Navigating the site is very easy overall and everything is laid out in a way that makes it easy to move around.
Cons
The sign-in process could be a bit less repetitive since it seems like there are a few unnecessary extra steps.

Pros
Rippling brings HR, payroll and IT management together in one place so there's less need to rely on multiple tools. The workflows for onboarding, payroll and compliance are well organized which saves time and helps cut down on mistakes. The support team has also been helpful and quick to respond.
Cons
Even though the platform offers a lot of features some customization options feel more limited than they are on certain other platforms.

“Transparent payroll updates”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me with Rippling was how much control it gave me over setting up payroll the way I wanted. I was able to switch my payroll deposit account within minutes and they even sent a small test deposit to the new account to confirm everything was working properly. On top of that I was kept informed the whole way through. Clear, timely communication matters a lot to me and Rippling handled that really well.
Cons
At this point I am still waiting for a brand new AI Assistant.

Their time-off request feature has been really useful. It clearly shows who will be most affected when I am out and helps me figure out who I should hand approval responsibilities over to.
Cons

It is pretty easy to use and it integrates well with a wide range of HR and payroll tools. The automation cuts down on manual work and saves a lot of time, while the dashboard is user friendly and simple to move through. On top of that customer support is quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
Cons
A few features could offer more flexibility when it comes to customization and some integrations take extra setup to get working properly. The pricing can also feel a little steep for smaller businesses.

It is awesome because it keeps all my important information right where I need it. Requesting time off or filling out any form is pretty simple and fast too. I also love how smoothly it connects with all the other tools I use every single day. In short it is a total lifesaver!
Cons
Because of Spanish regulations, we have to clock in and out manually. Sometimes I forget and correcting it means getting approval from someone else on the team. It is not a big issue and it is definitely not the softwares fault but just one of those legal things worth mentioning.

It is fairly user-friendly as everything is laid out clearly so you know exactly where to go or what to click. The instructions are simple too, so you do not need much time to learn it. I use it daily and it is way better than the old systems we had where everything was confusing and hard to use.
