Clean UI with complete tools

Its interface is clean and simple to navigate, yet it still offers a full and well-rounded set of features.

A modern platform for growing teams

Pros

The tool is modern and very fast to use and it does an excellent job of combining HR and IT in one system. Being able to manage devices, apps, onboarding and offboarding all in one place is a huge plus. The workflows are also highly customizable which makes it a strong fit for remote or hybrid teams and something that can scale well across global operations.

Cons

Getting everything set up can be a bit complicated if you do not have guidance. The pricing is also not completely transparent and for very small teams, the platform may feel like more than they actually need.

Handy mobile app

Pros

Using the app on my phone is really convenient and the time-off feature works very well. The communication alerts are also timely and on point.

Cons

Nothing major to mention right now. The only thing that comes to mind is the automatic restart feature.

reliable for time tracking

Pros

Managing employee hours and time-off requests with this has been very easy. The whole system is simple to use across the board, whether it's payroll, vacation or sick leave requests, checking balances or handling payroll tasks.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing about it that I dislike. Out of all the payroll-related apps we've used, this has easily been the best one.

Helpful search with easy approvals

Pros

Managing hours in Rippling has been really convenient for me. I can approve time, make any needed adjustments and quickly pull up the information I need for my employees without any hassle. The learning tab is also really useful and keeps things engaging. One part I especially appreciate is being able to search for practically anything there, whether I have a question or need to jump to a specific section of the site.

Cons

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the switch between the admin tab and the employee tab. I'd rather have everything combined in one place instead of moving between separate areas.

Too many add-on charges

Pros

Their onboarding team stayed engaged throughout the process and did a really good job keeping everything on track. Implementation is definitely one of this company's stronger areas.

Cons

There are a lot of extra fees that just don't feel justified. It comes across like they're nickel-and-diming you at every turn.

Pros

Using Rippling has been very easy. It's a powerful all in one platform for handling HR, payroll and IT management in one place. It simplifies onboarding, benefits administration and device management through automation and integrations. The interface is user friendly and the feature set is amazing too which makes it an excellent option for growing businesses that want better efficiency and compliance.

Cons

Nothing major at the moment. That said, there's still some room for improvement. Pricing could be more transparent since the total cost can increase with add-ons. Customer support response times are sometimes slow and certain areas, such as reporting and international payroll, could use more flexibility and depth for larger organizations.

All our HR needs in one hub

Pros

Having payroll, health benefits, training, office activities, birthdays, anniversaries, time-off requests and everything else in one place is a huge plus. It's really convenient to have all the information I need in a single product instead of jumping between different tools.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. Switching over from other software did take a little time to learn at first but once I understood how it was set up, navigating the tabs and finding what I needed felt very easy.

Payroll automation that delivers

Pros

Using Rippling day to day, the biggest win has been how well it handles payroll, automation and overall usability. It manages payments, benefits and compliance efficiently, cuts down on manual work and helps keep everything accurate. The integrations with HR and finance tools also make operations much more connected. I use Rippling every day to check my payments and it's very simple to navigate.
