“A big fan of the simple mobile app

Pros

I am a big fan of the mobile app as it is very simple. The only downside is that we are still new to it, so figuring out how to correctly submit a new request has been a bit of a challenge as it is easy to create the wrong type of item by mistake.

Cons

It is hard for me to give feedback right now because our team is still getting familiar with the software. We all know it can be tough to adjust to a new system.

The biggest advantage of using Rippling is that it is a complete, all-in-one platform. Everything from payroll and time off to managing my 401k and checking my pay details is in one central hub. It breaks down the need to constantly email HR and makes all my information transparent and easy to access. If I ever need to figure out how to do something, I can just search within Rippling and it directs me to simple instructions or support articles.

Cons

I would really like to be able to adjust how often I get alerts and reminders.

It makes it very simple to handle many different HR and payroll tasks from a single place. The system is also user friendly and I love that everything from onboarding new staff to benefits and time tracking is combined into one platform. I use it daily to review my benefits and other details.

Getting to a specific section sometimes feels like it requires too many steps. I also believe the search function could be more effective.

I also value the transparency it provides for payroll and benefits, which gives our entire team confidence and peace of mind. The support has been dependable and quick to respond whenever we have had questions. It also keeps releasing thoughtful updates that show they genuinely listen to user feedback. So if you need an all in one platform that makes managing your team effortless, it is definitely the way to go.

The user experience is simply the best. I cannot even comment on the customer service team because the platform is so clear I have never been confused enough to need them. So big thumbs up!

I have not run into anything I dislike, except for not being able to use Wise with my local currency though I know that's not softwares fault.

Its best user interfaces make everything easy to find and less time taking. With Rippling, I almost never have to search a whole page for what I need because it is always right where I expect it to be. I am not sure how they managed it but it consistently shows me the things I care about most without a lot of unnecessary clutter getting in the way. The menus are logical and the mobile app is very responsive. It also seems completely free of glitches. Like I have never seen anything that looks odd or out of place as it is just a clean, user friendly and easy to use interface that never wastes my time, which I really love.

Honestly I am struggling to think of anything I dislike about the service.

The pay stub details are clear and to the point. I also like how simple it is to see my time-off balance and to schedule new time off. Overall it is the most simple payroll system I have ever used.

I genuinely do not have any criticisms. I love every aspect of it and it is far superior to any payroll system I have used at previous jobs.

I love that Rippling is so direct and simple. The support representatives are also always available and easy to talk to. I use this platform every single day. As one of just three people on our HR team managing all the different tasks used to be a major headache. Now I can easily implement new processes as we continue to grow and build out the HR department.

Rippling is incredibly easy to navigate thanks to its friendly interface which made getting started a smooth and simple process. Also I really like how it lists out the tasks I need to complete for onboarding, making sure I do not miss anything. The payroll section is highly valuable too giving me effortless access to my current and past pay stubs, bank statements and tax documents. Plus the features and user friendly design make it a service I would happily use again.
