“A sleek all in one platform”

Pros

Such a modern yet user friendly interface. It's become one of my favorite platforms because everything is in one place and the layout is very easy to understand.

Cons

Nothing to complain about so far. I haven't run into any issues.

Pros

Getting my bank account set up to receive payments in Brazil from the US was very easy with this tool.

Cons

One thing I still miss is a customizable favorites bar for the apps in SSO.

Navigating the site is very easy overall and everything is laid out in a way that makes it easy to move around.

Cons

The sign-in process could be a bit less repetitive since it seems like there are a few unnecessary extra steps.

Pros

Rippling brings HR, payroll and IT management together in one place so there's less need to rely on multiple tools. The workflows for onboarding, payroll and compliance are well organized which saves time and helps cut down on mistakes. The support team has also been helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

Even though the platform offers a lot of features some customization options feel more limited than they are on certain other platforms.

“Transparent payroll updates”

Pros

One thing that really stood out to me with Rippling was how much control it gave me over setting up payroll the way I wanted. I was able to switch my payroll deposit account within minutes and they even sent a small test deposit to the new account to confirm everything was working properly. On top of that I was kept informed the whole way through. Clear, timely communication matters a lot to me and Rippling handled that really well.

Cons

At this point I am still waiting for a brand new AI Assistant.

Pros

Their time-off request feature has been really useful. It clearly shows who will be most affected when I am out and helps me figure out who I should hand approval responsibilities over to.

Cons

The UI color palette isn't really my favorite. It makes the platform feel a bit bland.

Pros

Rippling is a easy app to use and I really like how the dashboard is organized. The intro video that walks you through the app is helpful as well.

Cons

I don't have any specific suggestions or complaints about the app at this point.

It is pretty easy to use and it integrates well with a wide range of HR and payroll tools. The automation cuts down on manual work and saves a lot of time, while the dashboard is user friendly and simple to move through. On top of that customer support is quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

Cons

A few features could offer more flexibility when it comes to customization and some integrations take extra setup to get working properly. The pricing can also feel a little steep for smaller businesses.

The tool is easy to get around once you spend a little time with it and it comes packed with a wide range of useful functions.

To me nothing negative has stood out to me so far. It did feel a little confusing to navigate at the beginning but I adjusted to it pretty quickly.

Right from the start it seems very simple to navigate. All the main personal apps are placed on the dashboard as soon as you log in so everything you need is right there.

Nothing to complain about at this point. It has been very user friendly especially with the one-click option available right away.

Having time off, tasks, benefits, paychecks and W-2 documents all in one place is really convenient. It helps me stay on top of everything without having to jump between different systems.

As a manager it can be confusing at times when I am trying to look at my own information versus the details for the employees who report to me.

Using Rippling is not a hassle and it makes managing employees much easier overall.

The navigation has a very minor learning curve though that could just be from not fully understanding everything yet.

Most of the time, our paychecks show up even earlier than expected. It is great having one central hub where employees can access everything.

Cons

No cons come to mind right now. But it would be nice to have a mobile app however I am not sure if there is one already.

“Total lifesaver!”

Pros

It is awesome because it keeps all my important information right where I need it. Requesting time off or filling out any form is pretty simple and fast too. I also love how smoothly it connects with all the other tools I use every single day. In short it is a total lifesaver!

Cons

Because of Spanish regulations, we have to clock in and out manually. Sometimes I forget and correcting it means getting approval from someone else on the team. It is not a big issue and it is definitely not the softwares fault but just one of those legal things worth mentioning.

Rippling HR is quite fast and works well. It helps me keep everything sorted like my hours and requests without any hassle.

Nothing at all! It honestly makes it pretty simple to access my pay stubs, W2s, hours and everything else I need.

I cannot point to one thing I dislike about it, though there is definitely room to improve how paid time off is managed.

I really like how easy Rippling is to manage and use. I can pull up reports quickly, understand them easily and even customize how they look. Like whenever I have had a question or issue, I have gotten help right away.

Cons

It is definitely on the expensive side especially with added services but we are still happy to be using it.

It is fairly user-friendly as everything is laid out clearly so you know exactly where to go or what to click. The instructions are simple too, so you do not need much time to learn it. I use it daily and it is way better than the old systems we had where everything was confusing and hard to use.

Cons

I wish there were some tutorial videos for first-time users. Even though it is pretty easy to figure out still a little guidance would help.

I really like how simple it is to find my way around the platform and how clearly my pay information is shown.

There is nothing I dislike. Maybe a notification letting you know you will be paid in a week or showing the next pay date or even a countdown would be a cool feature.
