Organized shifts with clear expectations

Pros

The way everything is organized is something I really appreciate. It makes it simple to tell when I am working and clearly understand what's expected of me during each shift.

Cons

The app itself isn't my favorite part. It can be difficult to navigate sometimes and I think operating systems should feel more like Apple or Duolingo, with a more game-like experience.

user friendly and well organized

Pros

Overall it is pretty easy to use and simple to understand. The different sections are laid out clearly and are easy to access.

Cons

I feel like the login process could be more convenient. It seems like there are too many steps especially when you need to reset a forgotten password.

An efficient HR and IT hub

Pros

Using Rippling has been a very efficient and hassle-free experience. The interface is user friendly which makes both HR and IT tasks much easier to manage. I really appreciate how well payroll, benefits and device management work together in one system. Whenever we've needed help, customer support has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Overall Rippling has made a noticeable difference in improving our day to day operations.

Cons

One thing that stands out on the downside is the occasional delay when data syncs across connected apps which can create minor holdups. The reporting features do the job but they could offer more flexibility and customization for teams that need deeper or more advanced analytics.

fantastic support whenever needed

Pros

A unified HR and IT powerhouse

Pros

Managing HR, payroll, IT and onboarding with Rippling seems incredibly easy because the interface is so user friendly. Plus it gives us plenty of customization options without becoming too much to handle and the automation workflows cut down a lot of repetitive manual tasks. Everything from benefits and devices to payroll and app management works together in a way that seems connected and well organized.

Cons

I noticed that the cost can climb pretty fast once you start adding extra modules and features so it may not be the best fit for smaller teams. Support is responsive but resolving more complicated setup issues sometimes took a little back-and-forth. The reporting features have gotten better though they could still offer more flexibility when it comes to building custom reports.

Clean design

Pros

Coming from years in design leadership, I really value products that guide users toward the most important actions they need to take. When something urgent falls under my responsibility, whether I am using it as an employee or as an admin, I get notified and can jump straight to the exact place where I need to complete it. And if I happen to miss the alert, any outstanding tasks are still clearly flagged the next time I log in. The interface also feels clean and calm rather than cluttered or distracting.

Cons

I generally trust that the information I need is in there somewhere but the structure can be a bit flat since the different modules feel like they all sit at the same level. Because of that, I sometimes end up clicking around before finding what I need. Also, switching between employee and admin views requires going through the dropdown menu which can be a little inconvenient.

A winning payroll solution

Pros

Having everything in one platform has been a big help. It integrates HR and payroll, saves me a lot of time and makes things much easier to manage. I really enjoy using it because it's simple, user friendly and it even handles calculations for terminations and new hires accurately.

HR that just works

Pros

Out of all the HR tools I have used, Rippling has been the easiest to use both as an employee and as a manager. Everything I need is available in one place and the workflows and processes are consistently clear and simple to follow through to completion.

Cons

At times the dashboard seems a bit repetitive compared to the sidebar. I'd also love to see more metrics or real-time updates included.

A favorite workplace tool

Pros

Having everything work-related in one spot makes a big difference. I use Rippling to check my benefits, view my pay and keep track of PTO and time off without bouncing between different tools. The interface feels very polished and I haven't run into any problems using it. One thing I genuinely enjoy is the little payday emails as they're cute, fun and add a personal touch to something that would normally feel pretty routine.

Cons

Honestly I really don't have any complaints. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and that's exactly what you want from a platform like this.

Right from the start Rippling felt very user friendly. I didn't need any training to figure out how to use it or know what to do. It's simple, practical and efficient.

A winning HR solution

Pros

Having everything in one place has been fantastic. Rippling is very user friendly and covers all the essentials I need, from expense reports and benefits to other important employee data.

Cons

The first few months were a bit challenging because the platform is so expansive. I ended up relying on the learning tutorials and had to spend a fair amount of time watching them to fully understand everything which was somewhat time-consuming.

Pros

Pros

Even people without a technical background can use it without much trouble. The information is presented in a clear, simple manner and if you need more detail, you can drill down into it. That works especially well for finance data and the reporting system is exactly what you need.

A complete payroll and compliance powerhouse

Pros

Rippling brings payroll, tax compliance, HR, IT and finance together in one automated platform which makes a big difference in day to day operations. Onboarding and offboarding happen quickly, employees can make real-time self-service updates and approval steps are clear and transparent. The no-code automation tools are powerful for building workflows and the built-in compliance and reporting across different jurisdictions make filings, audits and overall workforce management much simpler.

Cons

Budgeting is harder than it should be because pricing is not transparent, with per-user costs and extra module fees that are not publicly listed. The platform is very feature-rich but that depth can feel inconsistent in places and usually requires a heavy setup along with a fairly steep learning curve. There is also no built-in scheduling, support can be slow to reach and sometimes restricted and the mobile app plus international payroll still do not offer full functionality or a multilingual interface.
