Rippling felt very accessible and easy to use. Since I came from another system, adapting to it during the hiring process was pretty quick and painless.
Cons

Having a single place for everything tied to my employment was really helpful, along with key company details like the org chart, internal trainings and more. Requesting PTO and keeping track of the team's time off feels much simpler than it used to.
Cons
When our team tested the password manager browser extension, it was a bit buggy with shared passwords and getting contractors and freelancers set up on it was difficult. We eventually decided not to keep using it.

Having the information people regularly need gathered in one place makes a real difference. A lot of details are usually scattered around and while employers or recruiters may be willing to answer questions or send information by email quickly and fairly, that still isn't as useful as being able to access everything yourself whenever you need it. Keeping all the relevant information available on demand in a single location improves convenience, makes the platform more usable and removes an unnecessary obstacle.
Cons
The downside is the engineering bugs. A product at this level really shouldn't have issues reaching production. Better error handling, including proper try-catch coverage, should already be in place. The workflow also needs stronger hold timers and validation checks so situations like sending employees an IT link before it's actually active on the platform don't happen.

It covers all the right features and seems like a powerful, all in one platform. There are also plenty of integrations available to bring in information from different systems.
Cons
Even though it's fairly user friendly, the interface still isn't the most user friendly. On top of that it sends too many irrelevant emails about tasks that have already been completed.

From the first time I used it, it felt simple and very professional for any payroll related tasks. Overall it's one of the most visually appealing platforms I have used for this kind of task. I even like the little animations in payment emails when you get paid which is a nice touch. Overall I have loved using it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering it.
Cons
At this point I really haven't run into any problems. Communication has been excellent the whole way through so I get the sense that if something ever did come up, they'd be quick to work with me and sort it out. If I had to name anything at all, it's that everything has gone so well there hasn't really been anything for me to point to as an area for improvement.
