Right away the broad range of offerings stood out, along with a clean UI, strong visibility into information and a signup process that felt simple and engaging thanks to the gamified tasks.
Cons
My biggest frustration was dealing with multiple IT accounts tied to my personal email from previous companies. Because those old accounts were still associated with the email, getting signed up each time was a difficult process.

Pros
Everything is in one place and it's very user friendly. I can handle my 401k, payroll, time off, benefits and the rest without needing to jump between different systems.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into anything I dislike. It's centralized, simple to navigate and I haven't had any issues with it.

Pros
Using Rippling has been a really positive experience overall. It brings HR, payroll and IT management into one platform which makes it particularly valuable for growing teams. The interface is user friendly and most workflows are organized well which cuts down a lot of time spent on admin work.
Cons
Having everything connected in a single system is probably its biggest strength. Being able to handle employee data, payroll, benefits and even device provisioning from one dashboard is incredibly convenient. The automation tools and simple onboarding workflows add even more value.

The platform is user friendly and I haven't run into any technical issues or bugs at all. It's been excellent.
Cons
There have been a couple of times when I picked the wrong option while trying to take a break. The clock out and take a break buttons are the same color and placed right next to each other which can be confusing.

Rippling really shines as an all in one platform, bringing payroll, HR, benefits and time tracking together in one place. The automation is a big plus too since it cuts down on manual work like onboarding, payroll runs and compliance tracking. On top of that the interface is user friendly so both admins and employees can find their way around without much trouble.
Cons
Overall the experience has been very positive but there are still a couple of areas that could be better. The initial setup can feel a bit complex and some workflows and configurations take time to fully figure out. Reporting customization is another area where extra effort is needed especially when trying to build advanced reports exactly the way you want them.

It was simple to use overall. Unlike a lot of other platforms that make paperwork difficult to locate, this one made everything much easier to find.
Cons
The mobile app could be a little more difficult to use at times compared with the desktop version. That said, whenever any issues came up, the support team responded quickly and was very helpful.

Right away the care put into the interface is noticeable. As a contractor I can get to everything I need such as tax forms, signed contracts, payroll history within just a few clicks and it's all organized in a way that makes sense. Moving around the platform is also not a hassle which makes using it genuinely enjoyable.
Cons
There's not much I'd want changed but if I had to point to something, the mobile web version could be more refined compared with the desktop experience. It would also be useful to have automatic email notifications when new pay stubs or documents are added, rather than having to sign in now and then to see if anything has been updated.

The interface is very user friendly and makes everyday tasks simple. It's really convenient to track time, clock in and out and check payroll especially when you compare it with older platforms like Workday.
Cons
The sign-on process takes a few too many steps for authentication and could be more simple. For example, having to enter four-digit codes for two-factor authentication adds extra friction.

Right away the product stands out for its quality, stability and how simple it is to use, along with the strong set of features it offers. The mobile app is also very useful in day to day use. On top of that the support team is excellent and very approachable. I would absolutely recommend it to others.
Cons
The only thing I feel is missing is support for Google Authenticator. At the moment I use Authy but I'd prefer a more centralized option like Google.

Having HR, IT and payroll management connected in one place is really convenient. The leave approval dashboard is useful and it's nice that all my insurance details and perks can be set up and managed from the same dashboard.
Cons

Cons
There was not really anything I strongly disliked. The only minor issue was that the Settings section felt a little hard to locate. It might be more helpful to have one main settings area you click into, with the additional options organized from there.

From the employee side it has been a very amazing experience at Dialogue. The layout is clean, navigation makes sense and regular HR tasks feel fast and hassle-free. Whether I need to review documents, look at payroll or update personal information, everything seems user friendly and efficient. It handles the essentials without adding confusion or unnecessary steps which I really value. As a Mental Health Case Manager, my days are often busy and unpredictable so having an HR platform that is dependable and simple to use makes a real difference. I can get in, find what I need and move on without disrupting my workflow. Overall it is a reliable HR tool that keeps the employee side of things feeling much more organized.
Cons
There one small drawback is that a few features can take a little time to track down at first especially PTO information or settings I do not use very often. I would also say the mobile version could be a little more fully developed. It is nothing major but there is a slight learning curve when you are not regularly using every area of the platform. Since I mostly use it for practical HR needs rather than spending a lot of time in the system, I occasionally need an extra moment to remember where something is. Once I locate what I need, though, it generally works well. It has not hurt the overall experience but there is still some room to make navigation even more user friendly.
