“The best software I've used”

The website is really well organized and everything is simple to locate, whether I am requesting time off, checking tax documents or reviewing my timesheet. It's honestly the best software I have ever used.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about it. It's far better than anything I have used before.

Pros

Using Rippling has been a really positive experience. The leave management system, daily task management and PAR form are the services I have appreciated the most.

Everything is very user friendly and it puts all the information I need in one place.

I just wish it offered a more detailed view into my role history and compensation history.

The interface is really easy to navigate and I like how consistent it seems between the desktop and mobile versions.

At first, I was a bit unsure about how to access certain third-party benefits websites but it turned out I just needed to click the benefit title to be taken to the external site.

Having the option to use it through the mobile app is really convenient.

Editing timecards can be more complicated than it should be which I don't enjoy.

Everything about it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. One of the most helpful features is being able to see the PTO you have available.

I haven't run into any issues at this point. It's been friendly and simple to use overall.

Rippling is very user friendly and it's simple to understand overall. It's also not hard to explain to employees how to use it. Having quick access to personal details, taxes, pay and anything related to company information in one place has been really helpful.

At this point I haven't come across anything negative about using it or accessing information in the system.

Pros

Starting a new role and using Rippling right away was a pleasant surprise. The platform feels very user friendly, offers plenty of customization options and the onboarding process was incredibly fast.

Nothing to complain about at the moment as everything seems to be working perfectly.

Having benefits, time off and payroll all in one dashboard makes this really easy to use. Plus it genuinely takes the stress out of handling the pay side of work and keeps everything in one convenient place.

Rippling has helped us automate a lot of the routine HR work which gives our team more time to focus on being strategic partners within the organization. The customer service has been outstanding and the user experience on the employee side is amazing.

There are still a few features in the system that feel somewhat limited but the team has been very responsive to feedback and is actively working on improvements.

Navigating Rippling has been very easy. We've used other platforms before and this one is by far the most user friendly and simplest to get around.

At this point I haven't come across anything I dislike. We also haven't been using it for very long but since nothing has stood out as an issue so far, I don't really expect that to change.

The colorful icons for each section make everything clear and downloading check stubs is very easy.

Updating my personal details and banking information is very easy.

One thing I'd change is the Time & Attendance graph. I wish the duration section showed overtime separately because right now I have to manually add up my daily hours to figure out whether I am going into overtime by the end of the week.

It's really easy to navigate and having mobile access makes it even more convenient to use.

Changing shifts can be difficult if you happen to miss a punch.

Everything about it seems very efficient and easy to use. The mobile app is a big plus too and it works really well for what I need at work.

Honestly there's nothing about it that I dislike. I think it's awesome.

The platform is good and easy to use. Pages load without much delay and payments arrive on time sometimes even before the expected payout date.

I haven't had the chance to explore all of the features yet so I don't really have anything to point out here at the moment.

Since our company switched to Rippling, my pay has been arriving on time every single time with no more delays.

It's not a major issue but the app doesn't include a Payment Tracker. I have to open it in my phone's browser or check it from my computer instead.
