Using Rippling seems very useful and simple. It doesn't take much training to figure out how to navigate and each step is usually clearly explained or guided well by the prompts throughout the platform.
Cons
When using this tool for recruiting, the interface can sometimes feel a bit chaotic or overwhelming. That said, it's still self-explanatory and laid out well so I think that feeling depends more on how the hiring process is going than on the platform itself.
