Cons

Rippling has a really simple interface and works smoothly with different HR and payroll systems. The automated features help save us a lot of time and the dashboard is simple to use. Their support team is also quick to respond and really helpful.
Cons
A few features could offer more customization options and some integrations need extra steps to set up. Plus I think the cost might also be a bit steep for smaller companies.

Rippling is very user friendly for both individual contributors and managers and the design makes using HR and Payroll tools like Time Off, Pay and Benefits surprisingly enjoyable. Even the You Got Paid email gives a little dopamine boost thanks to the playful, cute graphics. The Time Off feature has been especially helpful and having my team's requests and upcoming PTO all in one place is really convenient.
Cons
At first, switching between my admin and employee accounts was a bit confusing and I'd sometimes lose track of which one I was logged into. It would help if the admin and employee views had more distinct colors or a clearer UI/UX difference so I wouldn't keep mixing them up.
