The interface is very user friendly and simple to navigate and it does a really good job of showing the hours you've worked along with the benefits you currently have.
Cons
Every now and then, the app freezes if you step out of it for even a second.

Pros
Everything HR-related is centralized here which makes day to day tasks much more convenient. I can keep track of pay cycles, review tax information and apply for leave or time off without any hassle. It also works really well as a single place for HR documents and setting up Mobile Device Management was easy from the start. Connecting third-party tools like Slack and GitHub was quick and the interface looks polished and clean overall.
Cons
The only thing I'd really want added is a direct Slack integration for time-off requests so it could automatically post a message to a chosen channel. At the moment, my company uses a separate form for that and it makes me less inclined to use the built-in time-off feature as often.

Pros
Hands down this is the best HR platform I have used. It gives me full control over my contract without having to go through my direct manager which saves a lot of time when I need to resolve something or keep track of an issue. The interface is very user friendly, the tools are well organized and I can usually find what I need fast. The forms and filters are also very clear and they let you view information with really good detail by time, amount or alphabetical order. That applies across time reports, payment fees, time-off reports, contracts and more.
Cons
Even though the UI is user friendly Overall there are times when it offers so many options that it's not immediately obvious which one will work best for what you need. Because of that there is a learning curve you have to get through before you can really make the most of the platform.

Every paycheck arrives right on schedule which has been really reliable. Requesting and managing time off is quick and simple and it also takes care of tax forms and a lot of HR tasks automatically.
Cons
One frustrating part is the iOS app making me log in with 2FA every single time. There's no faster sign-in option available, like Face ID or a passkey.
