Simple onboarding with good support

Pros

Even without a technical background I was able to use this platform without any trouble. Also the onboarding process was much more simpler than I expected.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any real complaints. Whenever I had a question, the support team was there to help. There can be a slight wait to get connected but that's pretty normal.

a complete tool overall

Pros

Getting started with this platform was not a hassle because it's very user friendly and simple to learn. Having all the HR tasks integrated in one place helps the company a lot and makes everything much more convenient to manage.

Cons

There's nothing major to complain about. The only thing I have noticed is that payments sometimes take a bit longer to reach our bank accounts although that seems more related to the banks themselves. It's usually just a 24-hour wait so it's not a big issue.

Smooth transitions every time

Pros

Switching companies several times over the past year could have been a hassle but using Rippling at each one made the whole process feel reliable. The platform is very simple to use and I never had the feeling that I was starting from scratch every time I moved to a new job.

Cons

I dont have any real complaints. It has been very easy to use. The only minor issue I run into sometimes is that tasks completed on external sites are not checked off automatically but that is usually because I forget to return and mark them myself.

all in one and user friendly

Pros

It is very user friendly and simple and I really like how it brings all of my work related needs together in a single app.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is not being able to view my paycheck before it arrives, even after the pay period has ended. Also, even though the platform is simple Overall a few of the tabs can still be a bit confusing.

Flexible payroll with project tracking

Pros

There's a wide range of ways to enter data and it does a really good job of making sure payroll is connected to projects and other breakdowns.

Cons

The reporting still falls short especially when it comes to attaching reports to the synced system. The journal entries also don't get much support in terms of clarity.

A favorite for payroll and onboarding

Pros

Hands down, this has become my favorite platform for bringing on new employees and it makes payroll incredibly simple to manage. Employees can also access their financial information anytime they need it which has been really convenient.

Cons

Getting started with the software took some time and the learning curve was definitely steep. We switched over from QB and the difference between the two systems felt like night and day.

HR and finance are great

Pros

Rippling improves the entire employee lifecycle by bringing HR and financial processes together in one place which makes day to day operations much more efficient.

Cons

Since I began using it in late 2023, I haven't run into any negative issues at all and it's something I rely on every day.

Payroll and onboarding combined perfectly

Pros

From onboarding and payroll to app provisioning, the whole process was handled efficiently with very little manual work. Employee management and payment processing were easy, plus it saved a lot of time, cut down on errors and gave clear visibility across the organization. The third party integrations also worked well which made cross platform workflows feel very connected.

Cons

Even though it packs a lot of powerful features into one platform, the part I liked least was the learning curve that comes with its modular setup. With so many tools and integrations available, it can still be improved when it comes to finding specific settings or workflows especially for someone new to the system.

Clean performance with useful tools

Pros

Everything about Rippling felt easy. Nothing took much time or effort to figure out and I didn't run into any bugs or issues at all.

Cons

The one part I liked the least was the sheer number of options. They can definitely be useful but they also make the interface feel a little crowded.

user friendly and all in one

Pros

It is very user friendly and simple to navigate. Having all the features available in one app and on a single page is really convenient and makes it nice to use.

Cons

There honestly aren't many downsides but it would be helpful to have the option to delete requests from previous years or choose and edit which years you want to view.

Pros

The platform seems very easy to use and the option to email receipts directly to create expenses saves me a ton of time.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any real complaints about it. A coworker did mention running into a slight delay when reaching support but I haven't experienced that myself.

All HR and payroll together

Pros

It brings together all the HR and payroll tools we need in one integrated system. The navigation is also not a problem and the help library is very thorough.

Cons

The downside is having to keep buying additional apps to unlock all the functionality. A stronger range of application options could probably address that.

Strong automation with fantastic support

Pros

Getting around the platform feels almost a little too simple, whether you're managing things as an admin or just using it as an employee. The team behind the product is constantly rolling out improvements which has been really encouraging. The dedicated account team has also been excellent. On top of that Rippling has helped us automate a huge number of tasks that used to be completely manual.

Cons

Their customer service setup, similar to a lot of major HRIS platforms, can be frustrating to work through sometimes. The first point of contact is an AI chatbot and while it works well for many situations, it can become a hassle when the issue is more complex. At times just reaching a real person takes more effort than it should. There are also parts of the system, like Spend and GL Coding, where some logic gaps are pretty noticeable.

A user friendly HR and IT hub

Pros

Rippling keeps HRIS and IT management simple and the platform is very user friendly. It also helps that the guides and useful links are built right into the same system.

Cons

The thing it still lacks is more granular patch management especially for macOS, compared with more traditional device management tools.

A platform that gets it right

Pros

Using Rippling has been a really positive experience overall. The interface seems user friendly so handling things like onboarding, payroll, benefits enrollment and time tracking is pretty easy. I especially value how well everything works together like having HR, IT and finance tools in one place means there's far less switching back and forth between different systems.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the responsiveness of customer support or even having more self-service help resources for troubleshooting smaller issues. That said, the platform itself has been dependable and efficient for managing employee operations.

time savvy tool

Pros

I find it incredibly user friendly and easy to use. The interface is clean and thoughtfully designed so getting around the platform was simple and the quick actions made a real difference in speeding up tasks. Cons

HR and IT combined perfectly

Pros

this tool really stands out for bringing HR and IT together in one platform that works well. The whole system seems very user friendly and efficient and jobs like onboarding, payroll and device management that used to take hours can now be done in just a few clicks. The automation saves a lot of time and the interface is clean and thoughtfully designed. It cuts down the admin workload significantly and makes everything feel connected and much more organized. On top of that the customer support is excellent and always ready to help when needed.

Cons

A few parts of the platform seem somewhat complex so having more flexibility to customize workflows or fields would make it fit our specific needs better. The notification settings are also a bit limited right now. It would be useful to have more control over which events trigger alerts and the way those alerts are delivered. We've also run into a few small bugs and issues but nothing that seriously affected our workflow.

HR done the right way

Pros

Having everything in one place makes a big difference with Rippling. It keeps staff punch-ins, employee documents and vacation or sick time management really efficient. The interface is clean and simple to navigate and the onboarding process is also very easy.

Cons

The only drawback at the beginning was that the initial setup felt a little overwhelming because there are so many features to work through. At the same time, that depth is also one of its biggest strengths.

Pros

Cons

flexible time-off

Pros

Rippling makes it really simple to request time off, check the breakdown of my paycheck and adjust how much of my pay goes into each account before payroll runs.

Cons

The thing that could be better is clearing old PTO requests from the screen. It would be helpful to have an option to remove older requests so the view stays cleaner.
