugs or major issues.
Cons
Every now and then, the SSO doesn't go through on the first try but clicking again usually fixes it. A few features may feel a little too simplified for more advanced users. Support could be faster during busy hours and the initial setup can be somewhat complicated without the right guidance.
