Using Rippling on both the app and desktop seems very easy and I can move around everything without running into much trouble.
Cons
layout does feel a bit plain though. I wouldn't mind seeing more visual flair, maybe even some seasonal effects during different times of the year.

The tool is easy to use. The interface is user friendly so getting around the platform doesn't take much effort.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the search bar since it doesn't always bring up the most relevant results. Also, even though the UI is simple Overall it can still take quite a few clicks to get to what you need.

“Convenient HR all in one spot”
Pros
Handling PTO with Rippling has been really simple and efficient. Submitting time-off requests is not hassle and it's nice having clear visibility into where things stand in the approval process. On top of that the platform as a whole is very easy to use because payroll, benefits and employee information are all simple to access and having everything centralized makes a big difference.
Cons
Getting started was a little frustrating, even though the platform is very user friendly overall. At first, it took me a while to get familiar with all the features and I had a hard time finding my tax information. Once I got used to where everything was though, it became much easier to navigate and the convenience of having everything in one place far outweighs those minor inconveniences.

Having Rippling in place has made onboarding, payroll and benefits administration much more easier for our team. As a nonprofit, we really value how much time it saves us. Keeping everything in one system is a huge plus and the ability to handle employee access to tools and equipment has been especially useful with remote staff.
Cons
A few areas of the platform were a bit confusing at the beginning especially when looking for specific settings or reports. It took some time to get comfortable with the layout but in the bigger picture, it's only a minor issue.
