The interface feels very user friendly and everything is arranged into well organized categories which makes it simple to navigate.
Cons
There is not really anything I dislike about it. If I had to point out one thing, I would prefer having the option to keep certain details private and not visible to everyone, such as birthdays.

Coming to Rippling first as an employee and now using it regularly as a contractor, the whole experience has honestly felt refreshing. The interface is effortless to use, the design feels modern and the brand has a personality that actually sticks with you. The clean, minimal copy and the soft, calming colors make everything feel approachable instead of stiff or intimidating. Feature-wise, it all seems very user friendly. Whether I am logging time or pulling up an old pay stub, the layout makes sense and everything is right where I'd expect it to be. That kind of thoughtful UX is surprisingly rare but Rippling clearly made it a priority from the start. Overall I am a very happy user and as a contractor, I'd be thrilled if this were the only HR software I ever had to use.
Cons
Even after trying to come up with something I don't like, I honestly cannot think of a single complaint. I have none.

“A payroll time-saver”
Pros
Payroll processing is very easy and it has significantly reduced the amount of time we spend handling payroll.
Cons
One thing that's missing is phone support. We can only submit tickets through the portal and while the responses are usually quick, having a phone line would be much more helpful for immediate assistance during emergencies.

This tool is really helpful for requesting time off in the same place where I clock in.
Cons
Every now and then, it takes a few minutes to load which delays my clock-in. That's frustrating because I can be on time but if the system doesn't open Right away my hours end up showing that I arrived later than I actually did.

Having everything consolidated in one place has been a big plus. Payroll is simple to access for both admins and employees and the benefits section is organized and easy to use.
Cons
