“Organized app with quick answers”

Pros

Having the phone app means answers are always right at my fingertips and whenever I have questions, the responses come back quickly. Everything is laid out in such an organized way that I barely have to keep track of anything myself.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of anything that's caused issues for me so this one is hard to answer.

“user friendly payroll and benefits”

Pros

I find it easy to use. It makes PTO requests and pay stubs simple to manage and I also really like how well it integrates with benefits and the Rippling HSA account. The mobile app was fantastic too.

Cons

One thing that could be better is how payment details are displayed since you have to open the pay stub to actually see that information. As a company expands internationally or adds more complexity over time, the platform may also fall a bit short in terms of flexibility.

“An essential employer tool”

Pros

Rippling is like the most sophisticated platform an employer could use. Pretty much everything you need is in one place and it really comes across as a must-have tool.

Cons

At this point I haven't come across any downsides with it.

“Fantastic support with great usability”

Pros

Getting started with Rippling's core features was incredibly easy and using them day to day has been hassle-free. On top of that it has the best support chatbot I have ever used.

Cons

Things do get a little more complicated once you start working with workflows.

“Quick support with accurate AI help”

Pros

Getting answers during onboarding was really fast and that same responsiveness carried over to payroll and other features. The AI chatbot is also surprisingly accurate and often resolves issues before I ever need to involve someone else.

Cons

Moving my FSA over during the transition was difficult and more complex than it should have been.

“Clean UI with simple setup”

Pros

It is easy to use, the initial screen is well designed and the interface looks nice overall.

Cons

At times it keeps showing that I have been logged in for too long and I wish it would sign out faster to reduce the risk of cookie hijacking or someone accessing my session from my phone.

“Friendly reminders with simple use”

Pros

Using it has been very easy and the friendly reminders are a really nice touch.

Cons

There is not much to point out yet since I have only been using it since Nov 7th, 2024.

Pros

Rippling makes information simple to track down and gives direct answers without making you dig around.

Cons

The My Benefits tab is about an 8/10 overall and it's also easy to find when needed.

The interface is very user friendly and since I was already used to ADP, getting comfortable with Rippling felt pretty natural.

Cons

At times it blocks my login when I try to access it from a different device instead of my computer.

Pros

Switching HR systems usually comes with a learning curve so I expected Rippling to take a while to get used to. That wasn't the case at all. It's very user friendly, simple to navigate and overall much better than the system we were using before. I am really glad we made the move.

Cons

It would be nice if there were a link to discounts added somewhere. Aside from that, I really like the overall interface.

Pros

Expense management seems incredibly organized now and it's saving me 10+ hours every month.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of anything about it that I don't like.

Pros

Having all my HR needs in one place has been really convenient and the payday emails are a fun touch.

Cons

To be honest I don't have any complaints. Everything works exactly the way I want it to.

Pros

Whether I am using the app or logging in through a browser on my device, it's always convenient to access. Submitting expenses and uploading receipts is fast and hassle-free and there are plenty of customization options to work with.

Cons

The dashboard can be a little confusing especially when it comes to how everything is categorized.

Pros

Rippling is easy to use and keeps all the important Payroll, Benefits and PTO details together in one place.

Cons

The only thing I am not really into is the color scheme and that's honestly about it. The platform works the way they say it does.

Quick to learn, easy to use and it hardly ever gives me any trouble.

Rippling really shines in the way it takes complicated HR and IT tasks and brings them into one platform. Everything seems simple thanks to the clean, user friendly interface and the organized setup makes it simple for both employees and admins to handle payroll, benefits and even device management without jumping between different tools.

Cons

Honestly I do not have any real complaints. It seems very user friendly and has been simple to work with.
