All HR and payroll together

Pros

There's a wide range of app integrations and it works really well for taxes, payroll, PTO, training and reimbursements.

Cons

Nothing specific has been a problem. The only thing that would be nice is better support for 401K.

HR done the right way

Pros

Everything HR related is centralized in one place and the platform is incredibly simple to use. I honestly haven't worked with another tool that is as user friendly as Rippling.

Cons

all in one convenience

Pros

Having everything in one place is really convenient. The app is user friendly and I can clock in, look back at past W-2s and complete trainings without needing to switch between different systems.

Cons

At times the clock-in and clock-out feature can be a little glitchy and I wish it was more reliable overall.

A simple time tracking experience

Pros

Navigating the program seems very easy and entering as well as keeping track of my time has been hassle-free. Even the few times I needed to add time manually, the process was quick and uncomplicated. I'd definitely recommend it to coworkers.

Cons

One issue I have run into is with the app on my computer so I have to log in without using the app.

user friendly and hassle-free

Pros

Everything about it feels very user friendly and pretty much foolproof, even if you're not especially tech-savvy.

Cons

One thing that can be frustrating is that profile-related items aren't in the main menu so finding ID documents can take a bit of digging.

W-2 visibility with simple updates

Pros

After each paycheck I can see my W-2 being processed and updating my W-4 is also easy with the form they provide.

A really simple, time-saving interface

Pros

Rippling has a really simple interface and works smoothly with different HR and payroll systems. The automated features help save us a lot of time and the dashboard is simple to use. Their support team is also quick to respond and really helpful.

Cons

A few features could offer more customization options and some integrations need extra steps to set up. Plus I think the cost might also be a bit steep for smaller companies.

love having everything in one spot

Pros

I love that everything I need is all in one spot from time-off requests to tasks, benefits, pay stubs and W2s. It makes staying organized so much easier.

Cons

Fun payroll and time-off

Pros

Rippling is very user friendly for both individual contributors and managers and the design makes using HR and Payroll tools like Time Off, Pay and Benefits surprisingly enjoyable. Even the You Got Paid email gives a little dopamine boost thanks to the playful, cute graphics. The Time Off feature has been especially helpful and having my team's requests and upcoming PTO all in one place is really convenient.

Cons

At first, switching between my admin and employee accounts was a bit confusing and I'd sometimes lose track of which one I was logged into. It would help if the admin and employee views had more distinct colors or a clearer UI/UX difference so I wouldn't keep mixing them up.

All hiring and HR together

Pros

It has been a one-stop shop for all of our hiring and HR needs which has made managing everything in one place really convenient.

Cons

The only thing I'd change is that some tasks like connecting to Slack, seem to require extra advanced workflows when I wish they were easier.

Helpful pay alerts with privacy

Pros

Getting an email whenever we're paid is something I really appreciate. The privacy and security protections they provide are also reassuring.

Cons

One thing that's missing is visibility into my current hours worked. I also cannot tell whether I have accrued any benefits or mileage reimbursement.
