Pros
Getting people up to speed on Rippling's time tracking is really easy and using it day to day is just as simple. The time-off feature is just as user friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
At times configuring policies in it can be a little tricky. Support can also be frustrating since different reps sometimes give different answers.

“A feature-packed HR hub”
Pros
Beyond payroll, it gives me access to a lot of other useful things too like uploading important documents, checking my holiday balance, requesting time off and browsing the company directory, along with several other features. The two-step authentication also adds a good layer of security which makes the app feel safe to use. On top of that the layout is very simple, not confusing and the interface is user friendly.
Cons
One issue is the support response time since their customer service has not been very impressive. There are also quite a few bugs that still need attention and they sometimes make the app lag. Another downside is the lack of video tutorials for new users which would really help with onboarding. Also, not every document appears in the mobile version so I have to switch to the desktop version to find things like my tax slips and that can be a little frustrating at times.

Everything about Rippling seems beautifully simple and easy to use. All my HR needs and questions are quick to find in one place and it also integrates with our other HR tools so jumping over to software like our company 401k is really convenient.
Cons
It has been pretty amazing overall. I haven't come across any standout bad feature at this point.

Pros
One thing I really appreciate about Rippling is how flexible the platform is. It gives you the freedom to use it in a way that fits your needs and being able to access it from anywhere is a big plus.
Cons
At this point I really haven't come across any downsides. I am still discovering new features and learning more about what the platform can do and so far nothing has been disappointing.

Compared with other tools, it took much less effort to get going. From the invite email to installation and setup, everything was easy and the user guide made the process simple to follow. Another big plus is the security side so if I ever lose my system, I do not have to worry about the data because it allows management to wipe everything remotely.
Cons
My only issue is with the IT application in the top menu. Whenever I open it, it shows as connected after a few seconds but it is not very clear to me what that actually means. I am left wondering whether I need to click anything else to make it run or if it is already working on its own.

Having so many tasks handled in a single platform is a big plus such as onboarding and offboarding, employee management, local and global payroll, supplier payments, climate reviews, expenses, reimbursements and even a credit card.
Cons
At the same time, it seems overly bureaucratic and heavy. Paying suppliers or employees outside the US can take quite a long time.
