Everything is laid out clearly so navigating the platform is very easy and it's simple to find exactly what you need. The documents are also easy to access whenever needed.

Cons

One thing that would make it better is adding a notification to let you know when your break is over.

Overall the tool is easy to navigate and works perfectly without any real problems. Even people who aren't very comfortable with computers should be able to use it without much trouble.

Cons

At times it can be a bit slow which makes it harder to move through tasks quickly. Other than that, I cannot think of any additional issues.

Having everything in one platform is a huge plus. The interface is user friendly and the dashboard is clean and simple so getting around it doesn't take much effort. Onboarding has been efficient and well organized and the automated document signing along with benefits enrollment adds a lot of convenience.

Cons

There isn't much I can really point to as a downside though a few of the admin-side features can feel a bit complex.

The platform is easy to navigate and making updates to my W-4 or pulling up paystubs is very convenient. The design also looks polished and appealing which makes it nicer to use.

Unfortunately, the app freezes every time I try to use it and this has been going on for the past few months.

From day one, Rippling fit right into my work laptop without any hassle which made getting started really convenient. It handles my day to day tasks efficiently and features like expense management along with leave and absence tracking take a lot off my plate. That gives me more time to focus on other important work. I use it every day and the simple setup and usability are the biggest reasons it stands out to me since they help me save time and work more productively.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about but at times I do miss having a chatbot available to answer FAQs and similar questions. Adding something like that would make the platform feel more interactive and could improve my efficiency even further. It would also be nice if that feature came with customization options and multilingual support.

Not only is it easy to use but the whole system is quick and efficient. The app interface is also really nice.

At times correcting employees incorrect punches can be difficult. It would also be more convenient to approve employee shifts without having to open each individual time card.

The color scheme seems a little dark and it sometimes sends reminders for tasks that have already been completed which can get a bit annoying.

Rippling brings a lot together in one place. Also the interface is clean, payroll works really well and the time and attendance plus time tracking features are very useful. It also helps a lot with IT management and international payments and overall it's a very user friendly HR platform.

only thing that bothers me is that it makes you sign in again every time you access it from a different device.

The tool is simple and it makes it really clear what I have earned. It also makes handling taxes much simpler. Overall it has been a very good program to use.

It does require two-factor authentication which is definitely good for security but it can be a bit of a hassle at times.

If you're running a smaller business or just getting started with HR tech, the number of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The mobile app is helpful but it's still more limited than the desktop version especially for admins.

Navigating Rippling is very simple and everything is laid out in a really organized way. Being able to view all of my expenses in one place is super helpful. I also really like the card category and it does a good job of keeping expenses current and up to date.

Cons

One thing I'd change is the mileage entry since I have to enter it twice instead of just using a roundtrip button. I also wish paid expenses could be archived so only the amounts still owed to you stay visible which would keep everything looking neater and more organized.

Managing leave and work from home requests is pretty easy and the org charts are really useful for checking how teams are structured.

The mobile app doesn't provide notifications, the response time can be slow and you can end up paying more if you want the full-featured setup.

Honestly nothing comes to mind. It's pretty rare to use a website and have absolutely nothing to complain about but that was the case here. I don't have any cons at all.

Being a global user, the speed of transactions and the overall convenience have been really amazing. Accessing paystubs is also easy and the landing page is simple to navigate with key information right where I need it.

I haven't run into any issues or delays so far while using the site so there's nothing negative to point out at this stage.
