The interface is really well done and seems very user friendly. Using it for work has been hassle free and overall it has been awesome.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides at this point. I'd just like to spend a little more time using the website before making a final judgment but so far it's working fine for what I need.

“reminders are very helpful”
Pros
Navigating Rippling felt very natural and the user friendly interface was easily my favorite part of using it. I also really liked getting colleagues birthday reminders sent to my email.
Cons
One thing I wasn't a fan of was the layout of the benefits tab. It also didn't seem like I had the option to download my health insurance cards directly.

“Convenient HR all in one spot”
Pros
It is user friendly. Having payroll details, benefits and PTO all available in one place is really convenient. The whole system seems well organized and the clean layout makes it simple to move around and find what I need.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. If I had to point to anything, it would be the occasional delay when syncing with third-party apps but that doesn't happen often.

The thing I like is that I can request time off, check my paystubs, clock in and out and take care of plenty of other tasks and it's all really simple to use.
Cons
Nothing to complain about as after using it for the past year, I haven't run into any issues when trying to get things done.

Connecting other platforms with Rippling is really easy and that makes bringing new hires on board a lot simpler.
Cons
The downside is that every integration seems to come with an extra fee or requires going through the tool as the broker for that subscription.

“Faster onboarding with custom forms”
Pros
Using it has made our onboarding process much more efficient especially because the platform is easy to use and lets us add custom documents and forms.
Cons
The reporting side is a bit harder to understand and it may take some extra training to make sure we're tracking month-to-month turnover correctly.

Right away the layout feels very organized and simple to move through. Everything I have needed to access so far has been clearly laid out and mapped in a way that makes sense.
Cons
The thing that would improve it even more is having the clock in/out option directly on the home screen. I am sure I'll get used to going from the homepage to the time page but it would make clocking in and out much faster especially when leaving for lunch and coming back, if it were front and center on the main screen.

The platform is user‑friendly from start to finish and it's very easy to find what you need. The interface is clean and professional and I haven't run into any issues. We also rolled it out easily across more than 150 users.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see improved is the receipt upload feature. It would be really helpful if you could replace or edit a receipt after uploading it especially when something gets uploaded by mistake.

Pros
Getting people onboarded and managed with Rippling seems incredibly simple. Payroll, benefits, apps and even devices can all be handled from one place which saves a lot of back-and-forth. The interface is clean, user friendly and the automation features cut down a ton of manual work.
Cons
The pricing isn't always very transparent and costs can climb fast as you add more features. Support is mainly ticket-based which can mean slower responses at times. A few features also seem better tailored to more tech-focused companies.

Keeping up with timecards has been much simpler with Rippling. The visuals on payday are a nice touch and make the whole experience feel more personal. It's also really convenient that the system remembers the jobs I have already entered so everything goes quicker each time. On top of that the website has a sleek design that I genuinely appreciate.
Cons

Both the app and desktop site are very user friendly. The layout is clear, concise and simple to read which makes everything easy to navigate.
Cons
Keeping track of PTO is a bit difficult. After submitting a request, it's not always clear how much time I still have left since it accrues over time so there's more math involved than I'd like.

Pros
Having onboarding, PTO, training and other HR tasks all in one centralized, user friendly platform makes everything much more manageable. Requesting and approving time off, finishing assigned trainings and looking through employee records all feel clear and hassle-free.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is a monthly calendar view in the PTO section, similar to Google Calendar, that shows everyone's time off at a glance. That would make scheduling meetings and planning deadlines around team availability a lot easier.
