Pros
Having the phone app means answers are always right at my fingertips and whenever I have questions, the responses come back quickly. Everything is laid out in such an organized way that I barely have to keep track of anything myself.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of anything that's caused issues for me so this one is hard to answer.

Pros
I find it easy to use. It makes PTO requests and pay stubs simple to manage and I also really like how well it integrates with benefits and the Rippling HSA account. The mobile app was fantastic too.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how payment details are displayed since you have to open the pay stub to actually see that information. As a company expands internationally or adds more complexity over time, the platform may also fall a bit short in terms of flexibility.

Pros
Rippling is like the most sophisticated platform an employer could use. Pretty much everything you need is in one place and it really comes across as a must-have tool.
Cons
At this point I haven't come across any downsides with it.

Getting started with Rippling's core features was incredibly easy and using them day to day has been hassle-free. On top of that it has the best support chatbot I have ever used.
Cons
Things do get a little more complicated once you start working with workflows.

Pros
Getting answers during onboarding was really fast and that same responsiveness carried over to payroll and other features. The AI chatbot is also surprisingly accurate and often resolves issues before I ever need to involve someone else.
Cons
Moving my FSA over during the transition was difficult and more complex than it should have been.

It is easy to use, the initial screen is well designed and the interface looks nice overall.
Cons
At times it keeps showing that I have been logged in for too long and I wish it would sign out faster to reduce the risk of cookie hijacking or someone accessing my session from my phone.

The interface is very user friendly and since I was already used to ADP, getting comfortable with Rippling felt pretty natural.
Cons
At times it blocks my login when I try to access it from a different device instead of my computer.

Pros
Switching HR systems usually comes with a learning curve so I expected Rippling to take a while to get used to. That wasn't the case at all. It's very user friendly, simple to navigate and overall much better than the system we were using before. I am really glad we made the move.
Cons
It would be nice if there were a link to discounts added somewhere. Aside from that, I really like the overall interface.

Rippling really shines in the way it takes complicated HR and IT tasks and brings them into one platform.
