Custom apps with reliable support

Pros

Having the option to build custom apps around our organization's needs has been a huge plus and each app can be tailored within the system along with detailed permission settings. The platform is easy to use for both employees and admins to use and the overall functionality has been dependable and stable. The monthly check-ins with our support team have also been very helpful.

Cons

One frustration is that transition requests cannot be updated once they're in the approval workflow so they have to be rejected and submitted again instead. Also, pay stubs show an average rate for hourly employees who work multiple roles at different pay rates.

Helpful for daily HR tasks

Pros

It has become part of my everyday routine for things like requesting time off, collecting information and completing forms. I also rely on it to keep up with changes in the organization chart whenever positions are updated. On top of that I use it for performance appraisals and review cycles which helps make the review process more organized. Overall Rippling supports a lot of the simple tasks I need to get through during the workday.

Cons

Scheduling time off, surveys, reviews and organization charts can be areas that still need improvement.

quick learning with a simple interface

Its interface is user friendly and the software is simple to pick up. It doesn't take much time to learn which makes using it pretty easy.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the salary compensation page showing my salary in very large font. That's not ideal for privacy especially when I am logging in at work.

Modern interface

Pros

Right away it feels and looks like a product built in this century. The UI and UX don't seem outdated at all and it's simple to get to whatever I need to do or request. Using the system doesn't feel frustrating because I can move between different modules and documents without any hassle.

Cons

One thing I will say is that getting support or reaching a real person is nearly impossible. I needed a correction on my W-2 for something as basic as my company's State Employer ID and it took more than two months to get it fixed. That's really been my only bad experience with it though.

Flexible payroll across entities

Pros

Very user friendly and flexible, with responsive support whenever needed. It also lets us manage multiple companies and EINs under a single license which is a big advantage.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit confusing at times. There have also been a few issues with tax reporting not always being submitted correctly to state agencies.

Having Rippling as a single HR and IT platform really helps cut down the admin work since it simplifies and automates a lot of those day to day tasks.

Strong HR and IT automation

Pros

Managing HR and IT with Rippling has been a really positive experience. The user friendly interface makes everything feel approachable and the comprehensive automation takes a lot of repetitive work off the table. The onboarding process is also hassle free which makes setting up new employees much more efficient and less stressful.

Cons

There are still a few downsides worth mentioning. Integration challenges can come up At times customer support responses are not always as fast as expected and there are occasional bugs or glitches that interrupt the experience.

A fantastic HR platform

Pros

Rippling has been a pleasure to use thanks to its user friendly interface and I honestly haven't run into any problems with the platform itself. It's one of the best HR systems I have worked with.

Cons

The one thing I'd still like is better visibility into payment analytics. It's possible that feature exists and I just haven't come across it yet but I haven't been able to find that tool so far.
