I find the platform very easy to navigate and user-friendly particularly for looking up my pay information and basic details about my colleagues. The setup process was seamless and only took a few simple steps. Plus having payroll details update in real-time is a great benefit as I always have the latest information.

The connection with Google Meet works perfectly making it effortless to schedule interviews and meetings. It also fits smoothly into my existing workflow, simplifies my processes and keeps me informed with important reports. All in all, its convenience and powerful features make my work simple and even enjoyable.

Having all my work portals in one place is amazing and the interface is very user-friendly. People often highlight how it automates setting up and closing accounts for employees including all the IT and software access. Also it is widely recognized for being user friendly, with a clean design and logical menus that make it easy to learn. The mobile features are also a big plus for our staff and managers like clocking in and out or checking schedules and pay stubs.
Cons
The system can be a bit inflexible such as setting up payroll is not very adaptable which is challenging for businesses with complicated compensation setups. There are also some issues with benefits management as my team sometimes finds it hard to navigate or fully understand their health insurance and other benefits within the platform.

I love how simple and easy Rippling is to use. It is incredibly easy to just open the side menu and click on whatever section I need. Putting in a time-off request and checking its status requires zero effort. Plus the notifications for payday and other reminders about my pay and vacation time are also awesome!
Cons
It would be great to have a dashboard or a calendar that shows all the upcoming pay dates. If this already exists, it would be good to know where to find it so I can easily check.

We use Rippling for our training modules and I have to agree it is very simple to navigate. Finding customer support through the benefits section is easy too and they always provide timely help with useful resources.

I really value the platforms user-friendly design and well-organized interface which makes my job simpler. It's effectively fixed our issues with tracking employee vacation days and managing payroll. I also find the features for viewing my pay stubs, submitting time-off requests and exploring the company directory especially helpful.
Cons
Well I am mostly happy with it as it stands but as our company grows, I would like to know how to reach support for a more tailored dashboard. I would also love the ability to customize existing apps or even build new ones as I have not found that option yet.

I am incredibly pleased with Rippling. The system is extremely user friendly as everything is simple to update, easy to navigate and clearly presented. I am particularly fond of the automated workflows and alerts which make handling my duties seamless and ensure nothing gets missed. It has made our HR and payroll tasks much more efficient, saving us time and reducing mistakes. All in all, it is an excellent all-in-one tool that provides both great efficiency and real peace of mind.
Cons
The only drawback is that it takes some time to learn the ropes at first. But once we get comfortable with the platform, it becomes very simple to use.

Rippling HR makes it so easy to handle HR, payroll and IT from a single platform. The automated processes are a huge time-saver too and the interface is clean, user friendly and works efficiently, particularly for bringing new hires on board and setting up their software.
Cons
A few tools are not as easy to find and sometimes take more steps to get to. The support team is usually great but how long it takes them to reply can be inconsistent. I also think the guides for some of the more advanced options could be clearer.

I am impressed by how Rippling smoothly combines HR, payroll, benefits and IT into one easy to use system which makes onboarding new staff and handling admin tasks remarkably efficient.
Cons
Some functions seem more complicated than they need to be or are tucked away in sub-menus. I also wish the support team would get back to us more quickly particularly when we have a time-sensitive problem.
