The dashboard is very accessible so it doesn't take much effort to find exactly what you need.

Cons

Viewing paycheck stub details in the mobile app is difficult.

Everything seems prompt, fast and accurate and the platform is simple enough for anyone to understand.

Cons

The only downside is having to log in every time. It would be even better if facial recognition were an option.

Most of the time, paychecks arrive more than a day early which is a really nice benefit. It's also convenient having an all in one portal that employees can use and refer to for everything in one place.

There isn't anything specific that needs improvement right now. The only thing that would make it better is a mobile app although I am not sure whether one already exists.

Using Rippling is very easy, the platform responds quickly and the data has been reliable.

The color scheme on the front page could be improved.

Simple to get around and it really works as a one-stop place for handling all the admin tasks.

At times certain pages or items can take a bit longer than expected to load.

I haven't run into any problems so far. Everything works well and getting around the system is very simple.

Pros

The thing I like most is that everything I need is right there at my fingertips and requesting vacation time or other types of requests is very easy. Also the integrations with other services are a big plus especially for a product you end up using several times throughout the day.

Cons

The only minor inconvenience is having to clock in and clock out because of Spanish regulations. I occasionally forget and then any correction needs approval from another team member. It's really not an issue with the platform itself, just something worth mentioning because of the legal requirement.

Rippling is user friendly and simple to use which makes day to day tasks pretty manageable.

One concern is that it might not be able to keep up with my company's needs as we continue to scale.

Everything works really fast and well. It keeps my hours, requests and other details organized so I can stay on top of everything without any hassle.

I honestly don't have any complaints. It's really helpful for quickly getting to my pay statements, W-2s, hours and other information whenever I need them.

Rippling seems very complete when it comes to information about my payments and the money always arrives on time!

I cannot point to anything specific that I disliked about it but there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to PTO management.

Using Rippling has been very easy from an admin standpoint and the platform is simple to work with. I can pull reports quickly, actually understand the data and format them the way I need. Whenever I have contacted support with a question or concern, the response has been prompt and helpful.

Cons

The pricing is definitely on the higher side especially once you add extra services but I am still glad we're a client.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use. Everything is well organized so it's always clear where to go and what to click. The explanations are simple and clear too which means it doesn't take long to learn. I use Rippling every day for work and it's honestly 100% better than the other websites our company used before since those were much harder to understand and nowhere near as simple to use.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having some tutorial videos for first-time use, even though it's still possible to figure things out on your own.

Honestly there wasn't anything I disliked about it as it made the switch worthwhile.

There isn't really anything I dislike. If anything, it would be nice to have a notification letting me know I'll be paid in a week, show the date of my next paycheck or even display how many days are left until I get paid again.

Everything about Rippling is really easy to use and it truly works as a real all in one platform.

Honestly I am happy with just about everything. The only thing that might make it even better would be having our 401k information available there too.

The app's functionality is a big plus. I really appreciate being able to handle HR and payroll tasks without even opening my laptop.

One issue is that it doesn't always sync with some of the learning modules I have already completed so they still show up as scheduled upcoming items.
