Really user friendly overall. It simplifies day to day work by letting you view and schedule time off easily, while also giving you quick access to important work-related information.
Cons

There are videos and training resources that walk you through the different programs which makes getting started much more manageable. The website is very simple to use, the color scheme is nice and I really appreciate the regular emails and updates.
Cons

Having everything available in one place has been really convenient. Before this, anytime I needed a form or a record of employment, I had to set aside time and reach out to our HR department.
Cons
A few times, the link to the HSA account was broken although that seems to have been fixed now.

Having direct access to my important work information without needing to reach out to HR has been the best part. Rippling gives me a lot of independence and makes it really convenient to check and reference essential details on my own.
Cons
A few employees mentioned that certain sections seemed to show more personal information than they were comfortable with although I was able to hide anything I didn't want others to see.

Using Rippling for HR and benefits has been very helpful and overall the tool is easy to navigate. The support team is truly best in class. I have used it as both an employee and a manager. In both roles it's clear where to go for benefits, pay statements and general organization. As a manager approving time‑off requests, reviewing org charts and similar tasks are also very easy.
Cons
This isn't really a downside but as someone who works with data, I'd love to have more built-in analytics available as an employee. A visual dashboard that brings together pay information, taxes, year-to-date figures and past years in one place would be a really valuable addition.

Cons
My only complaint at this point is the font size in the Paystub tab. It seems pretty small although I assume that's done to make everything fit on a single page.
