All our HR needs in one hub

Pros

Having all my HR tools in one place has been a huge plus with Rippling. I don't need separate logins or extra apps which makes everything much more convenient. There's a single central spot for important documents so I am not digging through different folders trying to find what I need. I can clock in and out, track my hours, submit PTO requests and stay on top of upcoming events all from the same platform. It also makes benefits management really convenient. I can access my health, dental and vision accounts, print or show ID cards and clearly see claims for each visit. My tax forms and personal information are always right there when I need them. The platform is very user friendly and the tutorials are helpful for learning how to handle common tasks.

Cons

The only issue I ran into was when I needed to submit multiple time card changes for a single day. Breaking my time into regular hours, PTO, admin time and then back to regular time wasn't very easy. I ended up needing help from my supervisor so that part definitely seems like it could be simplified.

A user friendly admin dashboard

Pros

The layout is very user friendly, simple to move around in and the dashboard works really well for administrative tasks. It also gives you a quick snapshot view of your benefits which is very helpful.

Cons

Using it for admin work has been a really positive experience and checking my benefits, pay and other details is easy to navigate. Everything has been working well for me.

Onboarding that wins every time

Pros

Having HR, payroll and device management together in one system has made a huge difference for us. Setting up new hires used to mean juggling a messy checklist for email, payroll and software access but now it's handled in just one click.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit dense especially when moving back and forth between different modules. On top of that the speed of help responses seems to depend on the type of subscription you have.

Hours and time-off at a glance

Pros

Being able to review my hours in one place has been really helpful and updating my banking details whenever needed is just as convenient. I can also quickly check whether my time-off requests have been approved which makes keeping up with everything much simpler.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have anything negative to say about it. It even includes an app that helps track your time, requested days off, PTO, vacation and everything else so there's not much to complain about.

All payroll and benefits together

Pros

Everything seems very simple and functional. It didn't take long to learn and having all of my benefits and pay information right at my fingertips is really convenient.

Cons

One issue I have run into is with the training videos. I would finish watching them but they still wouldn't show as completed on my side.

well organized payroll and benefits

Pros

It's organized, functional and lets me quickly check my pay, benefits and paid holidays all in one place

Cons

Honestly I don't have any real complaints. The only issue I have had was getting locked out of my account once and that was completely my own fault.

Helpful learning with payroll access

Pros

Being able to take online courses, look through my paycheck stubs and review my personal employee information all in one place has been really useful.

Cons

Huge time savings with accuracy

Pros

Managing expense spending with Rippling saves a ton of time and has made the process much more accurate. It's also simple for staff to pick up and start using without much of a learning curve.

Cons

The UI still seems like it could use more optimization and there are a few unusual situations where cards can get declined that don't really match how traditional credit cards normally work.

Excellent support with quick help

Pros

Rippling's customer service left a really strong impression on me. Early on, I had trouble accessing my benefits and once I contacted support, a representative fixed the issue very quickly. They also went a step further by offering extra help to make sure I could access the information I needed without any hassle.

Cons

My complaints are pretty minor overall. I'd just like more customization options, such as being able to adjust the holiday calendar so it reflects the days off specific to my industry and having more control over which details my colleagues can see in the org chart.

Clear interface with smooth workflow

Pros

Right away the clarity and simplicity stand out. The interface seems user friendly and everything is laid out in a way that makes moving around the platform and getting tasks done feel hassle free.

Cons

At this point there really isn't any major downside that stands out. Every now and then, a few features could offer more customization but Overall the platform works very well.

a simple and user friendly website

Pros

The website is very easy to use and it didn't take long to understand how everything works. I was able to move through the site without running into any problems.

Cons

I am still getting familiar with the website so I haven't really noticed any downsides yet. If I do come across any issues later on, I'd be happy to share another review.

HR that saves you time

Pros

Having payroll, benefits, onboarding and device management all in one platform was a big plus for me. It cuts down on a lot of back and forth, saves time and makes handling HR tasks much more organized and manageable.

Cons

The platform can feel a little overwhelming simply because it includes so many features in one place. There's a bit of a learning curve at first while figuring out where everything is and how it all works.

Direct deposit done the right way

Pros

Handling direct deposit and enrolling in insurance through Rippling has been absolutely amazing. The whole process seems incredibly simple and it's honestly never been this simple before.

Cons

At this point I still haven't come across anything I dislike about the software. Everything our company uses it for has been very easy and hassle-free.

Pros

I use it for surveys, onboarding new hires, interviewing and a lot more so it really works well as a one-stop-shop tool.

Cons

The part that gets confusing sometimes is switching between the admin and regular account views since they look very similar even though the available tools are different.

Convenient HR all in one spot

Pros

Thanks to this tool everything seems much more organized now. I can put in time-off requests, check details about my benefits, grab copies of my pay stubs and handle other HR tasks all in one place. It's been a huge relief not having to call HR and sit around waiting for an answer.

Cons

I really don't have any negatives to mention. Overall it's been a very positive experience for me.

Benefits and time-off in one place

Pros

Everything is easy to use and having all my benefits gathered in one place is really convenient. Requesting time off is also very simple and quick.

Cons

One thing that gets frustrating is having to verify through the Authenticator app every single time I log in. It would be much better if the platform let users stay signed in longer.

A platform that gets it right

Pros

Using Rippling has been really easy. The dashboard is clean and it's simple to tell where to click when you need to find something. The org chart is a feature I really enjoy and the email reminders are also helpful. I also like how it integrates with other systems like Slack. Having everything together in one all in one platform is a big plus.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about. At first, it took me a little time to figure out where to go to request time off but aside from that, I haven't run into many issues.

Clear visibility into payroll and taxes

Pros

The platform is very user friendly, simple to navigate and packed with helpful detail. I can clearly view my payroll information and even calculate my taxes based on the information provided which is really useful.

Cons

Logging in can be a little frustrating at times but that mostly comes from the extra security steps which I understand are there for protection.

Payroll access with helpful support

Pros

It is easy to use, with quick access to payroll and pay slips whenever needed. It's also simple to get connected with the IT support team when help is required.

Cons

The color scheme seems a bit dull since it mainly uses yellow and black. It would be nicer if it were more vibrant so the app looked more attractive while using it.

Super efficient and user friendly

Pros

Overall had a really positive experience. The platform is simple to use, the home page is easy to navigate and the whole system seems incredibly efficient. I honestly haven't worked with another program that feels this organized.
