Handling employee payroll with Rippling has been easy. Overall the whole platform is very user friendly and all of the features are simple to use without much effort.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about because it's close to perfect overall. If I had to change one thing, it would be the appearance since it seems a bit bland for everything it does.

Having everything in one place is the biggest advantage of Rippling. Payroll, benefits and personal details are all accessible from a single platform which saves time and cuts down on confusion. The clean layout and automation tools also help with everyday tasks so employees can update or manage their information quickly without having to rely on HR all the time.

Cons

A downside is that some parts of the platform are less user friendly than they should be. Tracking down certain documents or more detailed benefits information can take longer than expected. The notifications could also be clearer since it's sometimes hard to understand updates or changes without checking internally for clarification.

I honestly cannot think of any downsides. It's easy to use and very user friendly overall. It's easily the best HR system I have worked with so far.

Right from the beginning the customer support has been outstanding. Their tax services have also been very reliable and whenever I need assistance someone is available to help.

The interface is visually appealing but it can be hard to navigate and find what I am looking for which means I end up reaching out to customer support quite often.

I feel like the chatbot support could use some improvement and the mobile app still doesn't offer all of the same functionality that's available on the website.

Everything looks well organized and getting to the section you need is very simple. The navigation is also easy which makes the platform pleasant to use. I'd definitely recommend it.

The only issue I have noticed is that the time clock can sometimes take a few extra seconds to load when I am trying to clock in for my shift.

Using Rippling has been a really positive experience because it takes a lot of the hassle out of managing payroll and employee tasks. The system is user friendly so I am not spending extra time trying to figure out where things are or how to get something done. Running payroll is reliable, handling leave requests is also easy and it helps keep everything organized in one place. Another big plus is the customer support team which has always been responsive and helpful anytime I have had a question. Overall it saves me a lot of time and gives me confidence that everything is being handled properly.

To be honest I don't have any significant complaints. The platform has worked reliably for me and I haven't run into any issues that feel worth pointing out.

Considering the price, Rippling delivers a ton of value. It's a true all in one platform that makes admin work much more manageable and saves a huge amount of time compared with similar tools. Whenever I have run into a problem, the support team has been quick to respond and has always fixed it. My favorite part is the payroll section because it's clear, stays updated promptly, lets me download pay stubs and gives me access to all the details related to my pay.

Honestly I don't have anything negative to say about it. If there were issues, I'd definitely point them out because I am usually very critical and I already dislike dealing with HR and admin tasks as an employee.

Rippling is easy to use. The layout makes sense, everything sits where you expect it to and it's simple to find what you need without digging around. My favorite part is the employee payroll area because, unlike a lot of employee management systems, it keeps everything I need in one place, including pay stubs, W2 forms and other payroll details.

From an HR perspective the time tracking features work really well and are easy to use. Payroll is also simple to navigate and very helpful. As an Executive Chief of Staff, I rely on the time keeping and PTO tools every day.

At times certain features can be hard to locate. Something that seems like it should be in one place often ends up buried deeper under another section. A better search function would probably make that a lot easier.

The only issue I have run into is the time it sometimes takes to submit a timesheet. It can sit there processing for a while before the Submit button becomes available and lets me add my signature for final approval. Early on, I missed that step a few times because it wasn't obvious that it just needed extra time to finish loading.

The desktop version felt very user friendly and simple to move around in. I was honestly surprised by how few issues or errors came up during the rollout. The app seems thoughtfully designed and very well executed overall.

Its mobile app can be a little tricky at times when you're trying to find something specific. That said, after using it more and getting familiar with the layout, I was able to navigate straight to what I needed.

Having all my HR details, payslips and documents gathered in one place was really convenient since I could find what I needed without having to reach out to HR every time. The platform also includes a broad set of features that are useful for handling employee information.

Cons

A frustrating part was that some of my profile details were out of date and HR had trouble coordinating with IT to correct them which made the system feel unreliable at times. That led to confusion and extra follow-ups just to get the right information updated. In the end, the team moved back to the previous payroll provider for HR documents.

The initial authentication setup took longer than it should have and was a bit frustrating to get working. Aside from that, everything else has been good.

Right from the home page the web interface looks professional and is very simple to move around in. The personal apps area shows every app the company uses and it even grays out an app when you hover over it which makes it clear where your mouse is before clicking. On mobile, once you've signed in and completed 2FA, you don't have to keep logging in again. Moving between apps is also quick and easy and having all of the company's apps available directly on the home page saves you from digging through a bunch of submenus.

Cons

A few apps have names that feel too similar or a bit redundant especially Spend and Reimbursements, even though they lead to different functions. Adding a little more clarification would make the purpose of those features easier to understand.
