Getting people set up is incredibly easy and having apps, payroll and permissions all connected and automated makes a big difference. It cuts down on hours of manual work and keeps the whole process organized in one place.
Cons
A few parts can feel somewhat complex when you need to customize workflows or reports beyond the default options. Support could also be quicker to respond when something urgent comes up.

Pros
Having everything payroll-related in one place has been a huge plus be it paystubs, current and past tax information and time-off requests are all easy to access. The platform feels very user friendly and can also be customized to fit a company's specific needs.
Cons
After nearly 3 years of using the platform, I honestly don't have any complaints. I have had a very positive experience with it and haven't run into any downsides.

Here everything seems well organized and easy to use. I can check my pay stubs, submit time-off requests, update my personal details and review all my benefits in one place without bouncing between different portals. It saves me a lot of time and avoids the confusion I have dealt with in other systems before.
Cons
The platform is very user friendly overall but when new features or updates are introduced, it sometimes takes a bit to understand where everything moved or how it works. There isn't always an immediate step by step guide so the first pass can feel a little confusing. Once I get familiar with it though it works really well and the support team is quick to help if needed.

It felt clean and well structured. Also it's very simple to locate whatever you need, whether that's pay slips, time-off balances or benefits details. The new hire onboarding flow is also really hassle free. Everything works in one place so there's no need to follow up with different teams or jump between multiple systems.
Cons
Getting started took a bit of trial and error because it wasn't immediately obvious how everything worked. A few parts weren't very clear so I had to ask for help or spend some time clicking around to figure them out. The mobile app is okay overall but it's still not as user friendly as the website.

this tool has been fantastic for our team. Its clean interface, easy usability and wide range of features make it very valuable for our employees.
Cons
One part that could be improved is the expenses module which takes a few extra steps that feel unnecessary when submitting a report. You have to create line items first and then add them to a report which makes the process a bit more complex than it needs to be.

Really clean UI and the org chart is a nice touch. Payroll, time off and the other tools being in one place makes everything much more convenient and splitting payroll into different accounts is very easy.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing significant to call out. We switched from ADP about 6 months ago and I have been very happy with the tool ever since.

Rippling is remarkably easy to use. As an employee, I really like how simple the platform is, whether I am checking my performance review details, managing my time off or looking at my benefits. Overall it is well-built, loads fast and you do not need any training to understand it. Our company started using it without any major issues, so the rollout seemed smooth from my perspective. I also like how it connects with the other tools we use, making everything feel integrated and efficient. I use it a few times each month and it's always dependable. The in-app customer support is also the best.
Cons
The one minor suggestion I have is to improve how the company org chart is displayed. As we hire more people, it is becoming difficult to navigate and see where I fit in the structure. Also while I have not used support, having more built-in guides for common questions would be helpful.

The Leave arrangement in the time-off section is a little harder for me to navigate than it should be. I'd expect my earned leave card to appear at the top, rather than birthday leave or other types that aren't as important and don't get used as often.

Having one place to handle a wide range of tasks with Rippling makes everything feel more organized and efficient. It also makes training on the platform more easier since so much is centralized. On top of that there are associates available to help whenever questions come up which is a big plus.
Cons
Only real downside I have noticed is that submitting suggestions and then waiting to see them implemented can take some time though that's probably just part of how the review and approval process works.
