Keeping track of hours and scheduling PTO is very easy and convenient.
Cons
One thing I didn't like is that it doesn't automatically enter time when scheduling lunch and the training modules were also a downside.

It made everything feel incredibly simple and even fun. Payroll, onboarding and device management all work exactly as they should so no confusing screens or unnecessary hassle. The automation really changes the game. It cuts down tedious admin work and gives us more time to focus on what actually matters.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning can be a little challenging especially for teams that are new to all in one HR platforms like this one.

The layout and overall UI in Rippling really stand out in a good way. It feels enjoyable to use, the design looks polished and everything comes across as very user friendly.
Cons
Tracking down tax information and certain documents can be a little frustrating At times although most everyday tasks are still very user friendly and simple to reach from the home page. I'd also love to see recurring timesheets or an auto-fill option for repeating shifts.
